I purchased a razor black shark v3 x hyperspeed for Xbox(RZO4-054202)not so long ago and so far it’s been great. But I tried to play arc raiders and noticed none of my friends could hear me but I can hear them. When I speak the game is picking up my voice shown by an icon over my profile. Xbox parties and Discord work fine i can hear them they can hear me etc. I Haven't tried any other games to see if this problem reoccurred. Other headsets work fine with arc raiders just not this one. Iv tried to see if an update was required but there is none available for this model. Has anyone got a fix for this would be much appreciated.

Hi, just bought Basilisk V3 mouse, and I encountered an issue, in which I cant normally move my mouse from one window to another.i have 4 screens, with this setup for years (layout https://imgur.com/a/1hIuBN3) I cant cross at all normally between screen 1 ↔ 2, 3 ↔ 4, 1 ↔ 3. Other screen pairs require huge speed. I have connected the mouse to different USB computers I have restarted the computer multiple times Razer Synapse version is 4.0.86.2510220630 (newest) I have all snap windows 10 features disabled using older mouse (non razer), works just fine I can move the mouse to specific window (‘breaking the barrier’) by greatly increasing mouse move speed, but I'm not going to fight with mouse all the time screens are positioned perfectly in windows 10 settings, I can see it by dragging some window. Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda headset on Razer Synapse. The headset is detected by Synapse, but none of the features work. I can’t access or adjust any settings, and THX Spatial Audio is also not working.I have tried restarting Synapse, reinstalling the app, reconnecting the headset, and updating all drivers, but the problem still continues.Could you please investigate this issue or provide a fix?Thank you.

I bought a v2x headset and registered the product in the Razer system, but the activation code hasn't arrived for 2 days. Where did I go wrong?

Even  though i put the correct Serial number and Product number it says Product number invalidCan you help me register it? 

I keep getting the error "There was an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again" and not receiving the sms code

I have two things I need help on and when I went to reach out to Support, I had to enter my serial number. My number was verified and my warranty is active but when I click the “Submit” button, nothing happens.  I’ve tried on different browsers, devices, different serial numbers with active warranties, and cleared out my website data and ensured extensions were disabled. A URL preview doesn’t show up when I hover over the Submit button so it seems like the button isn’t connected to an action or URL. Right clicking on the button doesn’t bring up any URL options like “Open in new tab” Insider seems to be my only way of reporting this problem; Can someone help me fix this or get a hold of customer support?

Just updated to Synapse 4.Now my devices are now lighting up as a christmas tree. I don’t want that.I opened Chroma, but there I get a message that Razor Axon app is currently controlling my device’s lightning.My questions:1 - How to do lightning settings in Axon?2 - How to get control back to Chroma?

Since the release of Windows 11, no solution has been provided and users have been victimized by Razer. Support for Windows 10 has been discontinued recently and there is still no solution! The sound effects that work in Windows 10 do not work in Windows 11. I contacted Razer support SEA HQ headquarters and they said they would solve the problem, but no solution was found and the same problems still persist. Even though there was nothing wrong with my headset, I requested a replacement upon the advice of the Razer SEA HQ representative. And they replaced my headset. But the problem still persists! Razer doesn't want to admit there's a problem with Synapse 4! Synapse 4 installs THX drivers in Windows 10, but it does not do this in Windows 11!  I asked Razer SEA HQ to give me the Razer Barracuda Pro drivers, but they insisted that Windows Update installed it automatically. If it is installed automatically, why can't I see an application related to THX in Add/Remove Programs in Windows 11

Hello.I have a ASUS Rog Laptop and use a mouse Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed and it stopped working 2 days ago after 1 year (ish) of use.at first it still worked for clicking, but not moving the cursor, but it lasted less than one hour, now is dead in the water.I updated driversI reinstalled Synapse 4I reinstalled the driversI rebooted enough times, with and without wi-fi workingI run the cmd, as admin and run DISM checks in all 3 variants, and SFC/scannow In Bluetooth and devices it show up as DA V2 X if set in bluetooth and is “connected” but does nothing, if i put it on 2.4 (as it always has been in this working period) shows as Razer Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed “Driver error” and does nothingIn Device Manager it shows as HID-Compliant Mouse (and Razer Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed if connected with Bluetooth) but has the error:“Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. Hi,I have a Viper V3 Pro that comes with a HyperPolling Wireless Dongle, and I also own a DeathAdder V3 Pro.I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the HyperPolling dongle from the Viper V3 Pro to connect my DeathAdder V3 Pro as well. Razer Synapse only shows the Viper V3 Pro with that dongle. I don’t see any option to pair the DeathAdder V3 Pro to this dongle. Is the HyperPolling dongle that comes in the Viper V3 Pro box locked to that mouse only, or is there a way to re-pair it to work with the DeathAdder V3 Pro too?If not, do I need to buy a separate HyperPolling Wireless Dongle specifically for the DeathAdder V3 Pro?

I brought my Razor Blade 14 laptop 2 years ago. Recently whenever I have sound playing on my laptop (music, movies etc), there is a static sound that plays on and off. I had sent my laptop back to the place where I brought it from to get repaired, they told me my speakers were faulty and charged me $300 to replace them and clean dust build up. I picked it up today and as soon as I went back to watch a movie, the static sound started up again. I am not sure what is the problem is if it’s not the speakers and don’t want to go back to the repair place for them to charge me more money and perhaps not even fix the problem. Is this a common issue in these laptops, is there something that I could do with my audio drives that would fix this issue?Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you :)TLDR: Static audio when sound playing on laptop, got laptop speakers replaced, problem is still there
