Hello my keyboard is not detected in synapse 2 even though on synapse 4 it is detected and tells me to install 2. The backlights have turned themselves off, that’s why im trying to use synapse to fix this issue but it does not get detected. I also tried the chroma software but that didn’t work.

Pls help me with my card I bought it yesterday but it was over scratched 

I want to know if it is still valid if you buy something from Razer do you still get something on pubg or not?

Experienced odd behavior in the above captioned UEFI/BIOS where the mouse just freezes; yet works fine in Windows 11. I plugged in my old Basilisk and I could navigate the UEFI/BIOS perfectly. Is there a firmware update for this problem, as the rest of the software appears to work fine in Windows. I plan to install Debian “Trixie” on a separate boot drive so would like to get this sorted at some stage…   :)CheersHans

Hi ladsCan I setup Wolverine V3 pro to use only wired connection and bypass battery charging to not recharge every time when is connected?

I downloaded the latest version of synapse this morning.  Now, after only a few scrolls up and down it goes into scroll lock.  I really do not like that function and cannot see a way of removing it.  Any ideas?

This is my fourth year with the Iskur, and my chair is now wobbling front, back, left, and right. Is there any option for a fix? The warranty has expired, but it's an expensive chair to have this level of break so soon. 

When using discord on my Razer Kraken V4 device, I select the audio output as Razer Kraken V4 - Chat, I select the main sound of the system and the games as Razer Kraken V4 - Game, sometimes the whole sound goes completely, sometimes it goes for 10 15 20 seconds, sometimes it goes and instatntly comes back. I tried everthing like unistalling synapse , unistalling thx drivers , install synapse 3 , synapse 4 . I cant find any solution. I dont know its about software issue or hardware . Its only happening use seperate device , If I choose Razer Kraken V4 on both windows and discord there is no issue.

I have a Basilisk X Hyperspeed the warranty ended like 3 years ago. It fell on the floor and now thew right click only works sometimes. i live in mexico is there a place where i can send it for repair? 

The worst service I have had for a week and I have been posting about this problem but no one wants to help. They just answer by sending me the serial number and when I send them everything they ask me to solve this problem they do not respond. This is the last message I will write and if no one helps me I will sell this dirty headset

when I charge my razer viper ultimate(doesnt matter if with cable or with the dock) the battery % slowly goes down instead of going up, then after I unplug it charging the battery % slowly goes up for example I unplugged it 10 minutes ago from charging and it was at 2% now its at 6% how can I fix this?

Hi, I purchased a Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% with ISO layout. I am a Mac and PC user and was hoping on being able to use the keyboard with both machines. This is what the ISO Layout looks like on the Blackwidow V4 75%, borrowed picture from techradar. So as you can see in the image of the ISO, on a true ISO Layout, or the 2.4 mode, the keyboard has this layout (which is correct). Take note of the Red squares, shorter left shift and bigger enter/return key. Also pay attention to the key on the right of the left shift and on the top left of the keyboard, marked in orange.  The issue I’m facing is that on the 2.4 mode, the orange angle bracket <> and paragraph keys are correct, but on my Mac, whenever I switch to Bluetooth or Wired mode on the keyboard, for some reason the keyboard thinks it is some weird ANSI-looking layout rather than the actual ISO layout it has in both physical form and on 2.4 mode. So when I press that top left key it should output § but instead outputs <, and if

Hello guys No sound from the left side of my Razer Nari headset. There is no problem on the right side, it works fine. But when I give all the volume to the left earphone from the settings, there is little sound from there. When I turn up the volume of the headphones, there is very little sound from the left side. I could never fix it. There is no problem on the right, I looked at everything that came to my mind, I deleted the settings, I reinstalled the program, but I could not find a problem. If you have any information on this subject, I would be grateful if you could help.

I just bought these headphones and I conect them and everything but I have this problem of not streaming with them but when I disconnect the headset it lets me stream like normal is there a way to fix this problem

I have been using the Razer Viper Ultimate for years and recently there’s an issue arise with the sudden pointer stuttering while on wireless. Did a number of research on how to fix this issue because I don’t want to use it wired unless I don’t have a choice.  I installed the firmware updater for the mouse and the update is on loop. It will connect and disconnect when it reaches 100%.  I am not using Razer Synapse or any razer software and it’s completely uninstalled off my pc.  Anybody can help me with this?

For more than a month, I have been having an average of 50 to 100 Razer transactions suspended daily and I have been waiting days to get them back??? I have been waiting a long time and you have not found any solution and I do not understand why?? and this is latest ticket have over than 85$ 250727-000498   

No matter if i use a new battery that I just bought for the mouse. Synapse always says it’s low battery and the mouse turns off after a few seconds of low battery. I reinstalled the drivers and update the firmware nothing seems to change it.

Just as the title says I am unable to charge my mouse even though it says its charging when i look in synapse but it never goes up in percent, been like this for about a week now. Ive tried cleaning the connectors on both the charging dock and bottom of the mouse with a microfiber cloth (didnt work) and cant find this models firmware online to see if it needed to be updated or not.

Can anyone please tell me if Razer makes a mouse with good RGB that works with Windows Dynamic Lighting? I don't want Batteries, Bluetooth etc. Just want a cable. Especially don't want built in batteries and charging!? Thank you
