Please refund my razor gold

Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation (audiodg.exe) will use 8-14% of my CPU constantly in the background from startup until I uninstall Razer 7.1. It doesn’t depend on what I’m doing, even at idle it spikes upto 14%. I don’t know how to recreate this issue but it has happened more than twice. I guess when my electricity supply got cut off, PC didn’t shut down correctly and this issue occurred. This is Before Uninstall -  This is After Uninstall - 

Hello!I’ve tryed to make 7.1 Surround Sound work with my Blackshark V2 X, I got a code etc.But it seems like there’s no possibility of it working because it’s a jack 3.5…(The computer can’t reconize it as a new device output, and so 7.1 Surround Sound can’t work...)Is it true or is there a way of making it working?

I purchased THX Spatial Audio license and redeemed the code once. I reinstalled my windows and now unable to activate the same code again it shows- Code already redeemed.

THE PROBLEM:This problem started a few weeks ago. I’ve had this mouse for around 5 years, I’m pretty sure.In random times-seemingly, the mouse just disconnects for a few seconds then goes back on. This only happens in wireless mode, it doesn’t happen in wired/Bluetooth. This problem occurs with Synapse being both off and on (off = task stopped, not just app hidden).ADDITIONAL NOTES:I did notice certain things that always make the problem occur, such as selecting an area on the screen with the snipping tool.MY SPECS, DEVICES & APPS:Windows 11 Pro Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Razer Mouse Dock Chroma Razer Synapse 4 Razer Chroma AppTHINGS I’VE DONE THAT DIDN’T HELP:Uninstalled (there were no updates available for them via Windows) all related drivers via Device Manager. I'm using the Razer Baracuda regular model, but it hasn't been charging since I updated the firmware. My firmware version is 4.0.86. It does not charge even if you use laser products, and it does not charge even if you use other C-type.Is there a solution? It was charged before the firmware update. However, it won't charge after the firmware update.

I have a razer viper rz01-0255, a week ago I was playing my games when my mice just disconnected and reconnected, i thought was just a bug and ignored, but every time now my mouse disconnect and reconnect again, I tried to do some things like update firmware, disable turn off USB to save power, uninstall razer synapse, uninstall mice drivers, but still with this problem, Is anyone else having the same problem? 

I need the download of the tartarus pro  dirver.device manager is seeing my second tartarus pro device as HID Keyboard Device, and not as a tartarus pro.I have no idea why the diver isnt up for download on the site. and this is just to test and try and figure out my main issue, of synapse 3 not allowing me to assign macros to keys. Hello Razr Support! My Razr Iskur chair appears to have failed, I was wondering if it’s possible to buy replacement parts? (if available) I have done my homework with the diagram from the seat set up and it appears I need a seat base due to broken welds. The parts on the diagram are parts H and J. I really like this chair and would like to keep it as it functions very well I’m aware it is 4 years old but other than the base still in great shape.  Thank You
