Good morning, I bought razer kraken v3 pro headphones, there is a noise when using the usb receiver at maximum volume. Noise can also be heard without any connection, only when they are turned on. I updated the new firmware but that didn't help either. I will add that when I connect the cable to the laptop, the noise stops.
When I use the mouse via the dongle, I have problems after about 30 minutes. This is noticeable as follows: - the mouse starts hanging - The sound (e.g. with films) gets stuck when I move the mouse. - I have the feeling that the whole PC comes to a standstill. As soon as I pull out the dongle and reinsert it, I have peace and quiet for about 30 minutes. - Firmware is up to date. -Dongle is in the docking station, but I also tried it in a different USB port. Hey! I recently bought the ASRock X570 Taichi (Razer Edition) Motherboard, since everything I own in my Setup is pretty much razer, so why isn't my motherboard, you know? I really love the convinience to control everything from one software, as far as it works.. I do have some extra Software installed, like the Yeelight Chroma Connector, Goove Desktop App, G.Skill Lightning Control and MSI Center but ya.. The only thing I'm really missing is the options is overall control for the motherboard.. I can't control my RAM-RGB, I can't tell my Grapics Card anything, I can't do nothing. The typical ASrock Software doesn't detect it as a ASrock product (and isn't available for download either) which is pretty frustrating. Is there anyway that this can get implemented in the future? I really love that MB but not having full control as I would have had with my old MSI Board for example, is a bit frustrating. Kind regards, Tim
Hi, I have Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 which is working fine on one laptop with Synapse installed. However when I plug this to other laptops light is not working (other laptops does not have Synapse installed). Can someone please suggest why this is happening.
hello dear community well i bought a huntsman v2 after my old razer keyboard had a key that worked no longer despite cleaning my old one i plugged in and ALL the keys glowed. so not just the 1 but as well + and ¦ the ( ) ? etc the huntsman v2 however i plug in and it glows but none of the secondary keys glow? i have a swiss keyboard layout. the symbols for gamemode, macro and lightning brightness on f9-f12 do not glow and they are the same on each keyboard right? so at least they should glow? and i cant find an option to make the ¦ + glow in synapse ;D newest version. it found the huntsman 2 i can change quick effects and they all work. the keys all work (purple ones btw) under customize when i go to switch lightning it only sends me to the chroma studio. in the chroma studio i dont find any option to turn on the secondary keys to glow ;D so i did google it and found no solution. that IS quite rare -.- so thats why i make my post here.... hoping that the solution is super simple a
I have a razer baskilisk and the scroll wheel started to act funny. when scrolling down it would go up and down, so i rebound it from scroll to # for up $ for down. scrolling down would output #$$#$$##$##$$$#$$$$$$$$#$$#$$##$$$$#$$$$$$$##$$#$$$$$#$$$##$$$$$$$#$#$$$$$$$$#$$####$$$$##$##$$$$$$$#$$$$$$$$$#$$$$ i checked support page none of the stuff listed worked, check online just ppl QQing. out of warrenty range so i figured fuck it ill open it up and take a peak. What i found was that the metal retaining spring used to adjust the scroll wheels spin speed was coating the inside with rubbed of metal tarnish. I cleaned the inside of the wheel with a qtip and isoprpyl rubbing alcohol. worked 98% better, carefully cleaned wheel reader heads good as new. TLDR coat that retaining clip in something that will prevent shiny metal tarnish rubbing off, or include cleaning instructions that are easy to find. Hello, I have a problem with my blackshark V2 X headphones. The 7.1 surround sound does not work even though I put all the right settings with the 7.1 speakers set by default. I purchased a mouse pad without creating an account first. I made a Razer account several days later. I click "check your order status" on the email I received. I was not logged into account since I bought it before I made the account to see order status and nothing showed up. I logged into razer and it said I have not made any orders. The money was taken out of my card so razer received payment but I can't find anything out about order status. Can someone please help?
So I stepped away from my console (5-10 meters) and my headset disconnected. Upon my return I was surprised to find my mic was no longer working but I was getting sound. a few frustrated hours have passed and I believe I have the mic working again (no way to test). however now I am receiving no sound through the headset (except when I reach volume limits or when it powers on), and I am unable to get the headset to connect to a Bluetooth device (other than the Xbox). had anyone got a suggestion of where I can start or have these headphones (in mint condition) died and need the bin? Hi, I've been using the Kiyo for videoconferencing and I find that the autoexposure functions very poorly. There is a window behind me and as a result, during the daytime, my face is constantly underexposed unless I manually adjust exposure. Morevoer, as the light level changes throughout the day, I'm forced to readjust manual exposure multiple times to compensate. I believe this could be easily corrected with an option to use spot metering on the center of the frame (where my face is) or a more strongly center-weighted metering algorithm, instead of averaging the entire frame as the algorithm seems to be doing currently. And an even better (but more complicated) option would be to use the area where a face is detected for autofocus to auto adjust exposure as well. This functionality would make the Kiyo line much more flexible for uses other than streaming under stable lighting conditions.
Hi guys, my name is Travis. I bought a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019) 2 years ago. Now the F3 button backlight has a problem. It shows different color than other buttons. When I select static mode and choose the green color, the F3 button goes on red instead of green color. I have uninstalled Synapse 3.0 then installed. It still not working. I also try to update Window, all drivers, and Synapse, but nothing change. I am a full-time designer, and this laptop is the only one that I have, so I can not send it to razer. If anyone know how to fix it, please let me know, I really appreciate!!! Thank you.
Good Morning, I was able to see several people in the same case as me. So the problem is that the sound of my headphone is cut in one go so at first I thought it came from the dongle, but after several checks it turns out that it is the applications "Synapse 3" that is at the center of the problem for the good reason that when one leaves this application then the helmet gets back to working properly, I went through the motions to see if it wasn’t a parameter to cause this, but in the end, I didn’t see anything that could be the problem.
