 Hello Razer Insider Team,I am experiencing random ghost key inputs on my Razer Huntsman V2 keyboard.Here are the details: No macros, no profiles, default settings Ghost keys appear sporadically Example pattern: 2wwaqa22wwwwaawq22 Pressing W temporarily stops the ghost inputs Occurs even when logged out of Synapse or with Synapse closed I have tried different USB ports and restarting the PC, but the issue persists My keyboard is out of warranty, but I would like to know: If there is any firmware patch available for my model to fix this ghost input issue Or any clean setup instructions to prevent phantom keys Thank you very much for your assistance.

I just bought a razer barracuda from a store. Brand new from the store yet its missing the wireless dongle it says it should include? How do I get ahold of one or do I need to return it and hope the next box has one with it.

How do we go about finding out which USB versions are required for the various Razer devices we own or are thinking of buying?

So I was having a tough time connecting my Barracuda X to my PC via the dongle (I do not have BT in my PC). I know this headset works in general, I use them daily with my phone at work. I downloaded the drivers, updated the headset, saw that my PC was recognizing them and they’re in my Device Manager as well as in my Sound Settings, but still..they were constantly saying “pairing” and blinking blue. Even with the Pairing Utility (which told me the headset was paired..well that was a lie lol), nothing was working. WELL… as they were pairing (light blinking blue), I unplugged the dongle and plugged it back in. The light on the headset turned green and suddenly, they were paired. So, if you’re having issues after downloading the drivers and updating the firmware, try unplugging the dongle, press the power button on your headset and hold until the light blinks blue and it says “pairing”, then plug in the headset.Now, if anyone could help me figure out what jack on my PC to plug the audio c

I just got my Razer Barracuda X 2022 version and i can connect it via bluetooth and USB C dongle with my iPhone 15 Plus, there is audio output from the headphones, but the microphone does not pick up any sound. I have tried using it with microphone apps, capcut, instagram etc, it only picks up the audio input from my phone and not from the headphone. I have tried connecting it to the laptop and the mic works fine, so the issue is not in the microphone or the connection between microphone and headphones. There might be some iphone settings that i am missing out to select the headphone microphone as default, Please advise, thank you. 

Hello,I recently reformatted my PC and reinstalled the 7.1 surround sound software. When I tried to log in with my account (the same account I used before the reformat), I'm now receiving an error message stating that the license has already been used.This is the same computer and the same account I was using previously - I only reformatted my system. Could you please help me resolve this license activation issue?

Hi all, I’ve searched for this issue, but can’t find a relevant thread. I use my original Blackwidow Chroma (RZ03-0122) with a laptop dock. I change the docked laptop between my personal one (which has Synapse), and my work one (which is locked-down, so can’t install synapse). Both running Win 11. With my personal laptop, all the lighting  features work fine - I like a simple solid colour green across it all as my default. When I dock the work laptop (remember, without Synapse) the lighting changes to a profile that I remember using for Half Life 2 many many years ago. The profile isn’t even still in Synapse on my personal laptop, but somehow manages to appear when using the non-Synapse laptop. I’d like to find a way to make the keyboard all-green when using my work laptop. I’ve tried Fn and the number keys, to no avail. I’ve also tried the in-built Dynamic Lighting setting in Win11, but that’s locked down too, and doesn’t recognise the keyboard as being compatible. Thanks in advance f

The mouse has been working flawlessly for almost 1.5 years when I plugged in the cable to charge it or to update the firmware. Now, however, when I connect it with the cable, the mouse does not work. But it works flawlessly wirelessly. When I connect it to my computer with the cable, it stops appearing on Synapse, and I cannot update the firmware. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. I tried another cable that I was sure worked, but it still didn't work.

As the title says, it’s enabled in windows, set to default device yadda yadda all the usual stuff, but it’s just not being detected. Windows knows it’s there but even with volume at 100% on both mic and headset audio, not a peep while attempting to listen to it. I don’t really use the mic as I have an external boom, but for a backup, I’d really quite like it working too. synapse version 4.0.86.2511170410

Hello, I was given Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones for my birthday on 06/11/2025. When I enter the activation code in the Razer 7.1 app, the message "This code has already been activated" appears. Please help me solve this problem. I have both headphones and a box. The gift was bought for me in Rechitsa, Gomel region, Belarus.

This is all I am wondering. I understand the charging aspect won’t matter for my mouse but I am curious if the 8k polling will be able to be used. 

My Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen) right earbud has stopped turning on when i open the case.Have cleaned the contacts and case with cotton buds soaked in ipa & air dried.Case & left earbud are fully charged, led green and left earbud will turn on pair to devices.  

If you still trying to use Synapse from Razer, espessially for Blacksharks v2, DELETE it fully and install https://steelseries.com/gg Software from Steelseries headphones now works with HEADPHONES from RAZER better then *** Synapse. I'm using it since Razer made update in November and suck) So try it, there is 7.1 settings also. Fully delete Synapse and get GG SteelSeries
