hi, try to change my phone number, but it only sent the codes to my old number.

I recently decided to update to synapse 4 and get chroma but now they won’t launch at all even after restarting my computer multiple times. They won’t launch through the installer or through my recently downloaded programs either.  

Title says it all. What can I do?

The issue I have with this product is battery. Firmware is updated with Razer Audio Android app. I got these earbuds a few days ago and battery only last 1 hour. I have other similar earbuds Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed (Xbox Licensed) - Wireless Multi-Platform Gaming Earbuds and the battery last for 3 hours aprox.I tried contacting Razer Warranty Support, but when I enter the serial number it says “Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support. I have a 2022 Razer Blade 15 Advance Model (product number RZ09-0421NEG3-R3U1).  I have an external Seagate Backup Plus 4tb hard drive. My blade no longer recognizes the HD.  I have spent a few hours with Seagate customer support over the laste couple of days and together we have determined that there are no problems with the hard drive (I ran several recommended tests and even reformatted the drive using another laptop).  It works fine with my old Win10 laptop and my wife’s Win11 Microsoft surface pro.  I have tried to update the drivers for the HD (same driver that my wife’s laptop uses) and no success.  At least it is now showing up as a disk drive and not as an other device in Device Manager.  It does not show up on Disk Management.  At this time, it gives me an error: This device cannot start. (Code 10).  (this message also came up when I was updating the driver).  I have tried all the ports on my device so it’s not one port.  The laptop does recognize my Seagage FreeAgent GoFl

Having an issue as of lately.  On my Mac it won’t reconnect to bluetooth unless I reset the mouse (L+R click and hold scroll wheel in).  Seems like more of a device level issue possibly within the profile.  I have reset the bluetooth radio and I still need to follow this process.  This issue started roughly two weeks ago.,Wondering if anyone is having the same issue?  The software has been fully updated from a mouse perspective.

I've got this kishi last year and it works perfectly fine, but then got tired of playing emulators so i stopped for a month or two. Motivated to play some gba games, i tried using it again but unfortunately, it doesn't work anymore. • When Kishi is mounted on phone: - Not detected by the app - LED is off - Not Working • When Kishi is mounted on phone and plugged in charger via Kishi charging port: - Not detected by the app - LED is ON (White Light) - Not Working I'm using the same phone so there shouldn't be any compatibility error My phone's android ver. 10 so it checks the basic troubleshooting There's no way to update firmware as razer kishi app couldn't even detect the controller.

Hi, I have not used my headset for a while and only maybe handful of times in the past. Anyway lately I wanted to play Arc raiders, so I charged the headset and try to use it. The problem is the headset doesn’t show up on my PC. I only get a blue static light and I can’t hard reset or do anything with it.Connecting to 3.5mm cable works, but I want to use wirelessly.Seems pretty poor for a headset hardly used to just die like that. I have tried pressing power button to reset, tried to update firmware and pair using razer tool but can’t get past the pairing part where it ask to plug dongle.what can I do? My main drive didn’t work properly so I bought a new one then after I install my new main drive my THX spatial audio cannot be installed, but I still have the order ID and my activation code can someone help me please I need my THX spatial audio back. Thank you! 

I noticed that on Mac OS the Razer Synapse 4 preview software is available including the chroma tools for color schemes… however my new Thunderbolt 4 dock is shown as supported devices… is there any chance that you might support changing the color schemes of the thunderbolt 4 dock from Mac OS as well please?? I also tried adding a windows laptop temporary… then I can change the colours but when disconnecting and connecting the Mac again the color scheme is reset again.. I don’t need advanced changes but just some color scheme options would be much appreciated (even if I need to set them through a windows laptop but then just store the scheme on the device firmware please? Regards,Nico   

Hey all, I just bought an open box blade 14(2025). Love the computer but have noticed some weird issues with it. It doesn’t bog down when gaming but when I get my stats afterwards, slightly concerned. When playing FC25, I run at 100% of my CPU. It also runs very very hot. The performance setting is set to 42000rpm. I have now manually changed it to the max which I believe is 5700rpm which I think has slightly decreased temps to 80. It sits flat on a desk, looking at getting a stand for it with fans to lower even further. But my main issue is the cpu and GPU usuage. I have attached a photo of the last stats. Is this an issue with how I’m set up, or does this device need to go back to Canada Computers.

Everything about my Razer Kaira Pro is great but the cushion at the ripe that would be on the top of my head. The cover of that has now started to pull out of the headset I tried putting it back in there is no rips tears or any form of damage done to the headset it was intact yesterday and I woke up today and all of a sudden the back of the cover is now loose and the cushion is exposed I tried to put it in but the td not working how do I fix this 

Hey guys, I’ve had my V1 Leviathan for well over 7 years now and its now giving the issue of turning off within the 15 minute window I’ve been seeing. I see a possible firmware update and some have said new power supply. Any recommendations?

However, the keyboard flashes multiple times and then all lighting shuts off. No lighting effects are applied.Observations:- Plugin opens endpoint.interface = 2, usage_page = 0x0001 (generic HID), not a vendor-defined RGB endpoint.- No Razer Synapse processes running.- Device enumerates as USB\VID_1532&PID_02A3&MI_02, which is not included in the plugin’s supported PID list.- Behavior matches incorrect protocol being sent to the RGB controller.Conclusion:This appears to be a new hardware revision of the Ornata V3 TKL with PID 02A3. Plugin needs PID addition and possibly updated packet format.Request:Please add support for PID 02A3 to the Ornata V3 TKL plugin and confirm whether

Hi, I'm unable to open a warranty ticket for the Hanbo Chroma 240aio. One of the AM4 standoffs broke off into the screw, and I lost another screw. Please assist. I can provide purchase receipt from Newegg and pic of the broken standoff and screw when I get home a little later today.

been looking online for a couple of days for help with issues with my keyboard dimming found a guide from razor followed all of the steps except for updating my firmware and nothing helped but considering the only huntsman v2 firmware on the list is for the analog that doesn't work for mine so if i could get some help in finding this firmware id appreciate it
