I got this controller as a Christmas present last year and it was working until I got to college in August. Now whenever I’m playing games on my ps5 it randomly disconnects. Its up to date with updates so im not sure what the issue is

Is there anyway to connect this device to my Xbox or am I SOL? it was a gift and I do not have a receipt nor do I know how long ago they purchased it. 

Hello,I would like to ask for help with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headset on Windows 11.I am experiencing crackling audio and random volume shifts during use. The issue occurs during normal playback (music, games, voice chat). The only temporary solution I’ve found is disabling “Audio Enhancements” in the Windows Sound settings (Control Panel). Once I disable them, the crackling and volume fluctuations stop. However, this is not an ideal solution because EQ presets and other audio enhancements do not work in Razer Synapse 4.Here’s what I have already tried: Reinstalling Razer Synapse 4 Completely removing headset drivers through the CleanupRazerDrivers.exe and reinstalling them through Razer Synapse 4 Cleaning registry entries related to the Razer  Testing different USB ports Unfortunately, the issue persists unless Aud

Every once in awhile my mouse will randomly stop working and it’s because Synapse has turned my mouse to save power after 0 minutes of idle time. It will go idle while I’m actively moving the mouse because of this. When this happens I have to continuously plug my mouse in and out of my pc to hopefully get a long enough window to manually change the setting myself before the mouse turns back off. If it turns back off I’m unable to change the mouse’s settings as the window for my mouse disappears. I’ve looked into it online and haven’t found similar issues happening to others.if anyone could tell me why this is happening that’d be great

I recently bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Controller and accidentally the wireless dongle got broken. After talking to Razer support they are saying they don’t sell that part and since it was was damaged there is nothing they can do. I even offered to pay for it but they will not replace it for me. Now since the controller doesn’t support bluetooth i am stuck using the controller with a usb connection. Imagine spending so much money and this happens. Last time i brought a Razer Product.PATHETIC!!Caution for anyone who plans to buy it. If by accident anything happens to the wireless dongle they will not replace it and you’ll stuck using it with wired connection. 

My Razer Basilisk Ultimate stopped working on wireless. When I plug the dongle to the laptop, it works fine for about 2 seconds, then turns off. Then after a few seconds turns on again and this goes on and on. I tried to remove all the drivers and firmware, then reinstall everything, then update all possible firmware. Also used the pairing tool. The pairing process was successful, but the problem still persists. Nothing worked. Only when wired with the cable works fine. Can anyone help??

Hi, my mouse stopped working, no lights. I reset pc, pluged mouse to diferent usb, usb 2 and usb 3.Make the reset to the mouse, and still the same error. My pc detects the mouse as a USB pendrive.I think i need the firmware. The firmware updater dont found the mouse.I need the file firmware of my mouse.The serial number is: PM2117H13011505Razer basilisk V2.Thanks

I am experiencing intermittent connection issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023).At times, the audio briefly cuts out or disconnects for a moment and then reconnects.When this happens, the sound level may suddenly change, and I occasionally hear brief static or distortion.I have already tried the following:- Clean installation of GPU drivers- Removing SteelSeries GG and other third-party audio software- Disabling Windows audio enhancements and exclusive mode- Testing different USB ports and positions for the wireless dongleThe issue still occurs.Please advise on further troubleshooting steps or whether this could be a hardware-related issue.

i have deleted the local files and installed new one.i tried to update my windows software.i removed everything from task manager, allowed firewall for the app, run on start up disable on start up everything. still the app wont open

I’ve just received my Razer Core X V2 and was excited to get it hooked up to my laptop only to find it wouldn’t power on. When I turn the PSU on, the fan on the eGPU does a quick spin before shutting off, and there are no visible lights anywhere on the unit. When I turn the PSU off, the fan briefly spins again.I’ve troubleshooted to the extent that I can. I’ve tested multiple PSUs, made sure the GPU is good, reseated the GPU, and disconnected and reconnected everything. No change. I’m not ruling out a dumb mistake on my part (because it wouldn’t be the first time), but I can’t help but think I got a defective unit.I was going to contact support via the live chat, but the chat button is grayed out no matter the device or browser so I’m unable to do so. Hoping my issue gets seen here. Thanks in advance.

