razer synapse 3 notifications don't work when you switch profiles and dpi

Not really sure where to start here. I've had a slew of occurrences within the last week or two that have me believing I'm about to lose my motherboard. Apt cooling is available but things like games closing without performance loss, losing Bluetooth connectivity, booting with no wireless modem available, blue screening on start up as if it didn't shut down appropriately. Really, I suppose it's a multiple question post. Is this how planned obsolescence becomes a belief? I spent $2300 on a laptop, that has less than a two year operating capacity? Or is there just a legitimate failure of hardware occuring here, that requires attention?

THX in synapse 4 works clumsily on black shark 2 usb

Hi,I have this brand new keyboard first out from the box and after plugging it in the keyboard itself gets recognized by Synapse 4 but none of the keys are registering an input. I’m able to change profiles, colors of the keyboard, even the volume scroll wheel is working too. I have tried with multiple PCs, tried resetting it via Synapse, (even installed Synapse 3 to try the same). Updating it’s firmware had no success because it has the newest firmware installed already (v1.04.00_r1). Tried exiting the developer / demo mode with holding down “Esc” + “Caps Lock” + “Space bar” combination with no success.Now I’m stuck. I would appreciate any ideas which would resolve my problem so I don’t have to go through the RMA process. 

I have a 2023 Razer Blade 14” with the 7940HS and the 4070, I have upgraded the RAM to 64GB, and it has ran smoothly for the last year. I recently had the itch to try Linux. So, I installed Ubuntu just fine and it ran great for a few months. I needed to reinstall windows for work (unfortunately) and used the recovery stick to do so. However, the install process took much longer than expected, but didn’t initially think anything of it. Windows installs and none of the devices are recognized, can’t update anything and firmware is completely unrecognized by Windows.I’ve managed to get all the drivers installed after multiple attempts, however the computer runs so slow that it is completely unusable at this point. None of the hardware seems to be malfunctioning, and is all recognized now. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why it is running so slow. I have attempted to reflash the BIOS with 2.0 with the rom supplied by Razer, and everything seems fine until it goes to erase the BIOS

Hi guys , so my Basilisk Ultimate stopped working wirelessly after 3 perfect years.I have misplaced the box the mouse came with and the og razer cable so I can’t tell if it will work with a razer cable. But I’m pretty sure it’s the mouse or the 2.4ghz receiver at fault since it’s not working either on my pc with all driver updated or rolled back or uninstalled, nor on my laptop where I have no software related to any peripherals at all. And I used it from time to time on my laptop before without software so that’s how I know it should work. I also can’t find the right 2.4ghz receiver for my mouse so maybe you have an idea? (located in Germany)

Hi, i have a problem with my soundbar, there are some colors which are not correctly shown, for example, if i chose blue there are some missing spots that are not lit up or that there are barelly seen, on white some leds are white and some are yellowish, on cyan color, some leds are green and if i chose purple or pink there are multiple shades even tho i choose only one color, it can be easier seen on the video when i try to change the colors from white to purple.Here is the link to the video : https://imgur.com/gallery/razer-leviathan-v2x-JP8JaLFAre the leds burnt? or is it something im not doing right?

Hello Lads,  My Iskur Chair  has the Welding Holding the Cylinder is brokenDoes anyone know if is possible to replace this broken base or buy a new one from Razer?Really annoying I am working remotely now and it just broke at this point and is destroying my back…OBS: I bought my Iskur chair 2 years ago, Seems it has 3 years warranty, If someone could help, I really appreciate I need to fix it soon as possible.

Over the last few days my spacebar stopped responding and working. I have tried hard resetting it and even factory reset my comp among other fixes. Anyone have any other clue how to fix it before I just get a new board?

Hi there! I recently purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X, but I'm having trouble with it. To activate the 7.1 surround sound features, I can't get the activation code through my email because the device is already registered but not under my Razer ID. I searched the Razer community for a solution. How can I resolve this issue? Please assist me 

Hello everyone,I own a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) with model number RZ09-0367x and an RTX 3080 GPU.I need to replace the internal battery but I’m unsure about the correct replacement model. I’ve seen several battery model numbers like RC30-0248, RC30-0369, and RZ09-0367x mentioned online, which is confusing.Could anyone please confirm: The exact battery model compatible with this specific laptop? Where to buy a genuine or high-quality replacement battery, preferably in Europe or the Netherlands?

