I bought this keyboard from a seller, and the price seems a bit low. How can I verify if it's original?  

I Have Razer Kraken and Razerblack shark v2  I registered both of them in the system, but I did not receive a discount code for thx spatıal audio A trial membership code has arrived only for Kraken.

Good afternoon, I was given headphones, but when I try to register, it says that the product is already registered. How can I solve this problem.

Hi. i buy the headphonr and i register the product. they send me the code, but when i go to activate the tell me error. and i change the i and L to 1 and all the stuff. but don´t work. I contact whit a new code in the registration page but they don´t send me.

Hello, purchased Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, the product was successfully registered, they sent an activation code for 7.1 sound, but it says that the code is invalid, please help

I recently bought the Razor Barrucada x Chroma  head set and I lost the adapter and I was wondering if I can just use another brand of the type c to a adapter and see if it will work

I’ve had the Razer Kraken Kitty headset for about 8 months now. My audio disconnects from my pc from time to time, as if I was plugging it out and plugging it back in after 2 seconds. I thought maybe it was my pc USB port, but I tested all of them and I still had this issue. I looked for solutions everywhere and tried them all out, and when I say all I mean ALL! It’s really annoying and I cant enjoy watching films or playing games anymore. This is the 2nd time I’ve had this headset as my old one’s mic mute button was broken after a year or two. I don’t know what else to do 😟 plz help

i bought the razer base station chroma v2 that contains audio speakers and to activate the audio speakers you need the product number of the headstand, which i accidentaly threw sadly because i didnt know it would be useful and now i dont have access to the product number. Is there anything we can do so i can get back the product number??

I have a 2024 razerblade 14 and the left USB C port has stopped working so I can no longer connect my external  display. It suddenly stopped working , one day it was all fine and the next day its no longer working. I have confirmed that the cable I am using is fine and the external monitor is also fine by plugging in a different laptop and it works as expected, just not working with my Razerblade leading me to conclude an issue with the Razerblade.  A quick google search was led me to believe this issue has been reported by other users before but I was unable to find a fix.  How can you contact Razer support? I’ve been on the website going round in circles when I was hoping to find a e-mail  address or telephone number I could use contact to get support for this? 

Bonjours, je suis français et j’ai acheté il y a maintenant je pense 1 an ou 2 les Nommo v2 Pro ainsi que beaucoup d’autres produit razer, mais depuis hier le boitier Wireless ne veux plus s’allumer quand j’enlève les piles il clignote 4 fois bleu blanc puis s’éteint, j’ai mis des piles neuves j’ai suivis les autres topics avec les aides rien ne marche.donc actuellement les enceintes sont inutilisable car sans le Wireless on ne peux pas les faire fonctionner ce que je trouve vraiment pas bien et dommage car la je suis coincé.Cordialement Daniel G

I ABSOLUTELY love your THX Spatial Audio app since I bought it just last week, and I am currently using it with my brand new Quartz Barracuda X that I received as a gift from my Boyfriend during the 2024 Holiday Season.There is a missing feature however that I would love to see implemented, and that feature would be a "per-Application EQ Setting", that can "override the current Global EQ settings". Specifically, I am an avid Gamer, but I also LOVE to listen to my music using my Apple Music for Windows 11 App when I'm not gaming. If there could be a way for your THX Spatial Audio App to automatically change from the Global "Game" EQ that I use the most on all of my Game's, to a Customized "Apple Music" EQ (that I have personally created), whenever the THX Spatial Audio app detects that I am running Apple Music for Windows 11 app, that would be soooo absolutely amazing!I just want to also take a moment to thank you all at Razer for making such amazing Produ

The mic of my Kraken V4 doesnt enter back in the headset. What may be?

Hi.I have my Kiara for xbox paired with the windows 10 xbox dongle. It work fine with my PC. I want to pair it with my 2 xbox series s consoles as well. The write up on the headset says that it's compatible.  Do I have a faulty headset?

HelloI bought a used razer blade 14 (2016) but my fans are not turning on(even when i changed them with new one's). I tried to update my drivers but app couldn't recognize the laptop. the only way to turn fans on i found is by unplugging and plugging them back while laptop is working. Please help.

Hi there, i bought the Razer Freyja Gaming cushion, i also installiere the razer Synapse Software on my Windows PC. For „Hogwarts Legacy“ there is the function to Play with „Razer Sensa HD Haptics“. But when i Click on that function in the razer Synapse Software the Software not shows that it works for „Hogwarts Legacy“. Does anybody has same problems? For the normal haptic function (music etc) it works.  thanks for your Support  Kim :)

Hello, so just 30 minutes ago I was talking on discord to some of my friends and then I set down my headphones to plug in my phone then when I get back the microphone wouldn’t work. This was around 30 seconds of being away from the headphones. Audio still works and I have all the updates.Thank you. 

Please help I cannot received any OTP via SMS, every transaction here needs OTP but I can't received any OTP via SMS due to an error. I have strong network connection and I have restarted my phone's many times. Can't use 2F authentication for it also needs an OTP via SMS. WTF!
