Hi everyone,My Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless (USB ID 1532:026B, bcdDevice 1.01) has a lighting issue at every boot:When I power on the computer, the keyboard lights up while the BIOS/manufacturer logo is shown.At the exact moment the BIOS hands over to the operating system, the lighting turns off.The keys keep working, but the lighting stays off until the computer sends a lighting command to the keyboard again (device mode / brightness / effect). Without that, it can stay dark indefinitely.What I have tested:- Plugging the keyboard in while the OS is already running: it lights up and stays lit.- Plugging the keyboard in while in the BIOS setup screen: it lights up and stays lit.- A Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical mouse on the same computer keeps its lighting during the whole boot.- The darkening happens before any operating system driver or software is loaded, so it does not seem to depend on the OS (I use Linux).Computer: ASUS VivoBook X415EA (BIOS X415EA.311), Intel USB controller, keyboa

Website submit button is not working for my serial number. I’m trying to open a hardware replacement claim for a DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed.  The mouse is working perfectly fine in wired mode however it won’t charge. Razer synapse shows that battery is charging but it’s stuck at 0% forever. Need urgent help

Hi, Today my Siren mini stopped working, couldnt get it to work foud this post“Seiren Mini is being detected by my PC and Apps (Discord), but no sound is being picked up when testing for sound. I ensured the Apps do have permission to access my mic and I’ve been looking up and trying everything I can, but I’m stumped. Can anyone help me? **The only time sound gets picked up is when the microphone is initially plugged in, but then abruptly stops. I’ll list what I’ve attempted below, if anyone has any further advice or possible solutions, please let me know!** I’ve tried:Permissions Uninstall/Reinstall Drivers Uninstall and Restart Uninstall, unplug, restart, plug back in. Sound/Recording Settings Devices Settings” ___________________________________________________For anyone else having this same issue, i found a fix. If you go into your device manager and delete all instances of your microphone, then unplug it restart your pc and plug it back it when its off it should start working

On my Razer Tartarus V2 I assign the keys.    &é”   So far, everything is okay. When I go to Macro And I use the buttons to confirm a cycle. Here again, the information regarding the macro is fine.  &é”  But when I run the macro  The indicated keys are     maj w x    

my G key BAREly works half the time, i did a hard reset with esc caps and space and it worked great for 5 mins, and now it’s back to barely not workin. can someone please help me? someone else had the exact problem where holdin down gg only went so far in a short period but any other letters spammed like normal. the key is clean and free of debris and like i mentioned it seemed to be fix for a short period after i restart the keyboard.  

ok i originally had no issues with the thx option on razer synapse 4 , i then mistakenly installed thx spatial , which i now know i dont need , so  i removed it , since then even with a clean install of synapse 4 , including driver cleanup as you recommend , i no longer have the thx working on the device , i go into synapse , click thx and test , no sound on either blackshark game or black shark chat , and in windows options for sound , theres no thx for audio enhancements? , im stuck for options , and im relectunt to do a full reinstall of windowshelpthanks

Hi I lost my dongle for RZ04-0453. I found the product on Razer support page but No answer no nothing o send message to support still no answer is it any way to get it or only buy new headphones I waiting 2 months now 

I have the Razor audio set up app on my xbox. I have followed all the steps to connect my blackshark v3 pro headset. Yet it does not connect… When I turn on my headset to connect my headset, it says that its trying to connect but it never does… Please help, any advice would be appreciated.

i tried turning my controller on while plugged in and unplugged the USB C to use the wireless dongle instead. as soon as it was unplugged it shut off and hasnt come on since. my computer recognizes when its plugged in again but still wont turn on or anything. It wont show up on the controller app either to look for updates or anything.

Looks like I’m having the same problems as most I see on here. My black sharks are 6 months old and will no longer hold a charge serial Number 862543D38800267has anyone found a fix or an i just out of luck i didn’t get the insurance from target where I bought them

The razer login window vanishes when I try to login to use the software.

On my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro (ISO layout), the main Enter key doesn't trigger Ripple or Reactive effects (Quick Effects and Chroma Studio), while every other key and Numpad Enter work fine, Static lighting and actuation detection on Enter are normal, and reinstalling Synapse 4 didn't help.

I'm posting this to see if anyone else with a Huntsman V3 Pro Mini is experiencing the same issue. My Huntsman V3 Pro Mini is detected correctly by Synapse and Chroma Studio. The keyboard functions normally, and Quick Effects work without any issues.However, when I switch to Advanced Effects / Chroma Studio, I am unable to edit per-key RGB lighting. The color selection controls are greyed out and display the prohibited symbol (circle with a slash). As a result, I cannot assign custom colors to individual keys.

I recently updated my headset and dongle to the latest firmware, 1.4.4. After that, the dongle no longer works. My headset can still connect to my computer over Bluetooth. I tried the pairing utility, that didn’t fix the issue.

I got a new pulsar meiy glasspad and with low and medium Lift off distance the sensor stops tracking and stutters sometimes. I’ve tried updating firmware, fix is using High LOD but I’d rather not use high lod because its harder to do long swipes.
