Hello,I received a new Viper V4 Pro today, and the mouse has been charging all day, it hasn’t gotten past 69%. I tried to manually reset the mouse (turning it off then holding LMB+RMB+MMB) then when it I turned it back on it maxed out at 67%. The V3 Pro I was replacing did not have this issue it always showed the appropriate charge level.I have rebooted a couple times since then, and synapse shows the mouse at 67%. I’ve even changed USB Ports but nothing has helpedWhat can I do to address this?

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda Pro HyperSpeed dongle.SymptomsThe headset works perfectly over Bluetooth. The issue only affects the 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed connection. Windows detects the USB dongle. Synapse detects the dongle. The Firmware Updater detects the dongle and reports firmware version 3.1.1. However, the Firmware Updater never detects the headset and remains waiting at step 2. The Headset Pairing Utility does not detect the dongle at all. Hello, recently my Mic has stopped working and makes a buzzing sound unless I fidget with the mic and even then it will only work for a little longer. Is there anyway to get a replacement mic as I can not find any in stock

I lost my the dongle that my white viper v3 pro came with, so I went to the razer store in person and bought a hyperpolling wireless dongleOn the website, it says the dongle is compatible with the viper v3 pro, I tried all of the steps in the link on how to pair it,then i updated my mouse and dongle firmware,then i redownloaded my mouse drivers,i also tried using the pairing utility but it only detects the mouse and not the dongleI dont know what to do

I've been using my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about a year without any issues, both in wired and wireless mode. However, this week, the wired connection suddenly stopped working. Whenever I plug the mouse in with a USB cable, my computer doesn't detect it at all, although it continues to work perfectly when connected through the wireless dongle.To rule out a problem with my PC, I also tested the mouse on another device, but the same issue occurred. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have a one-year-old Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse that I've used several times with both a wired and wireless connection. Relaitvely new to the BW v4 LP HS and i kinda love it. However, I have an issue with the lights: I don’t want it to turn off the lights when not being used. I even deactivated these options in the settings. But the keyboard still goes all black after a few minutes. Of course, I changed profiles and updated to the current firmware. Nothing helps. Any ideas preventing it from turning off?

It is important to note that the controller works correctly in other applications, and the Razer Nexus app recognizes the device and allows me to navigate its menus without any issues.I have discovered a temporary workaround: if I uninstall and reinstall the Razer Nexus app, the controller works in COD Mobile during that session. My headset randomly disconnected a couple hours ago while i was watching a video, and while i was able to get it to reconnect, every so often it keeps doing the same thing. In device manager, when it stops working i think, there is a new device called "unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)". Windows shows code 43 in device manager. Booting into safe mode also did not help. If this is a hardware issue, which i hope it is not, what can I do?
I've tried everything I can, but it still doesn't work.

My Razer Naga V2 hyperspeed is disconnecting frequently. I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks but it just started having this issue last night. I’ve noticed that when the issue is occurring it seems to happen in the same section of the screen for some reason (coincidence maybe?). It’s both the mouse cursor and the buttons on the side that stop working. Sometimes rather than stopping entirely, the inputs are instead delayed. Ive also noticed that sometimes when it disconnects, the battery icon in synapse disappears. Ive already checked the power settings, its on 5 mins and not 0 like some people have had and I also increased it to 15, I’ve tried to update drivers and firmware but its all up to date, I’ve moved the dongle to different ports (all 3.0+), taken out the battery and cleaned the terminals, and I’ve reinstalled synapse. None of these has fixed the problem.

Hi, just yesterday my Kraken Kitty V2 stopped charging, no matter the charging cord I use. Other devices charge fine when using the same ports/cords/outlets, so I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with the device. Most recently I left it plugged in for over an hour and it either didn’t charge or didn’t retain charge, as upon being powered on after charging, it immediately powered off again.Could this be buildup of crud in the charging port, or is this indicative of a greater issue that could require replacement?
