I cant no longer access my mobile number or receive a otp. i lost my phone number. can you please help me to change my phone number so i can buy or pay using Razer Gold?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) on Windows 11. After installing Synapse 4 and THX Spatial Audio, I expected everything to work seamlessly. Instead, the software feels half-baked and unreliable. The EQ settings in Synapse 4 do absolutely nothing – no changes are applied to the audio output. The microphone settings (Noise Reduction, Voice Clarity, etc.) are completely useless, they simply don’t work. Even though I correctly set my default playback device to THX Spatial, the problems remain. It honestly feels like this product is not fully compatible with Synapse 4, and customers are being left to deal with broken software. For a company like Razer that promotes itself as a leader in gaming hardware and audio, this level of quality is unacceptable.I strongly urge Razer to fix these issues immediately, otherwise this headset becomes nothing more than an overpriced pair of headphones with non-functional features.

Where do i buy speed flex cable for deathadder v3 wired? Its always disconnecting and some metal wire are sticking out of the wire

Hi, my headset has started having a lot of audio coming through as distorted/laggy/robotic sounds. I have tried the suggestions on the troubleshooting FAQ, have reinstalled the software / drivers a few times but to no success. It doesn’t matter if it is just one sound such as discord or if I am trying to have multiple programmes running.Does anyone have suggestions please? 

My “A” key sometimes stops working for like 0,5 sec and continues working. I have tested every game and it does the same exact thing on every game. I had this same problem before too and switched it out with warranty and the problem has occurred again. Does anyone know a fix for this? I currently have Razer synapse 4.

Good evening/morning, I bought a Razer Barracuda X Bluetooth headset and the microphone doesn't work!It's already connected to input and output, but it's also connected to Discord etc. and the microphone still doesn't work! I hope someone can help me, have a nice evening/morning! LG Marcel 

I was playing when the battery indicator flashed red so i plugged it in and continued to play it said it was critical i believe when i checked the battery life on the app on my xbox thought nothing of it continued to charge it while i was playing i went to bed and unplugged everything before i slept and came back to the controller not turning on i plugged it in i got a flash one time of white on the controller and now no response. i have used the charging cord provided in many different charging environments and nothing will make it respond to the charge. very frustrated as this is maybe a 2 week old controller barely used so far. frustrated to the max!

My the mic on my Razor Kaira Pro for Xbox Series X/S headset will not produce any sound when connected to Discord chat.   The firmware is current, I have set and reset the Bluetooth pairing multiple times.  I can connect to discord and hear the conversations of my friends in the chat channel but the mic detects no sound on discord from my headset at all.  No green light, no noise whatsoever.  I have downloaded the Razor App for Xbox and set the Mic Boost and Equalizer to boost settings, I have used the mic monitoring option in the app to verify that the mic does indeed work.  I can hear myself chatting in the headphones,  I have made sure the headset is not muted.  While in the Discord app on my PC I can see that my Icon is in the chat channel, and it says connected to Xbox but no sound from the mic but can hear everyone else’s chat.   I should note that I have had this headset for less than a year and it the mic worked fine with Discord last month.  Not idea what changed, and no idea

Everytime I press the letter r it puts g with normally 3 different letters I have uninstalled it from device manager and restarted and still does the same thing. It is also 1 day old and it’s a Razer huntsman mini

My razer ENKI started to sink when I sit on it. As it's 3 years old it's just outside of warrenty so I'm trying to change the gas cylinder myself. Problem is, I can't get the wheelbase off the cylinder... I've followed the instructions and watched many video demonstrations, but no matter how much WD-40 I use, or how hard I hammer it, it will not budge. Has anyone got a tip as to how I can get the wheelbase off so I can change the cylinder?Thank you in advance!

The fan noise of my Razer Blade 18 2025 is really sharp and annoying. I researched a bit, and found that others experience the same issue. One report states though that he sent his razer 18 back and the new one didnt have the problem. I just want to know if the issue is know by Razer. I dont want to send back and then they say “there is no problem”

this issue started when i moved to Synapse 4, when i start a video like a short and scroll to another short my headphones is like disconecting and connecting here like a popping sound EVERYTIME anyone knows or having the same problem

I was in the middle of the game and on a call with a friends on discord, when suddenly stopped working. After troubleshooting and checking everything, I found out that PC doesn’t find any mic input when I have headphones connected via bluetooth to PC. I have win10. Headphones and mic work perfectly fine on other devices and when I connect with audio cable, but with cable I can’t hear anything so unfortunately it’s not an option for me. Here is all I tried:Updated headphones firmware Updated razed software and tried to connect via BT using it - same issue continues Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. > Find "Windows Audio" in the list, right-click it, and select "Restart” Settings > sound privacy > enable access to apps Sound enhancements disabled and enabled - No change Remove device and add again Mute button is offIs there anything else I can try to fix this?

I like mouses with a pronounced arc or height, I don't like almost "flat" mouses, I find them uncomfortable and they give me wrist pain, even with a glorious gaming wooden palm rest. Which is the razer mouse with the biggest height or "arc"? Thanks. Price is not an issue. 

Hi there,The problem I'm having right now is that the computer won't charge. However, the LED indicator on the power supply is on. In other words, when the battery runs out, I can no longer turn on the computer and use it.It is because when I connect the power supply to the computer, there is no response at all. I heard someone said maybe the software(Windows 11) problems !I have tried to delete and reinstall the batteries driver from the windows 11 system device, but it still can't solve the problem.What should I do? Attached is my laptop information.Microsoft Windows 11 Homeversion(10.0.22621 Build 22621)Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021)-RZ09-0409Many Thanks 

I bought some gift cards but when I went to remove the card from the packaging, the sticky part took the numbers with it. I only have the barcode, what can I do about this?? 

Appreciate all of your support but here is my issue. The monitor when plugged in to the correct usb c port is not recognizing on my Mac mini,  Please see following testing I have done. Upgraded to latest OS version Tested on MacBook Air M4 the display works properly through dock. Plugged monitor directly via usb c into Mac mini and display works properlyAny suggestions as I can’t find anything.
