My Razer Kraken V3 X, I am using it for about 7 months and suddenly today its cracked open.I am seeing many posts of this headset at the same exact spot being broken? What’s with Razer in producing such quality?

I purchased a razer ring light from amazon in November and I'm finally getting around to registering it so I can use the app. However, I no longer have the packaging that contained the product number. Is there a way I can use the app still?

My razer Viper V3 hyperspeed keeps getting disconnected and then reconnect in a few seconds. This is very hassle for a gamer like me. I tried changing the batteries  and moving the dongle to all usb port in my motherboard but still keeps on happening.

The "continue to shipping method" button doesn't work, so I can't buy products from the Razer store. I can't find a solution to the problem anywhere. I have tried on several different devices and in different browsers it is impossible to click this button and complete the transaction.

I bought a refurbished Razer Viper v3 Pro off Amazon. It comes with no dongle whatsoever. No problem, I order one, and figure that’s what I get for buying refurbished tech. I use the mouse wired until it comes. It arrives, I go to set it up, and nothing. I post on Reddit, and I get a DM saying I can only connect it with its original dongle, which is stupid. It’s already been the 1 month mark for the Amazon order, so I can’t return it. Is there anything I can do? I would appreciate any advice.

hello,i have deathstalker v2 pro keyboard(new) and viper v2 pro mouse (used for 1 year day to day), working together on on their own hyperspeed modules with rgb off. they have ~8hrs office work and ~3hrs gaming  /day, and  the pc is offline by night. firmware updated.while mouse specified on “up to Up to 90 hours at 1000 Hz”, and holding on stable 6 days, i predict it as  15hrs/day.my new keyboard dies after 7-8 days, while specified on https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards/razer-deathstalker-v2-pro as 13days (let it be - working 15hrs/day with no rgb). also, i can say - mouse works more than keyboard.config:mouse: rgb off, 125hz desktop, 1000hz game, sleep after 10min,  firmware v. 2.1.1.0. keyboard: rgb off, sleep after 15min. hyperspeed mode, firmware 1.5.0.0. charged/drained 2 times. game mode off snaptap

When I am connected to my samsung tablet, I cannot toggle between the light settings on my kaira pro headphones. The lights will not stop flashing, even though I am fully paired with my tablet. I try toggling the lights with the power button as I would on my xbox, but it does not toggle through, it just keeps on flashing pale blue.  I have unpaired my headphones from the xbox and only have them paired to the tablet. I have also unpaired and re-paired my headphones from my tablet. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

My headset Blackshark V2 Was working fine, I restarted my pc and now it cant be detected by my PC, Razer synapse or anything, I try another PC samething doest detected the USB. My PC do the sound for a USB when its plugged in and out but doesnt change anything.

I just purchased a set of the Razer Nommo v2 Pro speakers. I’ve hooked everything up properly and have checked all of the connections. My Windows 10 PC is not detecting the speakers as an option for me to set as my default audio device.
