My Razer Turkey account was locked, why? I still have 3685.77 Turkish currency in my account. I want to ask what is the reason. I am a loyal Razer user and have been buying things on it. Can you help me solve this problem? And tell me what is the reason, I will pay attention next time. I really need this account! Please help me solve it

I bought Kaiser Pro headphones for Xbox just before Xmas. After about 5 months, they started showing hairline cracks on all four sides, just above the earpiece. Now, one side is completely broken. I have used them with care, but they didn’t even last 6 months. I have tried to contact Support about a month ago, but no one has got back to me. I sent a follow up, but nothing. Does anybody work to address warranty issues? I am extremely disappointed by Razer’s products and services.

The problems I’m having are kind of hard to explain.With the mouse, it will occasionally stop moving, then do all the movement at once. E.g. I move the mouse right then up, nothing happens for a couple seconds, then my cursor will snap up and to the right. With the keyboard, it’ll randomly decide to think a bunch of keys are pressed when they aren’t. If I’m gaming for example it’ll force me to crouch and move right. This is temporarily fixed by unplugging it and replugging it in.

I bought a Deathadder from Amazon and wanted to register the product but every time I enter the S/N it says it isn’t recognized. I have quadruple checked that the S/N I entered is matching the S/N on the underside of the mouse.How am I supposed to register this mouse if it isn’t able to recognize the S/N? If a team member can reach out I can send the S/N as well as my amazon invoice if needed. Thanks!

Since I got my Viper V2 Pro there have been some connectivity issues but usually they resolve themselves and create no issues. Just this last week though, the mouse stopped connecting to the 2.4ghz dongle entirely. To try and fix this, I bought the Razer Hyperpolling Dongle and the mouse still just won’t connect. It still works when its plugged in but can not seem to connect wirelessly. What should I do?

Hello, I'm having a serious issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro.After the latest Windows 11 24H2 update, my wireless dongle is no longer being detected at all. It was working perfectly before the power went out briefly and my laptop reconnected to the charger — after that, Windows just stopped recognizing the dongle.I've already tried the following: Soft reset (holding all buttons on the mouse) Reinstalling all Razer drivers and Synapse Cleaning USB entries with USBDeview Using the Dongle Pairing Utility and Firmware Updater Testing the dongle and mouse on another PC (Windows 8.1): it initially worked, but now it's not recognized there either The mouse still works fine via cable At this point, the dongle seems bricked or unsynchronized, and Razer Synapse doesn't detect the mouse at all unless it's wired. My warranty has expired, but I just want to know if there's a way to restore wireless functionality, maybe through a forced dongle re-pair or firmware recovery.Any help from Raz

I recently bought a brand new Razer Viper V2 pro and my dongle doesn’t work the mouse works perfectly fine with wired connection but when I swiched to wireless dongle doesn’t connect to the mouse tested it on 2 different computers but still doesn’t work. Hopefully this issue gets resolved since I noticed that alot of people are having the same issues as me. The issue persist and still not working I tried connecting the dongle to all the usb ports of my computer and still doesn’t work. My device serial number is (removed SN) and model number is RZ01-04390200

What is wrong with your razor cards.  I’m very upset! This is the second card that will not activated! I spend 50.00 on one and it was new it wouldn’t activate! Now I got a 25.00 card it not wanted to activate! Whst the problem! If you sell these cards.  They should work? If not you should refund people hard earn money! Or if they’re not going to work stop selling them if you can’t guarantee them! I’m tried of losing money! 

I tried to register my blackshark V2 X and found that it was already registered. Bought it from shopee and saw that I didnt have any registration code for it so I tried registering the headset to get the Surround Sound 7.1

Hello,On the Windows login screen, the keyboard lighting switches off after approx. 30 seconds and logging in becomes a little difficult depending on the light. Can I set the lighting so that it doesn't switch off on the Windows login screen?In a darker room, special characters such as ?, %, $, &, etc. cannot be recognized. I refilled my wallet razer gold (170) It has already a sufficient amount to purchase MLBB dias. The problem only reappeared when I wanted to use my Razer Gold balance to top up the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game, after choosing payment via Razer Gold Balance I got "Purchase Failed" continuously" and couldn't find any solution on the internet except contacting customer service..And until now the reply still hasn't arrived! and no live agent to talk to. im mad and exhausted!!! so hassle and inconvinience!!

I just got a Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard and a Naga V2 Hyperspeed MMO mouse, and I love them both. I’m new to Razer products, having ditched Logitech since they quit making the G600 and mine finally quit working, and frankly, I wish I would’ve switched sooner. I *love* Razer.And after some research and a lot of caffeine, I think I finally understand the (complex) concepts involved in the amazing Hypershift system, except for one (major) issue. On my G600 I just used the G-Shift button to extend the functionality of its buttons, which was straightforward, and it was very easy to reach using my ring finger. Compared to Razer’s Hypershift it’s simple and less customizable, but it’s also more straightforward. (I can’t believe I’m saying the G600’s 40 buttons are limiting lol!). The only problem with Hypershift is understanding how it works, but as I said, I think I finally do...at least 99%.The only issue I’m having in that area is that I’ve read (in a few places) that it’s possible to bind

I updated the new Razer Synapse today and now my Razer Tartarus Pro keypad can't program the keys I need. The keypad always shows the standard layout no matter what keys I assign to it. I rebooted my PC and reprogrammed it again. I didn't get any result. Please help me solve my problem. I downloaded the app from your official website.

Hi all,i just tried to get the newest frimwareupdate on my blade 16 rz 09 0510. at first everything went as usual, but it got stuck in  windows restart loop and got extremly hot, it was stuck there for around 10 minutes and then the system just shut down. weirdly the fans didnt adjust the rpm they just ran on idle speed. my laptop was so hot i couldnt touch it. should i be worried?
