Razer Support

I’ve been trying to connect the mouse and dock for two days and it’s been incredibly frustrating. Using the dongle, the mouse works fine. Using Bluetooth and the mouse works fine. Connect the dongle, and it won’t pair. Try updating the dock’s firmware and I get a “Enter bootloader Fail!” error. Turn on the Bluetooth and it works. I’ve had chats with Razer support and I’ve searched the forums and I’ve not found a solution. Looking for help. Please.

Hey everyone, I just bought a deathadder v3 pro + hyperpolling dongle bundle, just a question as i couldnt find any videos or forums to help me, i have synapse 3 and tried with synapse 4 but is the dongle suppose to show on the synapse or not? I can still use 8khz wireless and 1khz on wired, tried to update dongle but stuck on plug hyperpolling dongle page, any help or answer would be greatly appreciated,

Hello! I just built my razer build pc and it has the razer ARGB controller with 5 razer kunai fans installed. The problem is that my synapse does not find the ARGB controller at all! What do i do? 

I’ve heard it’s common for this mouse model to have issues with the scroll wheel. In my case, the scroll wheel moves down three clicks fine, but on the fourth click, it sometimes doesn’t register, or it scrolls up instead. It was manageable at first, but now it’s really frustrating, especially when trying to read something.The problem is that I’m from Uruguay, and I bought this mouse with a 6-month warranty. The issue started in the eighth month, so the warranty has expired. Is there a way to fix it without fully disassembling the mouse? I should mention that the mouse hasn’t been dropped, as far as I remember.Or, should I: A) Try to keep using it until the scroll wheel stops working entirely B) Buy a new mouse from a different brand with a better warranty in my country

I just restarted using my Razer Kraken Kitty that I got back in December of 2021 a few days ago after not using it since summer 2023. I noticed that the Spatial audio menu changed but soon realized that it doesn’t seem to work on my headset, nor does the audio equalizer work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, using the new Beta, factory resetting my headphones, and nothing is working! Is there any fix or will I need to end up buying a new headset?

I turned it on yesterday, and before it could load the profile screen it just went blank. I tried charging it charger works fine, green light on the charger but nothing on the laptop). If I hold the power button I get a flashing white light every few second, but nothing after that. Any suggestions?

I applied for razer id with Apple ID after I registered the product. I did not receive the razer 7.1 surround sound activation code. I have been waiting for a very long time. Is there a way to solve this problem?

This problem has been going about and it has finally hit me. This problem is like an infection to all of these keyboards. I’ve tried everything that razer support has recommended and it hasn’t worked. I don’t know if I should even use this keyboard anymore. People say that Razer contact is unhelpful and is auto generated. I hope to get help from the community about this issue, although I might just end up with an automated response.  Please Help, Sincerely, JC

Hello, yesterday I was playing a game and my deathadder randomly disconnected.I have found multiple threads with similar issues, the conclusion is that when the mouse is lifted, it disconnects.I have tried all of the fixes in the other threads I have found.It is not a cable issue.It is not related to synapse.It is not the firmware.It is not any of the drivers. https://youtu.be/Bb5aQZoJTYU?si=BBa4xn8-IVGTGw8h This video showcases my exact problem.Pls help

Hey guys,I wanted to get a student discount,  but after I verified my Razer account with my edu email,  I didnt get any promo codes. Decided to ask for a help in Razer’s official support webpage, but it just does not load  the widnow(Navigation works weird). So, if anybody could help me,I would appreciate.

My Kraken X V4 arrived today, and the headset and microphone are working fine. I cannot, however, get side tone (mic monitoring) to work at all. I’ve installed the latest version of Synapse, and have enabled “Mic Monitoring” on the “Mic” tab, but I cannot hear myself talking, no matter what I try.Is my headset faulty, or are there additional steps required to get this working?Hearing my muffled voice through the headset ear cups is really off putting, so I need to have my voice fed through to the headset.Thanks

Hello,My razer basilisk ultimate no longer works wirelessly,the USB key is connected directly to the laptop by USB, I turned it off and on several times but same problem, I tried to repair the mouse with the USB key using (RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.05_r2), it indicates that the pairing was successful, but when I unplug the USB cable from the mouse, it does not work,when I connect the USB cable between the laptop and the mouse, it works fine, I deleted synapse and redownloaded itfrom the razer synapse website, I also tested on other PCs but still the same problem,Does anyone have a solution?Thanks a lot in advanceTidjy

Hello.I've just baught the mouse viper v2 pro. I have been trying to make it work for a few days and it's impossible. I deleted the synapse 3 and replaced it with 4. I also tried to use it with my laptop nothing. I tried every USB port and they don’t work tried to restart my pc with the dongle in and they just won’t connect. What the hell should I do with my "wireless mouse" that only works with a wire? :D

Title mainly. My cat tore the original windshield it came with. Are replacements being sold by Razer or can I get any generic windshield foam and it'll do? If generic does someone know the size?

I recently bought another razer kraken v3 after my other one stopped working and a couple days after  I got it, it stopped working and  I got a notification saying, “USB device not recognized: The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows did not recognize it” and I don’t know what to do

Today my headset sound quality was significantly worse, it sounds like im inside a bucket or under the water when im in CS2. I literally have no clue what could’ve happened. Can somebody help?
