My Razer Gold account was temporarily blocked. How long will I have to wait? I was making a purchase and it asked me to add my phone number. Now my account is temporarily blocked.

My headphones just stopped working, they didn't even turn off, but after a while they turned on, then another problem occurred: the headphones connect and then disconnect, can anyone help?

Hi!My Mamba 5G Elite’s scroll wheel stopped working. It randomly started moving freely, and it wont scroll up or down. (The Repeat Scroll buttons when pushing the scroll wheel side to side still work.) I tried compressed air and I checked keybinds on Synapse.Any ideas on how to fix?

I would like to purchase a battery replacement for my 2023 blade 14.  I want to replace the battery myself and happy to sign any DIY agreement.  The battery functions fine but has a wear level of 20%+ which has resulted in a significant battery life decrease from new.   Please assist - chatted with support for hours talking in circles.  Just want to pay money for a replacement battery shipped to me.  Thank you.

I logged in with my Apple ID and it gave me a random email for my activation code for 7.1 is there any thing I could do to get the code I can’t get the email they put on my account 

Basically as the title says, ive been trying to fix this issue for the past 4 days and ive come up with no solution. All firmware is up to date, I tried using the headset pairing software but the headset keeps turning on while pairing (I have no idea why), and I’ve tried the troubleshooting tool for both synapse 3 and 4 with no solution. Any help? 

Good evening, I have had the razer basilisk v3 pro for 4-5 months and the washer broke. Can we do something about it? Is there a replacement?

I was recently forced to reinstall synapse after my 12 pad on the razer naga pro stopped working properly, I lost all my bindings and my old profile. several programs that used to take page back will no longer work with my crtl + right and crtl + left workaround. if there is anyway I could get that binding back that would be amazing. 

I swear I searched first, but everything is multiple years old and the one that definitely would solve the issue sends me to a 404 of a now dead page.How do I change my profile picture/avatar on Razer Cortex and everything else for that matter?

I received a new headset today. I am trying to get it to work on my computer and it seems to be “stuck” loading 7.1 surround sound. I have an MSI Raider 18 XH A14VGG running windows 11. I let the programs and drivers update after I plugged in my new headset. Installed the programs and no sound. I ran the device detection troubleshooting tool and followed those directions. I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times doing that (and yes, I did restart my machine several times)  I will attach screenshots at the end of this. Hopefully, that will help.The one screenshot shows that surround 7.1 is set as the default sound device. The surround sound window that pops up shows Razer Kraken V4 X, and it stops configuring there. I checked my mouse as well (A Naga Trinity) and I can see it, but I can’t get into it to configure it if I need to make changes. Did I miss something in the install? I have uninstalled, re-installed, and rebooted my Razer apps 3 times now and I am at a loss. How can I

ii been having issues with my keyboard. When i hold shift and move it'll move on its on almost like my keyboard got drift or it will do it when I'm trying to counter strafe. Do i need to buy a new one? I have a video of it moving own its own.

Naga V2 Pro + Dock Promouse locks up randomly when holding right click preventing movement, left/right clickside buttons continue to work ive tried firmware updates and reinstalling drivers

Been having issues with it turning off and now it just won’t turn back on, I plug it back in and it just vibrates, I press the Xbox button and it blinks 4 times then nothing.

I recently purchased a headset, "Razer BlackShark V2 X - Wired Gaming Headset - FRML Packaging." When I tried to activate the 7.1 surround sound, I was prompted to register the product on Razer's website. However, it shows that the product has already been activated. But the product is brand new — I need help to complete this registration.

Hi Team, I have honestly fallen in love with my Razer Blackshark V2 PRO, however the mic has started to become a bit inconsistent, I really want keep using this headset and considering the price and quality is there anyway to buy a spare replacement mic for this?

My Pro click mini has stopped connecting to my laptop. I have fitted new batteries. I have been using the mouse via Bluetooth for a couple of years. For some time now the connection has been dropping and I have to  remove the device and then add again, but today whilst Bluetooth states that it is connected and working there is no movement. I have now tried connecting via WI-FI but this isn’t working either. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try, or is it possible to get the mouse repaired in the UK. Thanks.

My Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro is stuck with a blue light, it doesn't work at all, not over cable nor dongle nor Bluetooth. Tried holding MMB+LMB+RMB for several seconds and that also didn't do anything. Found this old thread on reddit with similar problems and no solutions.

I recently purchased the V3 Pro and had the wireless dongle connected to my laptop and while using my laptop i must’ve accidentally pressed download on the dongle and it broke :(. There is no wireless bluetooth support in the controller so now i am using a wired connection to use my controller which sucks. I have trying to find the wireless dongle online but i can’t find it anywhere and idea where i can get it ? And sync it with my controller . Any idea on where i can get it?

The mute button on my ornata v3 keyboard lights up red when I press volume up and down buttons and not the Mute Button. Closing the Chroma app and Synapse didn’t help.

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to leave my speakers ON as long as my Mac Studio is ON? The problem is if I am leaving my Mac for a few minutes, or if I am not using the sound, the speakers are turning OFF automatically and I have to put it ON again by pressing the button on the speaker. I have RAZOR NOMMO V.2 X speakers.

HelloI have a Razer Barracuda X 2022 headset that I bought at the end of 2022. Recently, from one day to the next, it stopped connecting to the dongle on my laptop, phone and playstation 5.. My laptop and phone can recognize the dongle, but the headphones never connect for audio output, while the green led first blinks and then stays on. I have already tried connecting them via cable and Bluetooth and the headphones work fine, but my problem is with the dongle. When I connect them, the system recognizes them, but they never connect.I tried the pairing utility and the firmware update tool on 2 different Windows 10 laptops. Although the dongle is recognized as ‘ other device’  by Windows 10, the Razer firmware update tool keeps saying I have to unplug it and the replug. Upon replugging, I see the Firmware updat tool refreshing for a second to show the firmware version and then saying I have to uplug and replug the dongle again. It is so fast that I can not take a glimb of what version is
