Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Well, a week ago I paid for my Razer mouse at an online store that is well known in my country; it's reliable so I didn’t doubt its authenticity. Today, November 19th, the package arrived. It felt comfortable, but when I tried to install Synapse 4, it didn’t detect the mouse. I checked some videos to look for a solution but nothing worked, so now I want to know if the mouse is the cause or if there’s a problem with my laptopI had checked the product reviews, but they had no problems, even when installing Synapse. That is one of the reasons why I didn’t suspect the product was fake. I would appreciate help so I can get a refund and buy it from the official Razer website. 😢

After a new install Surround Sounds is working, but just after a restart there is no sound. Tried it with Kraken V3 and V4. My Notebook is a MSI Kraken 17.  I´ve tried every description I could find. Sound Output is on Speaker 7.1.My headset is headlightet in the 7.1 Software, both outputs are on the 48000 hz.If I put the output on the headset i hear the testsound, only the 7.1 settings didn´t work.  

Hi, can I develop other external applications for Razer Freyja besides games? I understand I need the Interhaptics SDK, and nothing else? Are any additional software or specific licenses required? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a problem: my Kraken 4V Pro headphones work perfectly fine today, both game and chat channels, without the Razer Synapse 4 software installed. However, after installing the software, the game channel stops working, and I can only hear sound through the chat channel. I've already checked all the Windows 11 sound settings and the Windows and Razer HP sound stabilizers/mixers, and both are working correctly. I haven't found a solution and need help resolving this issue.

Yesterday, I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything was going great until I tried to use a controller. I quickly realized that no matter what I did, no game detected my inputs. Once I closed Synapse and restarted, the issue went away. The only issue with this is that I then lose all my RGB customization on my keyboard. Is there any way I can get controllers to work with Synapse? Is there something super obvious I'm just missing? I find it really weird that a $250 keyboard just voids out all controller support. I looked this up online and found absolutely nothing, which brings me here.

I have tried everything, power to usb, wire check, fresh install of synapse, firmware, I have tried it on a second pc and the same problem still happened.  Anyone have any idea why it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting freezing my cursor in the  middle of the screen for a second or so. 

Hello, I purchased the Razer Iskur X back in 2022. Recently the back support on the chair has stopped working completely and  whenever pressure is applied when leaning back the chair fully reclines and does not provide any resistance. I would like to create a support ticket however the serial number is missing from the bottom of the chair and I can provide proof of purchase.

I can't register the product because it's already registered, but I didn't register it. Have I been scammed and sold a counterfeit? The box, the item, the instructions for use—everything looks legitimate.Thanks, for your help.

Hello all,When I connected my recently purchased Nommo V2 X Synapse warned me that I need update the firmware. My PC (desktop) doesn’t have an onboard BT adapter, the firmware updater didn’t allow me to proceed to the update. So I connected a BT dongle, the updater allowed me to get to the next steps. However when I get to the final screen the update button is not active. I’ve tried to connect both the dongle and Nommo to different USB ports, restarted my PC like 20 times and also downloded the firmware updater several times before each attempt. Hello ,i have problem with my razer black shark v2 pro 2023 version . if i open razer synapse they are stuck on 80% and if i plug cable on charging into them they also are stucked in synapse . Icon is blinking on green its looks like recharge but still on 80% without moving . And also if i dont have them into charging cabel they run like 30-40 min and after blinking red like they are uncharged . It starts like 2 monts ago? in past i never got that problem they freely run like 15 -16 hours without recharge now i need to use almost every time cable its disgusting . I also try to full charge them without use but after i turn them on in first minute they was in red and uncharged .Can u somehow help me please ? i need to replace batery in headphones or ? what to do .  Thanks for your answer .

Hello, I just unboxed my new Naga Pro 2 and was configuring the on board profiles to include Scrolling Stage adjustments. After dragging these profiles to the mouse, if I close synapse and cycle the profile of the mouse to any of the 3 I setup, the Scroll Stages do not change. However, if I switch the profile back to the white light profile, (the smart last used profile one) the buttons to cycle the Scroll Stages resume function. Is there any way to have this apply to all profiles stored on the device instead of just the white one that snapshots the last used synapse profile? If I change the profile as it stands right now, I lose the reason I purchased the new device. I've had a Razer Blade 15 2021 adv RZ09-0367 for two years now. Most of the time it worked fine. Until it didn't. A few months ago I started getting BSODs with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Over time, the error became more and more frequent, until it always happened right after boot and login. Sometimes the system would reboot into the BIOS. To get it to boot into Windows, I had to shut it down completely (press the power button for a few seconds). When the system crashed, the event viewer logged a critical error with source kernel power. I've always run my laptop on the original power adapter and connected a second monitor via the USB-C port.What little I could find on the internet about the WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR was that it usually refers to a hardware error. After a few obvious checks (RAM, hard disk, etc.) that didn't point to a faulty component, I reinstalled Windows. This did the trick: the system ran smoothly for two weeks without any BSODs! I have a razer kishi v3 pro. My cpu doesn't have integrated graphics. My gpu is the rx 6500 xt. This gpu does not have hardware encoding. Is there any way to get the remote play to work through software encoding as this is what I use with obs to run my gaming streams to rumble and twitch?
