When I charged the headset the green light is there but when I unplugged it, and try to power on and pairing the blinking blue light does not even appear
I have a pair of Kaira Pro for Xbox and the green fabric cover on the headband is coming off. It seems like the glue hasn’t stuck. How can I get a support as it is still under warranty? The Razer Support phone number always hangs up on me and the chat links don't work.

Hi everyone,I know my mouse is out of warranty — I bought it about two years ago — but it’s still in great condition and was working perfectly.For the past few months, I’ve been using it with my work laptop, where I don’t have Razer Synapse installed. Last week, I switched back to my gaming desktop, which had Synapse 3. Everything was working fine until I got a prompt to upgrade to Synapse 4, saying it was “30% faster.” I updated it… and that was the end of my wireless mouse.After the update, the mouse stopped working completely. I started looking around and found several people on forums saying that the Synapse update also updated the dongle firmware, which broke the communication between the mouse and the dongle.I tried to open a support ticket, but the support page just keeps loading forever and doesn’t let me submit anything — so I’m posting here as a last resort.I really hope Razer can provide some kind of solution. Hi guys.So i just got my kaira pro for ps5. First time everything was fine, the leds were working just fine. As soon as i paired them to the app the leds turn off and never worked again. I've already tryied diferent things but didn't get them to work again.Any tips? Thanks 👍
Hello, I have a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse, I use Windows 11 and Razer Synapse 4. I’m using it in bluetooth mode.I can't get the scroll acceleration option to work. I’m using scrolling mode Tactile and smart-reel is off.When I activate scroll acceleration, there is no difference when I quickly scroll the wheel. It always scrolls at the same speed. I have tried all three Synapse levels (low, medium, high), but none of them work.I've uninstalled Synapse 4, restarted the computer and reinstalled it, all to no avail. I've also tried removing the mouse in Windows and pairing it again, but it still doesn't work. I have also tried to turn off mouse, then on. Any idea why it doesn’t work?

Opened up my laptop to being stuck in BIOS. Did as many steps as possible without having to contact someone and my NVMe was showing my drive but wasn’t showing up in Boot. Now it’s not showing up in NVMe Configuration and I am still stuck. Have had no other problems with this laptop before and was using it yesterday/earlier today. I am just very confused. Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I don’t want to just resort to immediately taking it into a shop.
Hello Razer. I have been having issues with random and persistent static in the audio. I have a Cynosa Chroma and a Deathadder Elite which are both USB. I tried all other USB ports with same issue. I have ran audio signal through LED monitor, 3mm port to speaker monitors, and 3mm to headphone on both the front and back of PC.I think I have narrowed it down to an interference from Razer products. The audio gets a low audible static when I plug in the mouse [or if there is movement on screen, like a YouTube video or gaming]. This turns to crackling static when I scroll mouse or play games. It gets more noticeable when the game is silent or louder when you increase the volume. [These sounds also persist when the PC is on mute via Windows Volume Mixer]The other sound comes from the keyboard. This sound is a faint ringing pitch. It is noticeable when the LED cycles colors, when the intensity of the LED brightness is increased and also when you toggle the Caps, Scr Lk, or Num Lk. These pitch
I had an issue with my audio crackling for my newly bought razer kraken 3 so i look on the forums and i see the issue can be resolved by updating the firmware, so i go to install the firmware and i download the firmware updater and it tells me to plug in my headset.So I plug it in, but it doesn’t acknowledge that it is plugged in and turned on, i see there are similar tickets to this so i try what was posted there for trouble shooting, I restart my computer, I try a different computer, I plug it into the mother board. But nothing works.

But the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound still hasn’t arrived in my inbox.The page says the code was sent to my email, but I’ve checked several times—including spam and promotions folders—and there’s nothing there. Hello,I just received a Barracuda X Chroma headset. I registered the product on my Razer account and received the confirmation email. However, I never received the activation code for the 7.1 Surround. I checked all my messages, but I'm sure I didn't receive anything. (My headset is new, so no code could have been received before.)Thanks to those who will help me.
I have activated the S/N and it shows on my account. It says it has sent the activation code but it has not. How do I simply even talk to a support about this issue. Real big turn down. SEND MY CODE. This seems to be a common issue.
Reinstalled Synapse, switched pcs, different usb ports. Using the update utility, pairing utility, nothing has resolved the issue the dongle is refusing to be recorgnized at all.
I had profiles set up for my razer mouse and tararus for a few games but had to manually hit the set up key to change the profiles for each device. Tonight I learned you can link profiles to a game exe so they all load when you boot up the game...GREAT!!! Did it for Helldivers 2..BOOM...works.Tried setting it up for Call of Duty HQ to play Black Ops 6 and seems it only links to the game launcher...so when the game launches, it switches profiles like it should but once the game itself boots, i lose the link and profile/color goes to default profile.Tried manually linking the COD.EXE file in the XboxGames folder but ends up telling me “You don’t have permission to open this file”….very dissappointing. Works fine if link it to cod.exe from the Blizzard launcher. So obviously Xbox has a permission set on it….anyway around this?
Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 related to the scroll wheel. Here’s what’s happening:When I scroll the wheel down, I can hear the usual “click” from the stepped scrolling mechanism. On certain "clicks" (apparently the even ones), if I lift and place the mouse back down, it randomly detects scrolling up and down. However, when I scroll the wheel again (on the odd "clicks"), the problem stops, and the wheel behaves normally.I’ve already tried checking the settings in Razer Synapse, updating the firmware, and cleaning the wheel with compressed air, but the issue persists. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be a problem with the encoder or the scroll wheel sensor?I’d really appreciate any advice or if anyone has had a similar experience. 🙏Thanks in advance!
