i have a problem about using polychromatic on linux.

when I connect my Razer Kiyo X to my PC it turns on, but after a few seconds it automatically shuts off. When it turns off, I also hear a strange “click” sound inside the camera. 

I wanted to change my Email, because the email I used before is no longer in use or in short deactivated by yahoo. I cannot do the purchase because of the FFA and it always sends me to get the code to my deactivated email which is no longer exist.  Even phone numbers I cannot enter because the 2 way authenticator always pop and it will send code to my no longer exists email I can't purchase because of this, pls help.  

I bought 5 headsets, and when I try to activate them, I get an error saying that the product is already registered, and I can't get the code for 7.1 sound.

Hello! I can't log in to the "7.1 Surround Sound" app because I can't log in to my Razer ID profile. I've already reset my password, and I've done all sorts of things. He enters the site and writes in the application "error, the password was not entered correctly." Help

I ordered a razer blade 14 last night and I received a shipping email just for the laptop stand but not the laptop itself? Did something go wrong and I wont get my laptop?

Razer Viper V2 Pro  after firmware update FW v2.00.03_r1  takes almost 1 min to wake upIt worked perfectly before upgrade was like instant wake up  

Subject: Viper V3 Pro disconnecting via dongle and USB – urgent help neededHello,I have a Viper V3 Pro, and out of the blue it started to disconnect from the dongle at least five times per minute. When the battery finally ran out, I discovered that the mouse still has the same issue even when it's connected via USB.And it's not like it disconnects and instantly reconnects — sometimes I have to wait a couple of seconds, other times up to 30 seconds for it to work again.I've already tried everything I could think of: I charged the mouse using all the USB ports on my PC. I even tried charging it using my iPhone charger, but it still connects and disconnects — even when the PC is turned off. I uninstalled Razer Synapse. I followed a guide from the community support that instructed me to delete all Razer files from my PC — but nothing changed.

One of the welds cracked and its out of warranty. I’m willing to buy one I just need the link. Thanks!

Throughout my gaming session last night from 7pm to 12am, my mouse (Razer Cobra Pro) has been stagnant at 12% and while it was charging, I would constantly check on the battery life to see if there was any increase but it decreased from 12% to 7%.  Please take note that both the wireless charging mat (Razer Hyperflux v2) and the mouse (Razer Cobra Pro) are new. 

Recently my screen stopped turning on when I hit the power button.  I tried using the HDMI out to a monitor I use to see if it was just the laptop screen and still nothing. The keyboard chroma comes on and cycles and the power light blinks but nothing else works.  I have razercare but it just expired a few months ago. Which means razer won't help now. Bummer.    Any other deas or other things I can try. Thank you.

I am having an issue with the scroll wheel.  The game I am playing, I have the scroll wheel setup for my throttle input. When using it quickly, it will register as a mouse wheel which is bound to Zoom.   I disabled the all the scroll wheel bindings, and the problem persists.   I spoke to someone else who plays the same game and also uses a Tartarus V2 and does not have these issues.  HALP!!

Hello!I am having the same issue as detailed in the two posts linked at the bottom. Last night, I turned my headset off as per usual, and connected it to USB to charge (which worked just fine 24 hours ago). When I went to use it this morning, I unplugged it and held the power button for a few seconds like I normally do, however instead of indicating that it had connected to my dongle by beeping, it just turned off instead. To be clear, the power LED goes solid green for one second, very quickly blinks to another solid green, like normal, but then blinks green once and immediately cuts power. I also don’t get a yellow light anymore when the headset is connected to my PC and powered off. I didn’t check if that showed up last night.In Synapse 4 (Windows 11), the headset shows as connected, but powered off. Since it’s powered off, I can’t access any of the device’s settings, either. My OS and drivers are updated, and I’ve even tried charging the headset using a wall plug,

I lost my authenticator after resetting my phone I don’t have my backup codes.I can still log in with my email/password but cannot pass 2FA.

i have purchased this headset off amazon from a seller and everything looked great but when i try to use the mic wont work, i have to press it forwards in order it work for some reason idk why?, i have put like a small cardboard piece in there and it works mu mic get picked up off cod and if i take it out it doesn't want too work no more. Is there a way to get an replacement part for my headset??

I have the Kraken V4 (not pro) wireless headset. Charge it using a USB charger only.Been fine since I got it but today after unplugging it to use, the green light for charging has stayed lit, and the headset will not respond to the usual power on/off button hold, and one of the other buttons have any effect either.It shows as disconnected in Synapse.Plugging back in to charge and plugging it into the PC directly via cable has not helped.I cannot find any reference of a hard reset button combination.Just wondering if anyone has any ideas before I resort to support chat?I’m hoping it might just discharge and shut down eventually but I don’t know how long that will take just from keeping one LED lit, and if it is a recurring issue I don’t like the idea of my headset being out of action for great swathes of time.

Hi, I just upgraded to Synapse 4 and I notice all my profiles for my Tartarus Pro are gone.So I switched back to Synapse 3 and all my profiles are still there.How do I port over my profiles to Synapse 4? Thanks

I have tried multiple time to pair the dongle that came with my Nari Ultimate headset using the recommended tools/software.  The dongle isn’t being recognized by my PC anymore regardless of the USB port I plug it into.  I believe I need a replacement dongle, can anyone help?