When i try to open the installer it asks for permission to download but then just doesn’t respond when i open the installer again it makes a ERR file which says failed to write installer script. 

Hey could someone please help me, I have no option to change from 60 hz refresh rate to 144 hz, Ive read alot of people have had this issue but i havent found a solution.

I can switch to USB audio and use that just fine, but the software no longer works as intended as it gets stuck “detecting device” ad infinum.Would like to be able to comfortably use usb mode vs charging off the mains and still fart about with settings.Side note since i’m here, what’s the deal with the thx “free trial”, I thaught it included with the purchase, i feel jebaited. lol. even if i want to pay for the activation on that by the way, the shop front defaults to US whilst im in the UK so I can’t put a post code in, just an fyi more than anything, buggy stuff, probably worth escalating for qol and store front reasons.K thanks

I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issues under warranty!!!My original laptop was sent in for repair due to a screen problem. As Razer did not have the necessary parts available, a replacement unit was sent to me. This replacement device also has severe issues – as you can see!  First the screen would go black when opening browsers or applications, I returned it for repair, and I got the computer back with the exact same issue.  They did exactly nothing and sent the computer back to me. This situation has been ongoing since April 29th, when I opened the first incident case, and to this day, I do not have a working laptop, which is unacceptable for a premium product under warranty. This is now the 3rd RMA, the support answers are so slow and simply copy pasted. I asked for an escalation to the supervisors and was just ignored. Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed. It consistently disconnects or loses tracking whenever I lift and then place the mouse back down. This happens even during light, natural movements in games. It instantly resumes once I move it again, but the stutter causes serious issues during gameplay.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Updated to the latest firmware via Razer’s official tool Changed batteries (multiple brands, all fresh) Tested on different surfaces and mousepads Switched USB ports and tried both front and back panel Moved the dongle closer using an extension cable Checked for signal interference Reinstalled Synapse and did a clean driver install None of these resolved the issue.I’ve seen this being posted before so it seems like it is a known issue.

Bought my Razer Kaira Pro just under 2 years ago so it should still be within warranty. The mic has just stopped working, the person I am chatting with can’t hear anything. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all, sometimes if I jiggle/replug the mic piece it will start working again, but if i bump the mic even slightly it stops working again. Sometimes the person on the other end is hearing crackles. Seems like a loose connection. Having the same problem on pc and xbox so I don’t think it’s settings related.I need to open a warranty ticket but I can’t find how to do that, the website keeps sending me in circles. I can get as far as the live chat button, but the link doesn’t work, just spins and doesn’t do anything (tried two different browers).

My xbox razer kaira pro microphone doesnt work in xbox party chat or anything else, ive tried everything and the mic just doesnt work. The mic mirroring in the razer audio app works but even with it on my mic doesnt work

One day, I turned on the computer and turned on the synapse and it was marked to upgrade from synapse 3 to synapse 4. So I tried to use it after upgrading to 4, but the presets that I normally use didn't work. So I went into the settings to adjust the EQ of the headset on synapse 4 and tried the next one after 'setting to default output device', and the EQ of the headset was not adjustable, THX Spatial Audio was also unavailable, and most headset settings were not possible. So, I tried synapse reinstallation, headset dongle firmware update, and Windows 11 reinstallation, and the above issue was not resolved. When I went into the Windows sound setting and looked at the device event, it said, 'USB\VID_XXXX&PID_XXXXX_XXXXXXXXX device needs additional installation.'

Hi, my THX Spatial Audio suddenly deactivated by itself, even though it was fine yesterday, and I also lost the code to reactivate it, any clue on what to do?

the headphones were gifted to me by my mother and bought on amazon so i sent the amazon reciept still havent heard back

it basically doesnt work, doesnt charge, isnt noticed in dongle pair repair nor it works when wireless mode.
