Insiders!If your Razer Gold scratch card PIN is deleted or lost, you can try the following steps to recover or resolve the issue:1. Check for a Backup CopyIf you saved the PIN digitally (e.g., took a photo or noted it down), check your backup files. If the purchase was made online, check your email or purchase history for a digital receipt.2. Contact Razer Gold SupportIf you cannot retrieve the PIN, reach out to Razer Gold customer support:Visit: Razer Gold support page Submit a Ticket: Provide details such as: Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, transaction ID) Scratch card serial number (if visible) Date and place of purchase 3. Hi,I installed the recommended BIOS update on my Razer Blade 16 (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14222).On reboot, it displays the following error: “Invalid signature detected. Check secure boot policy in setup.”I tried disabling Secure Boot temporarily, but System Mode shows Deployed, Vendor Keys Active, and Secure Boot option cannot be selected to disable.I have AMI BIOS Version 2.22.1287. Hello. i have a problem with the Razer Naga V2 Pro. The 1 Button is not working anymore when i click soft or fast. i really need to push it hard down so it works. its sad cause its a pricey mouse and after 7 Month one essential button doesnt work properly anymore. i already tried to use a compressed air spray to clean it but it didnt help.
For a while now my Razer Tartarus will not switch keymaps or it will get stuck. I found a way to fix it getting stuck for the most part. While annoying it is still a fix. However in middle of a game, my Keymap 2 stopped working altogether. When I try to look at synapse, my keymap 2 has copied my keymap 1. This has happened before & im not sure exactly what I did to fix it. Other then having to constantly redo my keymaps. is there any way to make sure the profile with correct keymaps stays loaded?
I’m trying to enter information into my account but it keeps asking for my authentication code but Razor isn’t in my list on my authentication app, I can’t seem to get it to send me a new QR code either. I also can’t find my back up codes so I’m unable to do anything.
When I turn my laptop on today my headset wasn’t working properly anymore. I used to be able to have the volume at 8-16 and hear clearly and anything over 25 would be loud. Now I have to turn it up almost all the way or hear nothing.I have to turn the application of whatever I open up to max volume as well.I have uninstalled all the razor apps and restarted my laptop before reinstalling the apps and even checking the volume output location in my sound settings.I don’t know if its related but my 7.1 Surround sound wont open. (It only worked/opened the first time I input my information back in January). I don’t know if THX is supposed to open or not either but it doesn’t. (7.1 and THX both show up as their own audio devices in the sound output but when I try to use them I hear nothing even at 100)I use Nahimic to boost the audio as well, but it doesn’t seem to be doing much at all for my headphones this time. (I even uninstalled and reinstalled it).This is like the 4th (or 5th) time this

I am trying to buy a replacement dongle for my razer viper ultimate as it has randomly started connecting and disconnecting rapidly, not sure what caused it but I am unsure what replacement to buy as all seem not genuine and razer don't seem to sell a compatible dongle
My Razer Barracuda X's (headphones) keep pausing any video i watch on them if its connected via dongle and i dont wanna connect it via bluetooth because the audio quality isn ass does anyone know a fix to this because its getting out of hand i dont know what to do because i am 100% sure its an issue with my headphones and it was only youtube at the start but now it happens on spotify and crunchyroll too can someone please save me from this.

Anything I bind to any keys on my Tatarus V2 does NOT work.I’m trying to change keypad ‘16’ to CTRL and it simply does not work.I’ve reinstalled Synapse, reset device, etc.Instead, what Synapse does is apply a virtual ‘ghost press’ of the buttons I’m trying to map to the keypad.Meaning, any button I map to it, is then somehow being virtually pressed constantly. Nothing I map to my device works at all, and Synapse is to blame.Despite anything I bind to any button, it is only the default function that happens when pressing any of the respective keys on my device.I cannot game until you fix this.
Running new Synapse 4, profile remaps some of the thumb buttons on my mouse (Basilisk Ultimate) to keyboard buttons like numbers, etc. which only work while Synapse is NOT running. While Synapse is running they seem to be captured or something. This is annoying when I want to control the lighting, but can’t have Synapse running if I want the button mapping to work. Looking for a solution so that remapped key presses function properly while Synapse 4 is running.
There are several issues I’m dealing with. One is that im not allowed to put type out certain delays. For example, if i type out 0.0 so i can make a delay of 0.01 seconds, just adding a 0 after the “,” removes it and puts it back to a regular 0. The only way i can get delays under 0.1 is if i use the arrow keys (which wasn’t always the situation)Issue two is that when i try and record inputs with the setting “record delay” on, it doesn’t record the delay, instead it acts as if the setting was on “no delay”.Another issue is that i can’t have certain inputs together, like left shift and right shift.

Hey all, Just today I received a Basilisk V3, opened it about 15 minutes ago and noticed that normal scrolling on the scroll wheel does not work. Pressing the mouse scroll in, switching to smooth scroll and side scrolling all works but normal scrolling doesn’t - smooth scrolling or not. I have tried:Plugging into a different USB port Closing down Synapse and trying to scroll Updating the mouse firmware Resetting the device via SynapseAll to no effect. My old mouse, a Basilisk V2, scrolls just fine no problem. Any known issues/help? Or am I just returning it? Cheers.
my razzerdeathadder isnt appaering on synaps 4 and it SN isnt working i brought it of ebay so it could be fake but i hope not
