I have a problem with the text message. The phone does not connect and I forgot the copy code. What should I do? 

My razer wolverine v3 pro after the last update keeps on crashing . It doesn’t charge properly. I wonder if anyone have same problem as me .

 Backshark v2 X, says that the product is already registered, I can't get the activation code. I can send all the proofs (codes), I bought new ones.

A week ago I bought a USD playstation code as I normally did almost every week, and there was no problem until now… The code they gave me wasn’t even from playstation, it was a completely random code, and not good enough when I contacted support, they told me that the problem would be fixed asap. Well, i discussed with support and the only thing they tell me is that “I will get my money back”. Every single time, they don´t refund me, they tell me they’ll do it. So I told them that I just wanted to know if this case will end with a: “we can´t refund you” So i’m not waiting for nothing, but now they won’t even reply to me. Really dissapointed because i´ve worked with them since months or even a year now and this treat is unacceptable. As always thanks but hope people don´t have the same problem as I do.

I’ve been waiting for hours for the thing I have purchased and contacted the Customer service. Why does it take so long?!

In the app, Razer 7.1 doesn't appear; instead, it shows as Realtek. However, in the computer's sound settings, 7.1 is available. Does this mean the headset is working as 7.1?  

I just recently was gifted the Razer Kraken V4 X and there is a really quiet buzzing issue that i just simply cant unhear and is really annoying, what do i do if this is fixable and if not should i just ask to return this headset

Hi folks, My armrest disconnected from the chair, and I can't see how to separate the side-to-side  slider in order to reach the screw heads to reconnect it, any ideas? Thanks!   

Hello. i just got my headset from my dad as a birthdaygift. after 5 days in the morning when i woke up to start my pc i realized that the sound only coming from the left earbud, i cant hear anyting from the right earbud. i have tried to reinstall razer synapse, updating all the sound drivers. i did try on my laptop, still the same.. is this common on these headset? its happening in both wireless and wired. i have been looking for solutions but havent found anything.. please help.

I bought the Razer Black Shark v2 hyperspeed, it arrived today. But the dongle for the wireless headset is not lighting up or getting detected by the PC. I tried firm update but it can’t recognize or detect my dongle. The updated button is grey and just stuck on that page.

Hi! I have an issue with my Ornata V2 keyboard. When I press the “7” key on the bloq num, my pc recives the information that many keys have been pressed at a time as I show in the attached image. So, this is what I type by pressing this key:9329327999 323210+8 32109 329 32 Any tip for solving this? I’ve tried the keyboard on another PC and ofc I clean it with no results (more than being more clean I mean hehehe).Thanks in advance for the help, this is driving me out. 

As the title says, mine stopped working. The mouse is turned on and The RGB still works and blink and all but the mouse just doesn’t work. I can’t connect it via cable, when I plug in the receiver it says “Device is switched off” on the Razer Synapse. And when I try to connect via bluetooth it just doesn’t work, it doesn’t go into detectable mode. Someone please help

Okay so basically my keyboard is detected as a xbox controller and i dont know how to fix that since it mess up on some games and chatgpt told me to uninstall some things and i did but it keeps detecting as a controller and i dont know what to do and sometimes it drifts on some games like Aimlabs and i disable the controller input on steam and aimlabs so it dont detects but still does the same and idk what to do please help and sorry for my bad english ty

Hi, I am experiencing occasional wifi disconnections.  I have read elsewhere that a new mediatec wireless lan driver update fixes this but I can’t find a location I trust to download the new driver.  Standard update driver process does not find an update.Please advise. Thanks!Steve

In its default UAC 2.0 mode, the sound becomes crackled, develops static, and resembles distorted "8-bit" audio.