Hello, my Razer blade 16 2025 isn’t starting up properly, it’s only 2 weeks old and freezes when booted up, I am unable to reset it as that fails.  please help

This morning when I turned on my computer, my keyboard started typing on its own: ‘t5gk5gk€€€5g€€€€t5gk€t5gk€gknt5gkt5gkgknt5gk5tgkt5t5gk5tgkt5gk€ng€€€k’ until I disconnected it and it stopped typing. When I connect a different keyboard, I have to press the ‘alt gr’ key to be able to type normally.I thought it might be a problem with the Synapse software, but after uninstalling, restarting, and so on, the problem persisted, so I tried it on another PC and it still does the same thing. I tried resetting it with FN + ESC but it doesn't respond, and when I put it in demo mode with ESC + CAPSLOCK + SPACE BAR and then take it out, it's still exactly the same.Any idea what might be happening? 

im not sure how the issue happened, I set Macro on my Tartarus V2 which didnt work as I wanted which I then deleted but after deleting the macro the 1 key didnt work. I set to finding a solution which includes restarting Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, and various other lvls of new installs. All instances fixed the issue on uninstall and then reappeared after reinstalling Synapse. I currently have uninstalled ALL Razer app and software and have a unlit dark keyboard… I would like to continue using Razer products and RGB features but I do not have a solution that allows Synapse to be installed. Hopefully that explained my issue and I hope there is a solutionThank you. 

Guys so while playing etc. Suddenly all the sounds go away and I have to turn off and on to make it work again. I love the headset but this issue is so bad.

After the last update chroma connect devices do not show in chroma studio, thus no longer get signals or can be controlled? is this a bug, and is it to be fixed?

Just to start this out I thought it was my mouse at first until I got a brand new one today. Same problem… Basically out of nowhere my scrolling will just randomly stop when im on for example: Minecraft I just cant scroll down or up to move to the next item because it randomly stops out of nowhere and then like 20-30 seconds it goes back to normal and I wont have to worry for another 10-15 mins until it does it again. So its not a specific mouse issue its a genuine problem with something else. Who knows it might even be my computer. Im just trying to see if anyone could help me solve this problem or if someone else out there is experiencing the same issue. Please help me or else I might have to switch to a different mouse and I really like this mouse.

I have Razer Wolverine V2 Pro, using it with PS5. Once I have updated dongle and gamepad firmware to 01.04.01 version, after that wireless mode is not working at all. Not on PC, not on PS5. Wired mode works normally, bluetooth connection to android app works normally. PC is recognizing dongle and gamepad at the firmware update app. Is there any solution for this problem? Can i downgrade firmware back to 01.02.03?

I just got my Huntsman Pro and it was working, but the Fn + Tab wasn’t working when following the instructions from the Quick Actuation Point Adjustment in the “quick start” card included with the keyboard.I didn’t realize this is by design for the “default” profile since some of that was mentioned in the fine print on the card, so I followed the steps mentioned in other questions on these support forums. This included:Removing the keyboard from device manager Factory reset using Space + Caps Lock + Esc Uninstalling Synapse and other Razer apps Restarting windows Reinstalling Razer apps/drivers Trying a different USB portThe issue is that after the factory reset, my keyboard stopped working and now just has a lighting pattern of “waving” through the colors from left-to-right. If I hit a key, the lights stop and do a “burst” pattern of green from the pressed key, goes dark, and then resumes the “waving” patt

I got my 1st head set In May 2023 They lasted me about 1.5 week before the Brackets just fell apart. I RMA them ofc and got the new ones. . . they lasted me about 5 months until now… bcs they broke again. Like the Quality of the plastic is not very good so to speak.
