I have the Razer Kaira X , and its been working perfectly fine on my old pc, even with surround sound, recently though it broke so i had to get a new one, which is the one I'm using right now. anyway when i tried setting up surround sound it doesn't work, or like, it shows in the audio list and when i pick it and play any game, song, or video i don't hear anything at all. I've tried everything from control panel > audio, updating my windows, updating my Nvidia graphics card, reinstalling 7,1 surround sound, and reinstalling all my audio drivers.. I don’t know what else to do please someone help! Oh right i forgot to include, I’ve also tried another razer headset which is black shark and they still didn't work, so I'm guessing its a problem on my hand not the headset, if anyone knows how to fix this or something then please tell me.

Every time I l startup my PC, it says my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) Headset is low battery which it isn’t at all. It seems to go away on it’s own or when I relaunch Synapse 4, but it just gets annoying when that pops up every startup when it’s false.Anyone else get this? any fixes to get rid of this? Thanks.

I have the new Razer 16 inch with nVidia 5090 graphics card. Unfortunately, the manual fan control does not work in the Synapse 4 software!I can set all the curves manually the way I want. And what is completely bizarre is that the theoretical values are even displayed at the top of the hardware monitor.But: The fans don't do what they should do! Even when the display shows 0 revolutions, you can clearly hear both fans. Even if the CPU and GPU temperatures are below 45 degrees.If I set the curve to maximum, nothing changes, the display then shows 5,000 rpm, but the noise doesn't change! So they just keep spinning as before.If I set it to automatic, everything works as it should. Even when a fixed number of revolutions is set. However, as the lowest value here is 2000, this is too loud for me in a quiet environment.I wrote to support about this, but all I got were completely useless replies asking me “about the type of noise” and asking for videos that I couldn't provide within 24 hours

I need assistance. I just loaded my account but I cant use to pay in-game purchases because i forgot my authenticator. I cant get 2f code because i forgot my authenticator app. i dont have back up codes too and i want to reset it. I need help asap.

Hello, My laptop Razer Blade 15 2022 microphone is not working, restartet device to factiory settings, mic enabled. Apparently drivers is not found, not being updated by Windows. Drivers not found anywhere. Is there a way to solve this? Thanks!

Hi I have a question about the Viper V3Hyperspeed.I’ve bought this mouse for myself for christmas but last week I’ve lost the dongle to connect it to my pc and this mousde doesnt have bluetooth. So I was thinking can I buy a new dongle for this mouse and connect it to my mouse even if i dont have the original one ?And if I can how can i do it because i saw that you have to connect the new dongle first but after you have to connect the mouse but i dont have anything to connect it to my pc.I live in France If someone can help my please HELPPPP !

Hi everyone,I’m using a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset, and after installing Windows 11 on my PC, The equalizer and THX Spatial Audio options in the Razer Synapse app are not working at all. Changing the settings has no effect on the sound.Interestingly, when I tried the standalone THX Spatial Audio app, it worked really well—but it requires an activation code, which I don’t have access to becuase its Kraken v3 . Has anyone faced this issue or found a solution?

the PC had a black screen, I can't enter the BIOS, I managed to install Windows through another PC and remotely installed the video drivers so I managed to connect to an external monitor, I would like to update the BIOS to see if there is a solution but I can't find anything online

I recently factory reset my phone. I believe there is a issue with the touchscreen and is not allowing me to tap on the “Get started” button. When I tap anywhere else, a message pop up “3 more taps to QR code set up”. Where is this qr code? What am I meant to do?

My controller has worked fine for about 2 years, and then I just randomly disconnected from PC and won’t reconnect to it. When I click the X Box button several time a white light flashes twice showing that my PC is providing power. I have also tried connecting it to a new PC and the same thing happens.

Hello,I have a Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard, and I’m trying to get the Reactive effect to work. But whenever I press a key, the entire keyboard lights up instead of just the key I pressed. I want the lighting to only appear on the key I press.Could you please help me fix this?Thank you!

I just bought this keyboard 2 weeks ago and it’s been a pain since I got it. I have to download 4 different apps for 1 keyboard. Here is an idea, how about just 1 app for 1 keyboard? Then there are the media buttons that don’t work. They did work until I restarted. Now the buttons do nothing and the roller scrolls up and down the page instead of adjusting the volume. The last keyboard I had was much better and only cost about 1/3 of this one. It’s way overpriced and does nothing that warrants the premium price. And the magnetic wrist rest is useless, it falls off just by looking at it. This is my first Razer keyboard and so far I don’t plan on  buying another.

Needs help for upgrading firmware. It does not shows an upgrade on the synapse but i could see it does have an upgraded firmware version. im now on 1.2.0.0

Hello everyone, My camera cannot be detected after some Windows updates, and YES i have enabled access, uninstalled the driver, tried to press F8/ctrl+F8, contacted Microsoft, contacted Razer support, ran diagnosis, googled, YouTubed… No one seems to be able to fix this issue. I am frustrated. Please help @-@ Btw in my Device Manager it shows USB Camera, I do not have a USB camera, I thought it was supposed to be “Integrated Camera” according to all the videos I have watched. I have Razer Blade 15, Windows 11.
