Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing this frustrating issue with the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro microphone.My microphone input volume keeps decreasing by itself. I set it to 100% in Razer Synapse, but after a few minutes, it automatically slides back down to much lower levels. This makes me almost inaudible to my friends during games or calls.I bought this headset mainly because of the marketing. The advertisements heavily praised the microphone as "broadcast-quality" and one of the best in the market. However, my experience has been the opposite. Constant Volume Drops: The system won't let me keep my mic at a fixed level. Poor Sensitivity: Sometimes I need to speak a bit more quietly (especially at night), but the mic fails to pick up my voice entirely. My Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headset stopped working this morning.When I started my PC and turned on my headset, there was no sound, so it wasn't actually turning on.I only heard static, and when I tried to play a sound, there was still no sound. The static was still there, but the microphone was working.After installing new drivers, the problem persisted, and the static is still there. I've also tried disabling sound enhancement in Windows, but that didn't help.I've also tried reconnecting the headset, but that didn't work either; the static is still there, and no sound is playing.

Von heute auf morgen funktioniert mien razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed nicht mehr.Als ich heute mein pc gestartet habe und mein headset eingeschaltet habe kam kein ton also headset on wurde nicht gesagt.Ich hörte nur ein rauschen und als ich versuche habe einen ton abzuspielen kam kein ton das rauschen war immer noch da aber das Mikro funktioniert…Nachdem neuen Instalieren von treiber war das Problem immer noch nicht behoben und das rauschen ist noch da ich habe bei Windows die Soundverbesserung ausgemacht doch es bringt nichts.Außerdem habe ich versucht das headset neu zu verbinden was auch nichts gebracht bzw das rauschen ist halt immer noch da und es wird kein n ton abgespielt...

Hello, all the keys on my blackwidow v4 75% (wired) are not registering anymore, except for Down Arrow and Right Arrow. The issue happened both in Window and in BIOS. I have updated the latest firmware (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20595), tried reinstall window device driver, and tried key combinations to hard reset the device. Sadly nothing works. Please help!

I bought a razer kairo headset for the xbox about 2 weeks ago, been working perfectly fine, and been using it perfectly normally, then one time it died and thought nothing of it and charged it like i’d done previously, but this time it doesn’t charge, nothing comes on, and when i try turn it on, it turns on for a second, then says its dead then dies, ive tried multiple plugs, multiple wires, ive cleaned the port, nothing, so can someone help me please, and dont give me the same old copy and paste answer about its your port, its your battery when it isnt.

Hi, I have a Blade 14 for work, bought in August 2022, and the battery is swollen for the past months as i can see the trackpad bending and the clicking is not working. I was wondering if there’s any battery replacement available for it as I have the tools for the replacement.

Hello Everyone, I bought a second hand Blade 16(2025) from FaceBook Marketplace as a christmas gift to myself. The price was too good to pass up. I didn’t realize that there are some QC issues with the system and now the track pad is all wonky. Is there anyway I can send this in for repair?

The basilisk V3 Pro is a fantastic mouse and is perfect for what i need to use it for,But now it wont charge, wont appear when plugged in and wont appear through wireless,i have no idea what to do or how to fix it, it was not dropped or anything of the like it has just suddenly stopped working,Please Help

HI,my Barracuda x usb dongle unable to detected by my laptop or PS5..  when i plug in the dongle and turn on my headset it blink in green then auto blink in blue. usb port as i check work well. can assist?

Hello, I purchased a Razer Naga Pro V2 approximately two year's ago just when out warranty. Recently, I’ve been experiencing issues with the 12-button magnetic side plate. Button 1 has stopped working in bottom half of the button— which has had intermittent issues for some time— is now also no longer functioning correctly. The mouse itself is otherwise in very good condition and works well. I would like to know whether it is possible to purchase only the 12-button magnetic side plate as a replacement, rather than replacing the entire mouse. Thank you in advance for your assistance.   

Hello, i have a problem, i purchased a camera “ razer kiyo pro ultra hd “ i thought it’s gonna be the best camera for streaming in best quality, but my camera in OBS everytime when i move is losing a focus, same in razer synapse independently of settings, i dont know how to fix that, i tried every option in OBS ( i think so ) and nothing works.I haven’t had this problem with camera Creative Live Cam Sync 1080p V2 witch costs like 30$. 

how do i get my razer synapse 4 to download its saying it faIled to install and wont let me log in i downloaded it 3 times and nothing

So, Its been a while since I used my ornata chroma V2, and before I stopped, only the numbers above the letters didnt work. Now, I plugged it back in after give or take 4 years. Now nothing works at all except (when i was on monster hunter) alt and esc. And after closing the game, both of them stopped working too. So then I launched synapse, and the LEDs work, but the keys themselves dont work anymore still. Help would be appreciated, cuz I dont wanna have to buy a new keyboard if I can avoid it.

Hello,I’m interested in buying a Razer Blade 18, but I can’t find any information about an AZERTY keyboard layout (French/Belgian) for the newer models.So far, I only see QWERTY versions available, especially for the latest generation. Before considering a purchase, I’d like to know: Is a Razer Blade 18 with an AZERTY keyboard planned or expected? If yes, does anyone know when or in which regions it might become available? I recently decided to update to synapse 4 and get chroma but now they won’t launch at all even after restarting my computer multiple times. They won’t launch through the installer or through my recently downloaded programs either.

The cylinder in my razer iskur x ergonomic gaming chair has gone out. I’ve been searching for the replacement with the intention of saving my favorite chair. I’ve only had it a little over 3 years and it’s still in great shape so I don’t see the need to purchasing a whole new one when this one was a little pricy to begin with. Is there a way I can order the cylinder itself? Or an alternative? Trying to find the size but no luck. 

So I got a Blackwidow V4 pro and I connected it but had to disconnect it for a Zoom meeting, when I reconected it, it didn´t work. No RGB, not able to write. I swapped cables, thinking it would help, but now I have doubts and a useless keyboard.
