Hello My name is Elmis, I am from Brazil. First I would like  to say I am a  very loyal  razer costumer, which  makes me even sadder. I ve bought razer mamba, razer fifrefly, razer blackwidow v2 pro ,  razer ManO'War, Razer Deathadder v3 pro,  razer Kraken v3 pro, and razer blackwidow v3 mini.  When I first bought a  razer  keyboard (razer blackwidow v2 pro) I had a problem within a year, so They gave me a new  one, that within a year stopped working (just would not turn it on at all).  Now I have a razer blackwidow v3 mini that is spamming  and double clicking that is annoying me so much, I tried everything and  never fixed it. I also had problems with other razer products But I guess they were “worn out” within 2 years, which is funny cause my friends that use logitech and other brands have their stuff forever… Anyway, I can't help myself, I am a razer Fan since I was little and I love the brand, but it makes me sad that I can't have a decent buy, I need a fix on my keyboard asap. Li

Dear all,  My laptop has gradually starter to have a issue with the screen and now rarely work. All points out the problem is on the 40pins eDP cable that looks to be easily damaged around the hinges. Any way of getting a part to be able to extend the life of my laptop of it is game over for my laptop? It would be a pity the laptop is still performing great as you would expect for what you pay, but a weak point on the design and this becomes useless.  Kind regards, Manuel. 

Hello, I’ve had an issue since I created a macro. From that moment my “-” bind on keyboard and also  on mouse (wich is button 6) arent’ working when Synapse is on. I deleted all macros since then, reset all profiles on K&M but nothing is working, I can’t use my keyboard note “-” and my button “6” on my razer chroma.What can I do other then shutting down Synapse?

I was using my device normally no gaming or under stress all of sudden the screen froze I waited for like 20 mints thinking it might unfroze itself but that didn’t happened then I tried forceful shutdown by pressing the power button it turned off and now it won’t turn back on no sign of charging nothing is happening holding the power button for 10 seconds then I’m seeing a white flash blinks once and nothung I tried removing battery tried the charge reset combinations but to no avail

I just freshly formatted my PC and installed THX Spatial Audio. The login/register screen opens completely fine. But the exact second I log in, the app minimizes itself to the taskbar and just sits there. The main window never comes up on the screen.I had this exact bug before on my old Windows, and I fixed it by moving/copying a specific folder/file to another location inside the system directories (like AppData, ProgramData, or Program Files). It was a known local conflict fix on some forum, but since I just formatted the PC, I don't have my old files and I can't find that forum post anywhere.It's definitely a local system/permission issue that triggers right at the login phase. Can anyone who knows the fix help me with this?

I lost my activation code and I don't remember my serial number.I've been using the device for almost 2 years but I haven't used the driver and I can't find my activation code. Can you help me?

I have a Razer Wolverine V2 Pro PS5 controller.   The rubber on the indented thumb sticks has worn away on the sides.  Apart from this the controller is still working fine, being using it on average daily since end of 2023.  So can I purchase some new thumb sticks from somewhere or some new rubber covers?  I looked on the website and I couldn’t find them listed anywhere.  After the ones with the indent, not the dome. 

Hi everyone,I am having a frustrating issue with my Razer Tartarus V2 in Synapse. I am trying to remap my hotkeys—for example, changing key "01" to the letter "K".However, whenever I try to assign a letter, it automatically changes to a number instead (like "1"). Right now, I am completely unable to map any of the buttons to the custom letter hotkeys I need.I have tried every troubleshooting method I can find, but nothing is working. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?Thanks in advance.

Hello,I just upgraded from Synapse v2 to Synapse v4 and to keep it simple, the Reactive effect will not work at the same time with my Huntsman V2 and Mamba Elite. Let me elaborate…If the Reactive effect is working on the keyboard, it will not work with the mouse. If I re-plugin the mouse, the Reactive effect will work with the mouse and stop working with the keyboard. Troubleshooting & ObservationsI plugged in a Mamba TE and the Reactive effect worked at the same time as the keyboard. What was strange, clicking the Mamba Elite triggered the Mamba TE Reactive effect. I tried different USB ports and this had no effect on resolving the issue. Dynamic Lighting in Windows 11 is off and only recognized for my Huntsman V2. When using a Quick Effect set to Reactive, the effect fails on the mouse, not the case with the keyboard. On Chroma app’s Dashboard, certain effects are not available for the Mamba Elite despite being available in Chroma Studio. For example, the Fire, Starlight, effect.

Can someone provide me with the Firmware Updater for the Black Widow X Chroma? The Keyboard doesent work/ is stuck as Razer Bootloader mode. Synapse won’t recognize the keyboard even after reinstalling and updating to synapse 4. I have also tried everything else ( different device, reinstalling drivers etc.), nothing helped.

I cannot find the exact dongle for the v4 pro anywhere on the internet and I was wondering if anyone from Razer could please reach out and help me get a replacement, as I lost it while moving houses. Thanks to anyone who cares.

 This is my first time using a Razer product and my first Razer ID account. When I try to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound, I receive a message stating that the activation has already been used, even though I have never activated it before. This leads me to believe that the activation code may have been used before I purchased the headset. I kindly ask for your help in resetting the activation or providing a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for my headset. Details: Headset Model: Razer BlackShark V2 X Please let me know if you need any additional information or documents from my side. Thank you for your time and support.

So my problem is first i didn’t get a activation code for 7.1 in the box and second when i tried to register my headsets it says its already registered when i never registered it before.

Exact same failure as others have mentioned. Mouse is still getting power, shows up as a storage device in the device manager and as CRP DISABLED in the file explorer.Extremely disappointed that I can buy another mouse of the same model, but not re-download the firmware to fix my perfectly functioning mouse.I was playing a game with the mouse working perfectly. I stopped playing the game, and the mouse died. No issues during the game, or for the other hour I was using the computer today. Working one second, gone the next. No updates or other issues noticed around the time of the failure.I only have one arm, and I work using the computer. Having devices get bricked completely because there is no firmware available for a fix is unacceptable. This is a Razer issue, not a device issue. Push the firmware so that we can fix this ourselves, just like you have with other models that are currently available. Punishing left handed people because you have a captive market is unacceptable.Extremel

Two days ago, some water (not much) got spilled on my Razer Blade. I turned it off, removed the back cover, unplugged the battery, fanned it with a hair drier (on a cool setting), left it in front of a fan for a night. After 24 hours I turned it on and was very happy. However, after an hour or so, it indicated that the battery is low and that it will turn off. I plugged in the charger thinking that it would help, but it went off regardless. When I plug it in, the green indicator light on the laptop doesn’t come on.I am certain that the laptop works, but something is wrong with either the battery, charger, the port or something in between. Is there anyone with similar experiences? How did you solve it?I have read bad things about sending it for repairs. I live in the Netherlands and I couldn’t find where might be the nearest care center.
