Hello,Just yesterday, the sound still worked fine. Then this morning, it doesn’t anymore.The power is on, the device is recognised by Windows, the pilot seems up to date. But the Razer Nommo Pro speakers deliver no sound whatsoever. (And the sound works on other devices.)I’ve tried:Restarting the computer. Unplugging and replugging the power cable. Unplugging and replugging the USB cable into a different port. Uninstalling and reinstalling the device. Using your firmwire updater, which states no update is needed.All to no avail.Could you please help me?Best regards

I tried to purchase the new ZZZ collaborated mouse and when i tried to put my address in there wasnt any choice for Mongolia and it didnt register my phone number (+976) please i want to buy this

I was given a few months ago some Blackshark v2 x USB headphones and until today I started using them, but when I put them on the sound was very deep in the games and when I wanted to activate the surround sound the card didn't have the code but now to be able to request the code in Razer ID it asks me for the receipt, date of purchase and place of purchase, I don't have that information now and I don't have access to my code to activate the surround sound.

I have just purchased the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset simply because I wanted the THX side of things. However, I now find out, despite the headset being listed as one of the devices which can use THX Spacial Audio AND it also states in the manual to activate the software, why do I receive the message as in the image below. I don’t want any of this “it’s THX Enabled” rubbish. I want to be able to use the THX app as I expected to get. If this headset doesn’t support it, despite stating it does, which ones in the list actually DO have an activation code for THX? A bit hacked off, this is not made clear ANYWHERE; not even in their own manual!  

I’ve unpacked this months ago and no longer have the box, I want to use surround sound but I don’t have the serial number or the activation code. Is this just a loss cause then?

The dongle it self connects to my mouse (DAV3). When I plug in the hyperpolling dongle its not registering so i can’t access the 4k polling. 1k polling is the highest I can go. The led on the hyper polling hasn't turned on when plugged in. Not sure if it Faulty or I'm doing something wrong. 

Since the last update of Razer Sypnase 3, I cannot configure my THX, nor does the light on the controller turn on without problems. If I press the buttons, it reacts in the program. I also cannot configure the 7.1 as I could do before by zooming in or out. the sounds according to my taste in the circle since with this new interface there is no option, these errors have occurred to me with this new interface since yesterday's update on the 06th I attach a screenshot of how it looks to me now apart from the fact that it no longer works correctly the thx since although it does respond to the buttons I don't have light or sound to prove it like before 

Hi, I have recently had my old phone lost and Mobile Number. I forgot that the Authenticator was installed there before I reformatted it before it got sold. Now, I don't have access to authenticator OTP. both back up code and Mobile Number. I can't seem to remember as well if I saved any backup codes anywhere... Hope you can help..

Looking at buying the new Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. My motherboard does not support Bluetooth. Can this headset be used with a USB dongle? If so which kind? Thanks.

Hi there.Recently I reinstalled Razer Synapse 2.0 after realizing 4.0 cloud does not work in line with the previous.I managed to reconnect the mouse. However, all my Macro settings and Mouse profiles are gone from the cloud. I’d like to retrieve them so that i can save it on my own desktop before updating to Synapse 4.0. Thanks team.

So I just received my viper v3 pro sentinels edition mouse (bought refurbished from Amazon) I received a normal hyperpolling dongle and not the included viper v3 dongle. I just need a way to purchase the correct dongle as Amazon has directed me here.

Hello,I have a Razer Blade 2019 Advanced (RZ09-0301) laptop.After receiving the device back from an unofficial local technical service (Razer does not have an official service center in my country), I started experiencing the following issues:- When powering on, the screen stays black for approximately 40–60 seconds. During this time, the power LED blinks green intermittently. After that, it usually boots directly into Windows.  - Pressing DEL or F2 during startup results in a black screen indefinitely, and Windows does not boot.  - Using the Windows command (e.g., "shutdown /r /fw /t 0") to boot directly into BIOS also leaves the system stuck on a black screen, preventing Windows from loading afterward.  - I also attempted to remove the SSD, but the issue persists.  - I am unable to access the BIOS using any key combination (DEL, F1, F2, Ctrl + Esc, Fn + R, etc.).  - Additionally, the CPU is overheating and throttling abnormally, which is my biggest concern. Hi all,Just got the basilisk v3 pro 35K, have installed latest firmware and synapse 4 is showing 125, 500 and 1000hz as the only options. Isn’t this mouse capable of 4000hz and 8000hz? I specifically want to use 4000hz. Am I doing something wrong? Also tried to restart pc, no differenceSome screenshot for your references:   Appreciate your inputs on this matter.

I love my iskur xl seat which i had for about 4-5 years now.  But the problem is the seat cushion is cracking and peeling.  I tried using some stand alone cushions over the cracks but it’s not comfortable.  Also tried using some leather couch tape to cover it, but it’s just not the same. Do you guys sell just the seat part? Please advise.

Hello, my Razer Blade 15 Base Model (early 2020) recently started getting stuck and loop restarting to the Razer BIOS page (this happens on battery). When the device does finally get to Windows, the system date and time shown was from my recent use. When plugged in, the device starts normally and the system date and time are correct.  I entered the BIOS menu while the looping was happening and it shows my system date as 01/01/2020. I was hoping someone could confirm for me if this is due to the CMOS battery dying?

Hello,Since yesterday I am having an issue with my Razer Kraken X USB headset. Everything was fine with audio until certain moment when audio suddenly went much quieter than usual. At the volume set to 100% it was actually about 20-30% when testing.Advanced tab under the Speakers settings however seem to have a sample sound to test quality and volume of a speaker (headset in this case) and when I click on this, it seems to be much louder.I saw people having similar issue but all the solutions didn't work for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse again to no avail. Fiddling around volume settings in Windows didn't help either. I am out of ideas. 

My logo light isn’t on even though it works perfectly fine, if I switch it to the Bluetooth option it will light up but when it’s on 2.4 the light is off

Hello, was closed in error.  This is an issue impacting many users with this specific model (Razer Blade 16 2023, 4090 GPU).  This seems to be a bug in the latest version of Synapse 4 where the previous thread suggested opening a warranty support ticket (in error). Summary:Synapse 4 does not show the Hyperboost option as of most recent version of Synapse 4, when using a Razer Blade 16 from 2023 with a 4090 GPU and the Razer Laptop Cooling Pad.  This option was not as far as I am aware available ever on Synapse 3.  Confirmed when connecting the Laptop Cooling Pad to both the Thunderbolt 5 Dock Chroma and to the Blade itself with nothing in between.

HiJust downloaded razer synapse 4 because i was interested in trying snap tap feature and before downloading it i checked if all my peripherals were compatible and supposedly they all are, but now that I've installed it they all work except my headphones (Razer Blackshark v2 HS), they get recognized by the program but it just loading infinitely, it won’t let me change any setting using the program.
