I CANNOT REGISTER MY PRODUCT BLACK SHARK V2 X, BECAUSE THE SERIAL NUMBER IS ALREADY REGISTERED, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Good afternoon, since I acquired the V2X product, I have had a failure when moving the headset or raising or lowering its volume, the audio tends to become corrupted or disappear completely until I put it in the right place, I would appreciate it if you could help me solve this problem or request a solution, new drivers updated to the latest version, including 7.1 surround sound. Thanks.

I have this keyboard: RAZER™ HUNTSMAN V2 - OPTICAL GAMING KEYBOARD (LINEAR RED SWITCH) - NORDIC LAYOUT. I just got it this week, and ever since I’ve got it the volume wheel won’t work. When I scroll it, the volume bar for windows pops up but it neither goes up or down. It just stays at whatever I’ve put it at.The volume bar works for muting when I press it down however.I’ve tried searching for a solution, and tried changing the buttons on Synapse to get it to work. Also reinstalled Synapse and updating+repairing the software. I’ve tried finding firmware updater but can’t find the right one. Any help please? 

I lost several files and photos when Cortex started a clean that removed several items on my pc. Im wondering how to get it restored and back on my computer since many of those files I use for my classes and work.Would greatly appreciate the assistance to restore my files please.

The Razer Cortex deleted some personal files - photos and videos of that specifically. Is there a way to recover these lost files? I have tried using two separate software from finding it on Google but the files are not opening and could be corrupted.Why would a general system clean up delete PXL files that are clearly not junk?

I recently used Razer Cortex to free up clean my computer, and it is not the first time I have used it. I have never had problems until now, after running the system clean I have noticed that many downloaded files were erased, I have always have deleted files turned off before cleaning and for some reason it was on now without me realizing since I never worried about it turning on before. Days of work have now been completely erased, is there anything I can do? I have been trying recovery software but the file types I am trying to recover (.blend files from blender) seem to be giving it issues. Is there anything Razer can do to help me?

Hola, buen día Tengo un Razer Viper V2 Pro desde hace aproximadamente 2 años y dejó de funcionar correctamente. El dongle inalámbrico (receptor USB) dejó de detectarse en cualquier PC. Ya probé en varias computadoras, puertos USB y reinstalé Synapse, pero sigue sin funcionar. Además, el scroll wheel (rueda de desplazamiento) también dejó de funcionar bien. Necesito saber si hay alguna solución o si alguna reparación, ya que no sé qué más hacer. Agradezco su ayuda. mi numero de serie es S/N PM2218H25207275

video: I bought a new to me 2023 razer blade 18 w/ a 4090. It didn’t bother me at first, but the display wobbles on the hinge internally. I took the back off the laptop and made sure the hinge screws were tightened all the way, and they were. I then noticed that the wobble is actually somewhere under the plastic cover on the bottom of the display. I am unable to remove this to investigate, it feels like I’m going to break something. I saw this was a common issue, but nobody seems to have a fix online. Is the wobble normal? The screen can wobble maybe about half of an inch back and forth with as little force as somebody breathing on it. I feel like it’s getting worse, and while that could be placebo, somebody on Reddit said the same thing.  Any ideas? I might sell the thing if I can’t figure it out, I’m starting to obsess over it. 

I have a problem with my headset. I have had an interference noise for a while and I don't know what to do about it. The interference noise is only there sometimes, about every 10 seconds for about 2 seconds. 

Bonjour, En ce moment je rencontre des problème avec mes écouteurs hammered true wirless 2nd génération. Je les ai depuis 2 ans et jusqu'à là tout où allait bien sauf aujourd'hui ou seulement 1 des écouteurs ces connecter. J'ai utilisé la méthode de la faq mais elle ne marche pas. I carefully scrated the cared and discovered that it is 12 digit code, instead of 14 digits code, how do get the two missing code to complete it 14 digit?

Have had since May last year, and as of yesterday it doesn’t appear to hold any charge. It acts like it’s charging, the green LED cycles on and off. Synapse said it’s charging, but after a while it just says 0% battery. Keyboard works charged. It’s in a HTPC environment, so this is highly problematic! Any help appreciated  

I have a 2019 razer blade pro 17 with the 2060 and want to know if the core x v2 will work with my laptop it doesn't have the thunderbolt 4 or 5 but it has thunderbolt 3 will this work?

The left mouse button works correctly for single clicks, but when I double-click, it randomly triggers the Ctrl key as if I pressed it on the keyboard.I have:Reinstalled Razer SynapseCreated a new profile with default settingsChecked that no macros or Hypershift actions are assignedMade sure that the left mouse button is set to "Left Click" onlyDespite all this, the problem persists. I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been enjoying my Razer Enki gaming chair for over three years now—it’s otherwise in perfect condition—but recently I noticed that one of the armrests has developed a pronounced vertical play. The armrest pad itself looks like new, so I’m hoping there’s an internal bolt or screw I can tighten rather than replacing the entire armrest.Could you please provide: Instructions or a service guide for safely disassembling the armrest to access any internal bolt/screw.

Hello. I can't connect my Viper v2 mouse via cable. It works fine via dongle. However, as soon as I disconnect the dongle from the USB port, the mouse charges, but the system doesn't detect it. I tried updating the mouse's firmware, but I can't do it because the updater doesn't recognize it either. I've tried updating it on three different computers, all with the same problem. Regards

I dont know how to add comment to existing thread with folks that have the same issue. I can tell you it's not "drift", the gamepad has barely been used over the years and is like new. I started using it with an N64 emulator (thats when the issue began after hours and days of repeated use, but the stuck is constant no matter the usage now), and after repeated uses in a short time it suddenly starting behaving as if the left stick is stuck down. Nothing we try can effect the behavior,  tried plugging it while holding the stick in "up" position, tried downloading the razr app but no software updates seem available,  although not sure if i could install because the issue prevents navigation. Could you make it so the app disables the inputs from the kishi while still able to use touch screen, then we could install any update you might have for a fix. I hope someone sees this, im on galaxy s22+ btw. Thanks for making a great product (albeit unusable currently), fantastic design and function

I noticed my razer viper ultimate charges really slow, like 1 hr for 3%, I also tried the wired charging, same speed, the softwares are all updated. but the problem persists.

i bought a new razor Deathadder essential and tried to put my razor id to the system to control the usual  dpi , color. but couldn't because the system said that my device  was already registered.

I bought an Iskur XL chair in 2021 and, for a few months now, the reclining mechanism has not been working properly: it does not stay in a fixed position, if I lean back, it reclines all the way back. Moreover, I cannot order parts to repair it because, according to the warranty has expired.
