My Razer Viper V2 Pro's wireless dongle randomly stopped working and I don't know why. It was working fine one day then the next it no longer works, is there any way to get this item replaced? I even bought the hyper polling wireless dongle from Razer and now I can’t use either wireless features. 

Can someone please help me find out how I can purchase a replacement battery for my laptop a rz09-0328. I've looked everywhere and cannot find how I can just contact support or anybody to purchase a replacement please help

Sup folks! To make my story short... Last Friday I received my brand new Razer Barracuda and it's still unusable. I tried every fix that I could find but nothing helps. The headset shows up as USBAudio1.0 device so it's not recognized by Synapse and all the other stuff like Pairing Utility or Firmware Updater.  Any of you have the same problem? If there is an solution to solve this please let me know!

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help and my questions are not utterly stupid.So, I was always pleased with Razer products, but my last headset (Kraken V3) broke after years of extensive use, so i chose to buy the Razer Barracuda X. I connected it to my PC via dongle and then the problems started. I selected it in my sound settings with what i assumed was the new headset (it only appeared as USB Audio 1.0) and whenever I hear a sound it has a massive delay of about 1 second, which is not just annoying but makes gaming practically impossible. Then i hopped on a call with a friend on discord and he said my mic sounded so terrible I had to switch to my phone for better quality. PS: My PC also only sees the microphone as USB Audio 1.0.Thanks in advance for your help!

When I pressed the launch button to open THX Spatial IN Synapse under the headphones, it wasn’t doing anything, after repairing now it just opens to the screen asking for the key.

My Razer 15 is a little over 3 years old and has started switching off in the middle of a game. Then fails to turn on for at least an hour. I’m guessing it’s overheating and needs to cool down. So after the last time I opened it up to clean the fans properly and saw that the battery has begun to swell up. I have read online that there is a possibility that the battery explodes. At the same time I have read here that the laptop won’t function properly if I remove the battery. The replacement is taking forever to arrive. Is my laptop safe to use? Tnx

So I bought my mouse out of ebay like a 1-3 months ago, and today it started not charging at all.Updated firmware and everything as says on support.Still it is not charging. I don’t know what to do. 

I tried to register my Razer Blackshark V2 X headset that I bought from the shopping site "n11" a few weeks ago, but it said that this product was already registered. What can I do?

Hi, i need help ASAP. I bought this headset recently and i've been trying to make it work for days with no result; the lights, sound and mic seem to be completely turned off and i can't find a way to make this purchase worth it. I'm so sad and frustrated about it, it was so expensive, i just want it to work. I already tried to update the drivers, looked up for failures in my pc and everything! If someone could tell me how to proceed i'd be so happy :(

Hello,I’m using a Razer keyboard that doesn’t include a numeric keypad.To play Pro Cycling Manager 2025, I created a macro in Synapse to simulate numpad keys 4 and 6, which are used to move the cyclist left and right.However, when I test the macro in the game, nothing happens. It works outside the game, but the input seems to be ignored by PCM25.Is this a known issue with Synapse macros not being detected in certain games?Is there a recommended workaround for simulating numpad input when the keyboard doesn’t have a numeric pad?Thank you for your help.

Whenever it disconnects, the battery that shows in razer synapse goes to zero and takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to reconnect.

Is this normal for expensive unused items? I take care of my hardware. 

I bought a brand new keyboard Ornata v3 X and it works except my fn keys, I’ve reset, deleted drivers, updated drivers etc can’t get the keys to work I just want to b able to control my volume keys Easier and adjust my RGB light brightness easier when I want to, I connected my old crappy keyboard and it works fine but when I connect my brand new ornata out of the box it won’t work I’ve been at this for hours any help please ?

When I first got my Razer Naga Pro Wireless mouse, I thought I saw a feature in Razer Synapse where you could limit the battery’s maximum charge to 85% or something similar whilst the charging cable was plugged in to extend the battery’s lifespan but I can’t find it anywhere in Razer Synapse. Is this a feature or am I mistaken?

I’ve been enjoying the Razer Tartarus Pro so far and have enjoyed working on getting everything setup and ready to go. Here’s one scenario I can’t figure out how to achieve:I would like to press a key on the Tartarus Pro that toggles a macro on/off. So far so good. I would also like that same key press to toggle the color of that single key accordingly (i.e. red if macro is on/running, green if macro is off/stopped). Is there any way to achieve this? I see some key options have an “Add Secondary Function” ability which would be exactly what I need (primary = toggle macro on/off, secondary = switch chroma effect) but unfortunately it only looks like this option is not supported for macro/lighting key options.Any help or suggestions are appreciated!  Thanks!  

hi there my razer huntsman (v2 optical red switches ) having a problem that some of the keys all of a sudden are not workingthe keys are 3 e d s x left shift ,…..so i wanted to update firmware maybe it will fix them but i couldnt find the firmware update file anywhere.also i couldn’t find live support chat so i can tell my problem to them. can someone please help me. i love this keyboard and i don’t want to leave it like this.thanks

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Like the title says, I have the Razer Synapse app for Mac OS but it says “No device found” despite my Huntsman Mini being plugged in, which i believe is on the list of supported devices. Anything I can do to troubleshoot?

Recently bought the razer kraken x audio works well but the microphone is really soft and quiet everything is properly plugged in and the microphone’s input is at 100 anyone know how to fix this?

Hi I have a question about the Viper V3Hyperspeed.I’ve bought this mouse for myself for christmas but last week I’ve lost the dongle to connect it to my pc and this mousde doesnt have bluetooth. So I was thinking can I buy a new dongle for this mouse and connect it to my mouse even if i dont have the original one ?And if I can how can i do it because i saw that you have to connect the new dongle first but after you have to connect the mouse but i dont have anything to connect it to my pc.I live in France If someone can help my please HELPPPP !!!!
