I was logging into Axon to create images for the gamer room contest, but when I go to run them through the Upsclarer it says “Generating” with the working icon, but nothing comes back. I’ve followed other troubleshooting methods I found on the support site and Reddit, even reinstalling, but nothing seems to work.Was working fine over the weekend.   

Hi Razer Kiyo Pro  is suddenly not powering onI tried changing usb port and tried different pc and its still dead.I tried to uninstall software and install again but still no power.this webcam is just 2 years old, got it as replacement as I had problems with previous one. 

I just bought the Kraken V4 Pro and tried to enable the SYSTEM INFO and get a message, “Your Selected Home Screen Display was not applied successfully to the device.” I get the option to revert or retry. Retry does attempt to re-apply it but the pop-up comes back and the only thing I can do is revert.  Anyone else able to get this to work?  

I have the OG 144hz Raptor, but it dosent show up in synapse no matter what I do. Tried reset, changing usb-c cables, etc, nothing works (its out of warranty by this point). Any solutions? 

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or a previously used device.There is no option to hard reset the mouse.The firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse gets connected to the laptop on that slot.This is incorrect behavior, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over 4 years.Some R

So I want to return my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard and get my money back. I have the receipts and the location of the best buy I got it from. I was wondering if I can send the keyboard back and get money back and not a new keyboard.

My mom bought me a Deathadder V3 Mouse but i don't recall where she bought it from, all i know its from razer. I never knew Razer has a app and i needed to register my mouse. I don't have the box nor do i have the receipt to prove it was bought by my mom  since i threw it away. Like most people would, i saw there was a pp and downloaded but i dint think much of it. Maybe just to contact support but i really don't how else to add my mouse to my dashboard or whatever. I need help.

No matter what I do, the EQ doesn't work. Microphone settings are not working. I bought Razer headphones for the first time and I think I regretted it.

so i bought BlackShark V2 X headest from aliexpress and i have tried to register the product in the site and it show that the product already registered.. what should i do?

However, when I try to enter the code, I receive an error message stating that the code is invalid.I have already reached out to support multiple times but have not received any response. Hi!I bought a headset on january 14 this year and when i tried to register it to use 7.1 surround sound, it showed that its already registered. i dont know how it happend since its a new product, opened this week. it came in a package that was not open. is it possible that someone already registered it before me? how can i get the activation code now? what should i do in this scenerio?Thank you in regards!

This driver has been trying to re-update and re-install over itself ever since it came out, every single day. It keeps failing with Install error - 0x80070103 but the update history  says it was successfully installed, each time. For some reason when it first came out two identical updates were issued, and this has been going on ever since, back in March i think. Windows says they can’t do anything because it is the driver vendors issue. Please help.

So recently I bought the Razer Barracuda headset and installed the relevant applications on my laptop, including the latest Synapse 4 and THX Spatial Audio app. My concern is that I am able to switch between Stereo mode and THX Spatial Audio through the ‘sound’ tab in Synapse 4, but that is all I can do. I have no ‘calibration’ tab in Synapse and the THX Spatial Audio app does not open whenever I click on it.  I have Windows 11 and Asus Tuf Gaming A15 laptop. I have tried to understand the issue on my own but I am finding a lot of different answers. Can anyone explain to me why I cannot do sound positioning (or calibration) on my Razer Barracuda headset?

The Connect function of the Razer Synapse app does not recognise the game Diablo 4.  I have repaired the app using methods in other tickets and even done a full reinstall but it does not appear in the list of apps.   As shown in the below screenshot the app recongnises Factorio automatically but not Diablo My keyboard is a Cynosa Chroma, can you help?App version 3.8.630.62814  

Hi.I have an Abyssus mouse, connected through my Blackwidow v4 pro keyboard to a TESmart HDMI KVM switch.On my other systems (Linux, OpenIndiana, etc.) everything works fine. When I’m switched to my Windows 11 system, though, my left-hand button has stopped working. In Synapse (2, then 3, now 4, installed in succession to try to fix the problem), the mouse button is ghosted.  It is “active” in Hypershift, but does nothing. In Standard mode, it is ghosted (and does nothing).  This just started happening; it was fine for a couple of weeks after putting the new KVM in.How can I get the mouse working properly again? Do I need to completely remove Synapse (and will that fix it)?  I have the mouse and keyboard for the lit keys (so that I can work at night without the lights on) and the tactile feedback.I know the buttons work, as everything is fine when I’m on a different OS: this seems to be a Windows 11/Synpse issue.TIA,Rainer
