Razer Support

So the day before yesterday (9/11/25) the wheel was perfectly normal, it was intact changing the volume with it spinning up and down. But then as of yesterday (9/12/25) the keyboard made a popping noise which turned out to be the wheel, I inspected it and it was just loose. Turning it upside down made the wheel itself become displaced and then just fall out.  Been trying to find anyone with similar issues but so far no one has had this problem and I don’t know how to fix it.

i was reading up on a 5 month old post abt the same issue but it was taken to pms and i was wondering what happened with whether or not this falls under the 2 year warranty. I’ve had this headset only since last christmas and have taken good care of it with only minimal damage to the head pad showing up recently, and now falling halfway off from wearing it. Hoping someone can lmk if thats under the exclusions or not bc im not sure !!

I got the mouse and synapse wont even load the mouse, in device mananger it show and goes away . i tried everything i read on forums and nothing happend , mouse i new new

Anyone know how to fix this? Just started happening, when I click Mouse 4, sometimes it will double click. This is causing me significant problems in multiple applications. How can i fix this? Thanks! 

I purchased the razer blackshark v2 x from amazon on the 13th of this month. When I went to activate 7.1 surround sound, the razer program said device was already registered. Any prompt help would be appreciated. 

I've had this head set for awhile and have always had this issue. The headset works perfectly fine on my PC, switch, PS5 and Galaxy s24+ but the moment I use it on my Galaxy tab a9+ in discord it doesn't work but it works when watching YouTube videos. It literally only discord work on discord. Is there a fix or anything?

I received Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones for my birthday. Unfortunately, while scratching off the card for the activation code, I smudged three characters and now I can't read the code. Please help.   

I’ve been experiencing unusually high keyboard latency averaging 100ms 37Hz on both my laptop keyboard and my Razer Huntsman Mini. The Razer Synapse software doesn’t show an option to change the polling rate for the keyboard either. I’ve tried reinstalling and doesn’t seem to fix it.  

I have a Barracuda Chrome headset. Never drop and everyday used. I saw something in the headset of mine. small crack. I’m not sure that's small or med cracks.

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset. It used to work fine, but as of yesterday the wireless mode has completely stopped working. Here are the details:In wired mode, the headset connects immediately and works perfectly fine.However, In wireless mode, the headset does not power on at all. The HyperSpeed Wireless Thingy where you connect your USB for it to become wireless briefly flashes dim green whenever I plug it in, but then turns off (goes black).Btw, The headset LED stays red when plugged in, and it does not appear to be charging, seems to be stuck at 36%.I have already tried different different USB ports. I also attempted a hard reset, but the issue is still there.Any fixes?? :)

I created this Razer account with my old Facebook account. Now I can’t log in with Yahoo since apparently my email has been inactive for long. I can’t get the OTP/code being sent with my transaction because I can’t log in my email. Attached below is what shows up when I try to log in my Yahoo email.

Hello my brother’s Blackshark V2 Pro has had microphone problems for a month and I’ve only been informed about it recently. No physical damage can be seen from the microphone from what I see so far, any fixes?

Please help me: So, my PC was messing up so I factory reset it and had to reinstall Windows 11 by using a bootable USB. Fresh OS, but I don't have the necessary drivers, so no internet or really anything working in the Device Manager, not even the touchpad. I'm trying to fix it by using installing the Razer recovery image. I downloaded it by entering my Razer Blade 17's serial number and then extracted it on my 32 GB USB. After all that, booted into Razer recovery and saw this message: "This preload image is not suitable to current system. Error code: AsusTek Computer Inc" However, I followed all of the steps Razer said and I downloaded the correct recovery for my laptop model/serial number.

I was tidying up my PC because I had just taken it apart to service it, and I accidentally pushed it too hard, causing the mouse's USB dongle to get squashed between the PC and the wall. It stopped working, and I had bought the mouse less than a week ago. I tried to find replacement options, but none of them seemed reliable. The same accident happened about a month ago. Today, I found a way to speak directly with Razer support, and I would like to know if there is any way I can get the mouse working again.
