I have misplaced the mic for my headset.  Would it be possible to buy a replacement that will work.  I have tried a number of the aftermarket ones with zero luck.  TIA. 

So, i saw that this is a pretty common problem, and yesterday it happened. I already tried with some of the solutions that were suggested in this forum, like firmware update, resetting or even deleting the drives, reinstalling synapse, etc. But nothing seems to work. Also some of the rgb from the keys stopped working, so if i could receive some help it would be awesome, thank you.  

Xbox series x shows charging symbol for controller when not plugged it, but does display correctly in the app. Is there anyway to fix this?

hello. i downloaded today synapse cortex. later i paid attention that the cortex software caused my pc to stop the RGB Lightning from the case. it probably made more changes im not aware of them.i didnt find a way to revert the settings it changed. i tried few things but not helpfull so far:uninstall the program  restart few times system restore looked for something in bios but didnt find something usefull. im kinda lost here and that sucks. there must be a way to fix it. would like to get help please.

Hey i have the Blackshark v2 pro for a bit over a month now and i still have this weird issue where if i start a youtube video or a show on netflix the audio is gone for 1-2 seconds the same with discord i dont get any notification sounds cause the sound is muted for whatever reason if i get multiple messages it works but if i get only 1 i dont hear any sound i hope someone can help me here

The wireless stopped working and the firmware will not detect that it is plugged into the computer.

just wondering if there if anyway to fix my sound bar it only does this while using the wired mode and this only started happening this morning after i turned it on it works fine in Bluetooth. and I've tried turning off the audio enhancements but that doesn't fix it so I'm just completely stumped at this point. so i don't know if this is a hardware issue or if its just some setting that is turned on that I don't know about.any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys ( :

Recently, I wanted to change my phone number. I went into the website and it just kept showing errors so I reloaded the site again and tried again, until my account got locked. I tried to change it again but it kept showing errors and I just couldn't do anything anymore. If there are actually any staff looking at my post, you can go and check my profile to see that there is no registered number there. and because I don't have my number for 2nd factor authentication and since I don't have any backup codes I remember, I basically can't buy or do anything, there is still 80 coins in my account which I haven't had the chance to use because of this error. please help if you can. I have already submitted a ticket and they said my account was activated again but the error is still here! 

Hello Team,I have a technical question. Ever since my phone installed the latest update for GTA: San Andreas (v 2.11.32) on June 28, 2023, the game runs fine without any external controller, but as soon as I attach my Razer Kishi V1 controller to it, the third person camera view endlessly spins in circles making the game unplayable. I have tried clearing the game cache and data and even reinstalling it, but I get the same result. My phone system is also fully updated. This did not happen before the update. I have a Google Pixel 7a with an Android 13 system.I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!

Everysingle Time my dad talks in the other room my friends can hear it. It literally picks up me moving slightly. Is there any fix to it for xbox players because I can't use synapse these ones are wired. 

I’ve seen several comments on this forum around the Ring Lights failing after minimal use. The same thing has happened to me. I bought it 8months ago and have used it a handful of times. In between it just sat on my desk and wasn’t moved. Now it won’t turn on at all and the Razer website says that it’s out of warranty? Massively disappointing for an £80 light to only allow three uses before it breaks. Any Razer folk willing to pick this up?

I have a keyboard with two specific keys that sometimes don't register when I hold them down. It's not that they get stuck, but rather they fail to respond when pressed for a longer period. The issue seems to happen based on my pressing style, possibly due to contact problems with those keys. The problem occurs intermittently, and only with these two keys(E and D). Could you please help me figure out how to fix this?

First time having an issue. I absentmindedly used the mouse until the battery completely died on it’s own. I plugged in the mouse cable for it and it hasn’t turned on or been detected by synapse since. I have done a full restart 3 times (this usually fixed the issue in the past, but i’ve never used the mouse until it turned off on it’s own before). It’s been plugged in for the past 2 hrs and nothing so far. How long should I wait before I consider the mouse a lost cause? I’ve tried to connect it to other computers in the house and it’s not detected on those machines either.

Hey I am interested in buying blackwidow v4 pro in Nordic layout, but I see that there are no yellow switches in stock for this layout as it suddenly disappeared from the store. Will it come back in store? And will orange switches be available in any other layout then US?

I’m trying to connect my Blackshark v2 Pro to my Xbox with the razer audio setup app but it wont detect the headphones. I have the usb stick plugged in and the blue light is on which should mean it’s connected but the app won’t work for them. Are the Blackshark v2 pros not supported by the app?
