O razer blackshark v2 x versão licenciada pela sony com cabos preto, e o versão padrão razer blackshark v2 x que possuí cabos verde. Eles dois vem com os mesmos acessórios na caixa? (Cabos etc) A versão licenciada da sony vem com o surround 7.1 igual ao do blackshark v2 x padrão? A versão licenciada vem com o codigo para ativar o surround 7.1? Ou se eu registrar no site o headset eu receberei o codigo de ativação?  Essas são minhas duvidas, é que eu uso headset tanto no console como no Pc, estou em duvida de qual comprar.

My Tomahawk desktop has been dealing with issues for a while but this time it’s worse. It used to overheat but now it’s very extreme and my pc randomly turns off by itself or restarts itself while I play games. Cleaning the fans is very difficult, I used to use rubbing alcohol before but I’ve been using compressed air as well and ever since the random restarting happened. I would appreciate your help.

This keyboard isn’t under warranty anymore, and I believe it’s a hardware issue. I want to know how to fix the keyboard myself.I’ve tried other keyboards and the keys seems to work besides this keyboard. The lights still work, the key is just not detected when I press it. It’s just the x key.

I got a razer v4 headset less than a year ago and it never connects to Bluetooth and goes quiet and cuts out all the time is this covered under warranty for a replacement?

It says that Profiles and Macros will be deleted and stored locally does this mean we can make macros locally or that we will need to modify the program files to add macros? I am confused as to if I spent hundreds on something that can’t be used with the features I was promised on the box.

I have had the blackshark V2 for years and now when I updated to synapse 4 it says that the THX spatial audio needs to be activated and is asking me for an activation code while my headset is already registered on the razer website.

Hello!I have recently attempted to update my RAM from the stock 8gbx2 (2667 MHz) Samsung sticks to 16gbx2 (3200 MHz) Crucial. After getting the parts in the first time, my laptop boots fine, I am able to log in to Windows and operate normally.The problem starts after a few minutes, after which I either freeze permanently or BSOD. After this occurs I am no longer able to boot into Windows and best case scenario I reach BIOS/Startup before I freeze or the display simply shows a black screen.Given some of the bootup sequence being displayed I know it’s not a display issue. I have also replaced the new RAM with my previous RAM after which the machine is operable normally and without any issues, so clearly the problem appears to be the RAM. I have been told repeatedly, by both Razer Support and Crucial Support ,that the RAM I’ve purchased to upgrade with is compatible (CT16G4SFRA32A / CT2K16G4SFRA32A) and that it should be plug and play, which seems like it almost is until it isn’t.I am at

A couple of days a go, I disconnected my mic and reconnected it. Please note until I disconnected the mic, it had been fine. It was all working.When I reconnected the mic, the headset went into a power off mode. When I disconnected the mic, the headset powered on again. I tried this both with the USB and USB cable disconnected.Is there a hard reset for the headset?

Windows 10 pro, razer deathadder v3 pro does not work via wire, but works via wireless, Windows simply does not see the mouse. I have already tried everything - inserted into another computer via wire, the mouse works, updated drivers, deleted, nothing helped. Before that, the mouse began to behave strangely - very often hang, after which Windows simply stopped recognizing the mouse, while on another computer the mouse via wire works.

Hey folks! This is my very first debut into higher end laptops, and noticed initially upon unboxing that the *reflection* off of my screen was a little warped / distorted. It’s also SUPER glossy, like MIRROR glossy when displaying black windows. Over time, I’ve just been playing pretty run-of-the-mill stuff like elden ring, have not overclocked it or anything, and the warping / distortion has gotten MUCH worse. I’ve only had it like two weeks. The actual PICTURE is perfectly fine (aside from how glossy the screen is), but I’m worried that the glass? is somehow melting? or something? I haven’t seen anyone with issues like mine. Am I missing something? Is there like a protective layer on top of the screen that I was supposed to remove when unboxing that just… won’t come off? or something?​​​​​​

recently purchased the Razer Wolverine pro. I have done all the firmware updates and all the other support troubleshooting on the website, but the controller will not register the right press. It does directional just fine. I thought there might be something wrong with the stick, but I reprogrammed one of the buttons on the back for the same function and it still did not work. This is for PC. For example, in Call of Duty I cannot melee anyone. That input does not register. I have tried different games and computers. wired and wireless and everything else.  I feel like it is a firmware /software issue. Any help would be appreciated.  

When I try to install/add a new device to Synapse 4, the process gets stuck at “Detecting device”.I have Synapse v4.0.86.2503071049 installed. This same thing happened with 3 different mice:Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed Basilisk Ultimate Basilisk V3 ProThey have been tested on 4 different computers (one notebook with Win11, 3 desktops with Win10), with different USB connectors. The result is the same. All 3 mice are detected correctly within Windows, so their basic functions work. Only the default Windows Defender is used, and RazerAppEngine is allowed through the firewall. The workaround “solution” is that I have to install Synapse 3 first. Synapse 3 correctly detects and installs the required mice settings. Then I upgrade to Synapse 4, and the mice now appear correctly in Synapse 4 as well. This worked for all 3 mice. So with this workaround all 3 mice can be used (and apparently they do not have any hardware issues). But this is definitely not the expected behaviour from Synapse 4. This
