Is it possible to change the colors of the lights on my Blackwidow V4 regular not the pro version. If so please also tell me how.

So In May I bought a V2 headset and I didnt know abt the 7.1 cuz it was a gift for me,This week my friend told me abt it and showed me around the website but when I tried to register it it said product alrdy registered and thats frustrating cuz the difference between my Headphones and his r big even tho its just the drivers so please help me and thank you so much

I don’t have access to my old phone number and i want to change it with the new one i have right now. I also forgot the number. Please help immediately 

Is there a trick or am I just missing something? I tried every combination of connection settings to get the PS Remote Play app to work and no luck. I can get it working wireless, I can get my computer to recognize the controller and its usable...but I cannot get the the PS Remote App to recognize the controller. If i swap to one of my other 3 controllers, 1 third party  controller and 2 ps5 controllers it works instantly. For some reason my 250$ controller just doesn’t work. I feel like this shouldn’t be this hard to get this to work. 

When configuring my Blackshark v3 pro headset on Synapse, I keep getting a sync conflict error, constantly asking whether to back up locally or to the cloud. Also, in the "My Profiles" section in the upper left corner, there are no entries, and it says "These settings are saved locally and are applied to all profiles." Please help, my settings keep resetting and I get notifications every minute.

Due to a bug, I permanently deleted my account and I want my email address to be made available so I can create a new account. Who can I contact for help with this?

Bought brand new and was missing the dongle piece 

I bought this yesterday and fully charged it.It worked at first but needed to download the app on Xbox to update. I did this, the update failed on the wireless dongle and it hasn’t worked since. I have tried updating it via the PC and nothing has worked. I believe the dongle is dead.I need the wireless to actually play as the cord isn’t longer enough for my seating position.I am frustrated as bought this to replace my Scuf and original controller that suffered stick drift.

Hello,recently, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and got some Problems.When I connect the Dongle into my PC, power on the Headset, everything works fine. But then I turn it off, shutdown my PC and at the next day, powering on the Headset: Nothing works…The headset switches after some seconds in the bluetooth mode, telling me “pairing” and blinking blue.I tried to Use the smart switch to switch to hyperspeed-mode… but after some seconds it steps back to pairing...I tried to update everything (synapse, windows, firmware): No Change.I even tried to Pair it with the Razer PairingTool. Didn’t help… So I contacted Razer, trying to do some of the steps again… no change… So after all, they told me, it’s a hardware-defect, so I went to my reseller and got a new one… yesterday I was happy, everything worked fine… but today (after headset and PC where shutdown overnight), I turned the headset on, again… And… same problem… so I’m very frustrated about this, hoping I can get here some help

My razer kraken v4 pro and the box that came with arent connected anymore so wireless isnt working how do i Connect them again?

Hello razer team, lately i bought a razer keyboard BlackWidow V4 X and its a 10/10.And my brother gave me his old Razer blackshark V2 X. To have full razer experience but sadly i cant enable 7.1 surround because i no longer have the box or the email. So please i need a solution.

The phone number on my profile is no longer available, so I cannot complete the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) process. Since I no longer have access to this number, I would like to know how I can update it to a new one.

I was in a move from one state to the other and unfortunately, I had forgotten to unplug the dongle from the PC and it was so bent out of shape that it’s unusable. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? I love this headset, and don’t want to look for anything else. I also checked the parts store, but it’s not available there for purchase.
