Hi, my Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard suddenly stopped working properly.The Spacebar, Left Alt, Left Ctrl, and Left Windows keys no longer work, while all the other keys work normally, including Right Alt and Right Ctrl.I have been using this keyboard for about one year, and this problem started suddenly today.I tested the keyboard on another PC, and the exact same keys are not working there either. My old keyboard works perfectly on both PCs.I have already tried everything I can think of, including: Reinstalling Razer Synapse Uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard from Device Manager Changing USB ports Testing it on another PC Removing/reinstalling drivers Troubleshooting without Synapse Nothing has fixed the problem.Since the same keys fail on another PC, I don't think this is a Windows or driver issue. Could this be a hardware, firmware, or keyboard matrix problem?Please help me identify the cause and let me know if there is a specific reset or firmware procedure I shoul

I just purchased my Razer Blackshark V3 Pro a couple days ago and needed to charge it for the first time, and I noticed when i plugged it into my pc or PS5 the anc would automatically turn on as if it was on when it was indeed shut off. Is this a normal feature or a defect, and should I be worried about battery health if ANC is active while in the charge state?

Hi Razer Support / Moderators, I received a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset as a gift. When I tried to register the serial number (SERIAL NUMBER), it turned out to be already registered to another account. Since I don't have access to the original receipt or the old account, the automated system won't let me generate an activation code or open a standard support ticket. Could a moderator please assist me with obtaining a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code? I can provide photos of the headset and serial label as proof of possession. Thank you!

I can figure out how to get my mouse to get to get back to where I can switch between tactile spin and free spin the mouse is stuck on only on free spin 

(Sorry for my bad english) My chroma apps stoped working after august update, sometimes it’s flickering and suddenly it stoped working entirely. I tried every suggestions i found in reddit and also from this forums even tried to reinstall my windows for couple times. Did someone found sollutions? 

I'm facing a problem where the program won't open. More specifically, it opens and appears in the tray, but it doesn't work. In the audio mixer, the 7.1 option appears, but there's no sound. On my previous headphones, everything worked fine, but now I'm facing this issue. The headphones are the Barracuda X Chroma. 

Dear RazerI am a YT and twitch streamer, is it possible for me to put razer banner/logo on the stream while gaming basically like a sponsor but in return i am not asking to get paid/get any products i am just doing this because it will motivate me to grow more , i like razer products as i have been using them for my gaming/stream. So i just wanted to ask for permission if is it okay to put a razer banner on the stream.( i am aware that if i get approval i cannot make changes in the logo/brand banner  in any which way and i will maintain it professionally )Best regardsThanking you

Hi,I’m having an issue with my Razer Kiyo V2 camera (RZ19-0537).The camera is not working at all and appears to have no connection with my laptop.What happens: No LED/light turns on on the Kiyo V2. Windows does not make any USB connection/disconnection sound. The camera does not appear in Device Manager. Razer Synapse does not detect the camera. There is no indication that the laptop recognizes the device. My laptop does not have a USB-C port, so I cannot connect the camera directly via USB-C. My current connection is:Kiyo V2 → original Razer USB-C cable → USB-C female to USB-A male hub adapter → laptop USB-A port Could you please advise what I should check next? I would particularly like to determine whether this is an issue with the adapter/cable, the camera itself, or a driver/firmware problem.Thank you. 

Relaitvely new to the BW v4 LP HS and i kinda love it. However, I have an issue with the lights: I don’t want it to turn off the lights when not being used. I even deactivated these options in the settings. But the keyboard still goes all black after a few minutes. Of course, I changed profiles and updated to the current firmware. Nothing helps. Any ideas preventing it from turning off?

Running new Synapse 4, profile remaps some of the thumb buttons on my mouse (Basilisk Ultimate) to keyboard buttons like numbers, etc. which only work while Synapse is NOT running. While Synapse is running they seem to be captured or something. This is annoying when I want to control the lighting, but can’t have Synapse running if I want the button mapping to work. Looking for a solution so that remapped key presses function properly while Synapse 4 is running.

Hi All I notice that the if we enable Cortex Game Booster with "Enable Game Power solutions", the PC's power plan will be automatic switch to "Razer Cortex Power Plan", there is no problem with that However, it seems this plan has a fix settings every time we turn it on through Cortex, any changes made in Windows power plan settings will be readjusted to the default. The problem is, I'm using a Barracuda Pro wireless headset, if the "USB selective suspend settings" is enabled with the power plan, the headset will be disconnected after about 40 mins use, and the USB in the device manager will show an error as "USB device descriptor request failed", I had to restart the PC every single time to fix the problem. So is there any way we can change the Cortex power plan Configurations, specifically the "USB selective suspend settings", every time I change the setting to disable and restart the Game booster, this part goes back to enable again. P.S I tried to look it up in all ini configu

Hi, So I have razer barracuda x 2021 version I think the RZ04-03801and I have the Reciever RC30-03801, but I can’t connect them together when I try the firmware utility it detects the dongle but then I press to connect the headphones to it, it doesnt connect keeps telling me to reconect the dongle and try again.And on the Razer Audio Pairing program, i choose barracuda X, it detects the dongle because it lets me press next and then when it its to press and hold the headphones to turn them on, they are blinking blue to pair with something but nothing happens from there it just stays blinking and not connecting. Things ive had problems with since getting this keyboard:Windows+tab keys ghosting and bringing up desktop manager while on desktopWhile playing games, scroll lock keeps turning on by itself. While playing a game, something keeps bringing up an in game menu. Ive tried everything but dont understand the problem.

Hi i just bought the kraken v4 pro today and everything works well except the screensaver i’m trying to have it off but it kind of reverse to the razer logo after some time i’ve tried everything the hub and headset are up to date i’ve selected no screensaver in synapse but it comes back and even tho no screensaver is selected in synapse i need to manually go in the hub setting and select screensaver off i just tested it and it seems everytime i turn the headset off and back on the screensaver goes back to razer logo instead of staying off like it was before it was turned off

Just paired up my V3 Pro with my Dock Pro about a week ago. I’ve noticed the battery level does not update properly. I saw another thread that shows an updated pairing utility, but that seems to be spicific to the USB dongle - which I am not using.

I bought this headset today and plugged it in, let the firmware updates run and finish. The audio comes out really muffled and flat despite bass boost or any other eq options. I have already tried cycling all the eq presets and repaired synapse once. I have also checked the windows audio options and did not see anything suspicous.Any more advice on this?

I lost my detachable mic for my razer blackshark v3 for PlayStation. My little brother asked if he could play and I said sure, he ended up messing with my headset and detached the mic, he thought he broke it because he didn’t know it could detach. He ended up throwing it away because he didn’t want to get in trouble. After he was done playing I wanted to hop on the game with him and I asked him what happens to the mic and he explained and I went looking in the trash but forgot I took it to the curb and the garbage truck took it. please if I could get a replacement I would be more than happy and grateful.

Hi, I am using a hyperpolling wireless dongle with my razer Naga v3 Pro. But there is an issue with key mapping on the side plates. When I map any keys on the side plate and press the key on my mouse, the output is incorrect. It looks as though it has never been set. It is outputting the default key.  This doesn’t happen if I”m using the regular dongle that came with the mouse. Any assistance would be appreicated.

How can I get a replacement for my razor Kraken V3 because at the top of where the headset adjust for your ears completely snapped
