I have had my razer blackshark v2 pro headset for years and it has worked well until recently. Whenever I press the mute button on the headset, it turns the microphone volume to 0 in razer synapse and windows settings. The problem is when I unmute it, it toggles the microphone back on, but keeps the microphone volume at 0 and I have to manually turn it back up. I believe it could be an issue with razer synapse or a recent windows update because when I force close synapse through task manager, the headset works fine, but that causes other annoying issues with things like my mouse and keyboard. If anyone knows how to fix this issue, please let me know.

I just got my blackshark headset yesterday, the headset does work wired but when i tried to use it wirelessly, i hold the power button and it wont even turn on I had on charging all night, and i have updated both the headset and the dongle to 1.7.0, and it still doesn't turn on  wirelessly, i think the power button does nothing. everything else works, but not the button

I've been playing around with this sound for a while now, but when I bought the headphones, I forgot about their existence and stupidly threw away the box. If there's an option to play without the product number, I can provide proof that I have these headphones.

I’m trying to perform a clean install of windows 11 on my Razer Blade Stealth 13” (2020) | RZ09-0327. The NVMe does not appear as a partition to install on when booting from my flash drive. I’ve tried using the RAT drivers on intel’s website, but somehow still no comparable drivers are detected.

I’ve had the Thunderbolt 4 Dock for several years. I held onto MacOS Ventura for as long as I could. I just updated to Sonoma. Now, the chroma lights no longer display, one of the USB ports won’t fully mount devices, and the audio output no longer shows up in System Settings. Any Ideas? Thanks!

My Barracuda X (2022) can connect to my phone via BT. But Razer Audio App didnt detect my Barracuda X.Im using Realme GT6. I’ve installed and uninstalled the Audio app and restart my phone, but Audio App still didnt detect my headphone. My Barracuda X working fine except it cant connect to Audio App, thats my only problem. Send help pls.  😫

On my windows machine it works correctly after installing Synapse and updating the firmware, but it still is not working on mac since it’s not in the supported devices for mac 🤷‍♂️It also happen all of a sudden, no clear reason as to why.any solution to this?

Until maybe 2-3 weeks ago my dongle had been working in the included dock (even then I only just started using it there, for whatever reason just thought the usb port was a placeholder and didn’t think it could be used oops). Either way now no matter where i plug it be it into the PC (any port) or the dock it won’t stay connected. wired connection still works but this is oof. any help or steps towards a replacement dongle would be appreciated! I’ve had this since Nov 2022 so I’m definitely trying to milk as much use out of it as possible before upgrading :) (As seen on similar posts, I do have the S/N number ready)

Had the mouse just over 2 years, dongle stopped working today. The mouse works fine when wired but the dongle is no longer recognised on my PC. Doesn’t work on any other PC either. Looking for help in possibly getting a new dongle. Any help appreciated.

Hello everyone, I just bought Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed and installed Razer apps. However 7.1 app doesn’t launch whatever I do. My operating system is Windows 11 and everything except that app works fine. It is really frustrating since it is an important feature which I’d like to use but can not. Is there any fix for this? Thanks.

I have a Razer Atheris Star Wars Stormtrooper Edition mouse. It has worked great for years, but now it suddenly skips or stops working all together for a period of time.  I have changed batteries and tried every USB port I have, and the issue persists. I tried an old mouse I had in storage (not Razer) and I don't have any issues. I just bought a new Stormtrooper mouse to replace the original because I thought it was now defective considering the other mouse worked just fine. However, this new mouse has the exact same issue right out of the box!  I am at a loss.

I’ve owned my Viper V2 Pro for years now, and I love it, but recently the wireless connection completely stopped working (wired mode still works). I updated the firmware, tried performing a hardware reset by pressing the left mouse button, right mouse button, and scroll wheel button at the same time, and I’ve tried plugging the little USB dongle directly into my motherboard instead of using the wireless extender thingy. I’ve also tested it on another PC, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am trying to find a way to replace some parts for my Enki, I have loved this chair and it is still in excellent condition but the wheel base has broken and I am not able to get the cylinder out of the tilt mechanism. Is there any way to replace these parts? I would prefer not to get a completely new chair when the chair itself is great.I don’t have the serial number, my daughter loves taking labels so I assume that has been gone for a long time. I still have the Best Buy order receipt as proof if that helps. I just want to purchase replacement parts.

My ESC key and all of my F1-12 keys arent working, including my FN key and the one below ESC. I cant remember exactly when this happened but it was out of the blue and ive tried many things to fix it and tried searching for solutions many times but none work. I cannot find anything about FN keys in bios either, its bios msi 5.Nothing just seems to work ive even reset my pc

I only just recieved the controller a few hours ago, and open the first few minutes of gameplay, I have found out the the left stick randomly (and when pressed down) sets the X and Y position to 100% for a random amount of time without being able to stop it.This is making the controller practically useless. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I've had this headset for quite some time now and I have been using it on my PC and my PS5. It has always been working perfectly until about an hour ago when I turned it off for a few minutes since I needed to do something but I kept the PC on. When I came back and turned on the headset, it did not work. I found out, that the headset is now connected via bluetooth and not the dongle. I just tested it on the PS5 and it also does not recognize the dongle. There is a faint light coming from it so I suppose it is still getting power but no matter what I do, it does not pair with my headset again. I've already reinstalled all the Razer applications and tries every USB slot on both ps5 and pc but no changes. The pairing utility also does not recognise it, therefore I cannot renew the connection between dongle and headset. I have no idea what else to do, I hope someone else had this problem and figured it out.

Hi guys! I need some help finding a replacement dongle for my Kraken V4 Wireless headset. I can’t find it anywhere after cleaning up my set up and the bluetooth in my headset cuts out after a certain amount of time. I want to get a new dongle but the only options I see are on AliExpress and EBay- but I’m scared to go through them 

I've bought a Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed a few Months ago, was super happy about it, until about 3 weeks ago it randomly started disconnecting.It happens randomly, sometimes every few minutes or every hour or so. It makes it unuseable in competitive games for me.I've tried:- Updateing the Firmware- Reinstalling Synapse- Updateing Windows- Disconnecting my wifi Antennas on the PC- Moveing the Dongle to diffrent Ports (USB 3.2, 2.0)- Haveing a clear line of sight between Dongle and Mouse and moving it closer- Trying it on diffrent Devicesand nothing seems to work, I've read about multiple people haveing this Problem, but i don't seem to find anyone who was able to fix it.It never fell down or anything, it was just sitting on my deks waiting to be used about twice a week.I'm happy for any help.-Sim

Hello,I was already having issues with my E and O keys a few weeks ago. Strangely enough, I was able to fix them by changing the polling rate in Synapse from 1000 Hz to 2000 Hz. Right after the May 25 Synapse update, my problem with the E and O keys started up again. After I downloaded the latest firmware, it got even worse! My E key sometimes stops working for a split second when I press it. As of today, my Shift key is also affected.I’ve already written to support, and they said they’d get back to me, but there’s not much they can do since my warranty has already expired. Hello everyone,I'm having an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and I'm hoping someone has experienced something similar.The headset was working perfectly until it suddenly stopped during a CS2 match. There was no firmware update, power outage, system crash, or any other event that could have caused the issue.Current symptoms:Bluetooth connection works normally and audio functions correctly. The USB dongle is detected by Windows without any issues. The headset and dongle no longer connect through the 2.4 GHz wireless mode. I have tried manually re-pairing multiple times without success. The issue is identical across multiple USB ports and on a different laptop. The headset charges normally through USB-C. When connected directly via USB cable, Windows does not detect the headset as an audio device.
