Hi there! So my Razer Tartarus Pro would occasionally lock up. I have my WASD inputs keybound to the thumbstick and had that working for years. When I play a game like Marvel rivals, periodically, it would try to pull me to the left or “W” and keep pulling me that direction for about 10 seconds. Afterwards, it would go back to normal. This happens repeatedly. What should I do?

Want to use sidetone without mixer or any processing from PC or APP. is it possible? synapses doesn’t even have sidetone options. forces to use mixer.I want pure original mic captured signal to be played back into my ears. anyone have real experience of doing this? it’s not that i can’t get a playback but i can’t get a pure signal playback. 

Hello, I have recently buy the Razer naga V2 PRO (1week ago), and almost all is fine that a great mice, but my side buttons 1 2 3 doesn’t work. on 6 an 12 buttons panel.Do somebody have the same issue?it’s connected via dongle (try bluetooth and wire), i have all up to date (windows raze synapse and frimeware) tested on multiple softwares, clean it as recommended by razer etc. try remapping the butons and nothing work.i have contact razer support and open a ticket and waiting there answer but i wish to know if somebody also have this issue or it’s just bad luck and will it be cover by warranty? thanks for reading and your responseshave a great day

So basicly when i try to connect the Oled hub that comes with the kraken v4 pro it bootloops, so the razer animation happens then the screen is black with the volume up and down icons showing then it shows the razer animation again. It does so on multiple PC’s so it isnt my ports. Its brand new too so this is frustraing. I also tried the pairing utility and nothing happened at all.

Hi, Ive had razer synapse 4 for a while, and recently I realized it wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it, I was met with absolutely nothing. I run the exe, (as normal and as admin) and nothing happens, I get a text document stating "Failed to write installed file (no such file or directory)"I have tried a lot of different methods to get around this, I have cleared every scrap of old razers file off my device including registry data. I have reinstalled windows. Ive done it all, and I get the exact same error message every time. I was so desperate that even chat gpt couldn't help me. I'm using windows 11, and there is not a single article/forum I've seen that has this exact error message, it's always "(permission denied)" as the specification. I don't know what Im doing and I'm getting frustrated because I've spent two days trying to fix this, I really need someone who's smart to help me.

My orochi v2 mouse is not working. i got this mouse a couple off months ago and it was working perfectly, in december the dongle broke so the only way i could use this mouse was with bluetooth and the first time i wanted to use it with bluetooth it connected and worked fine since  then. But for some reason today it does not want to connect to bluetooth, i thought it was just the battery so i switched it out but then i remembered i was using the same battery yesterday and it was at 80 or 90 percentage but i still switched it out for a new one. it still did not want to connect the light was not even lighting up or anything every time i switched the battery so i deleted it from bluetooth and then it came back for a couple of seconds working but then it stopped so i did the reset method and it started blinking but then after trying to pair it still did not work. i dont know if i just have to get a new mouse or something cuz the batteries work fine so if anyone could help me let me know

My Naga V2 Pro has a consistent issue - Scroll wheel sensitivity in game Please don’t tell me there is Windows settings in mouse settings. I have no issues with my backup Corsair M65, that mouse is great! I would like to have the wheel sensitivity set so that I have to DELIBERATLY scroll in game because it drives me insane that my mouse will scroll when bumped and swap weapons in a fire fight - Issue consistently occurs in: BF6, COD, Marathon. It gets met killed in competitive shooters and is very frustrating. It even happens while just browsing web pages in Windows on updated Edge browser. Please, please, please!  Support the NAGA Left on Mac OS Synapse 4.  I know this is an edge case but I use the NAGA left on a Windows PC’s at the office for productivity work as I have severe carpel tunnel issues in my right hand.  I’d be lost without my NAGA Left mouse.  At home I run a MacBook and would desperately like to use a NAGA Left at home. Thanks

Me compre un mouse Razer VIper V3 Pro hace unos 8 meses aproximadamente, ayer cuando prendí mi PC note que el mouse que había dejado cargando mientras no estuve usando la PC seguía titilando en rojo indicando que no había cargado, acto siguiente procedo a ingresar al Synapse y me dice que efectivamente mi carga estaba en 0% y se encontraba cargando, lo deje por un tiempo más y siguió en 0%, ya probé descargando el Synapse de nuevo, probé enchufándolo en otro puerto USB, probé con otro cable USB (Ya que el cable original no funciona), probé conectándolo a otra PC, nada funciono, y necesito solucionarlo. Espero que alguien me conteste y pueda solucionar este problema.

Just recently got Viper V4 Pro. Seen people talk about this on reddit and hope if anybody could shed some light on the matter. The LOD feels high for me on Viper V4 Pro when using low LOD settings, especially in comparison to Viper V3 Pro. I am able to perform tracking motions by hovering the mouse above my pad without the skates touching. Never tested the mouse with stock/base FW. Saw there was a FW update on launch and figure it had to do with their web based synapse, so just performed the FW update right away. Also I think there’s a distinct jitter timing at 8khz when performing swipe test on MouseTester that’s not present on Viper V3 Pro on 8khz. Wonder if anybody could possible educate me on the matter as well. Thank You for taking the time to read this post. Hope you all have a wonderful one 

I’ve been using this Headset for several years now I now have a constant beep where a constantly beep beep beep beep beep beep shut off. I’m just trying to fix it. I don’t understand what’s going on. I spent $200 on this headset

If I lock my screen with WINKY+L my BlackWidow V4 keyboard is disabled and cannot log back in. I can sometimes type just one letter of password and then keyboard is totally unresponsive. I can use the On Screen keyboard, or plug in another keyboard in to complete password in order to log back in. Also while in the lock screen the RBG color changes (I use a static color) which  seems to indicate a software issue with Synapse. Also noteworthy just upgraded to Windows 11 Pro from Windows 10.

Hi everyone, I am planning on buying a new Razer laptop, and i was wondering if the new Razer Blade 14 will actually work with the older Razer Core X and an RTX 3090. I couldn't find an answer anywhere. As it is still quite a stronge eGPU with the RTX 3090, but my current Razer Blade Advanced 15 is nearing it's end actually XD. 

So last Tuesday I decided to update my Windows as i usually do, but something went wrong and many files have been either corrupted or didn't update entirely and are causing some issues with my Viper V3 Pro, both with the dongle and with the charging cable. I found this after this issue became unbearable and got to the conclusion that in device manager, there are some problems in “Human Interface Devices”, mainly with VID_1532 files.After viewing those files in the event viewer, there seems to be an error that says “Device settings for HID\VID_1532&PID_00C1&MI_01&Col03\8&203c8655&0&0002 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match.” 

Was using my headset said headset died but when i plugged it in it was not charging.Indicator light wasnt coming onSwitched cables, doesnt work.cleaned port.left charger in for couple hours, still wont charge/wont turn on.tried hard reseting headsetlooked on razer synapse, absolutely no help.Can anyone help me fix this issue?
