Hello thereI have a V1 Iskur RZ38-0277 Chair where the weld on the base has failed. Whilst I know the chair is now out of warranty, I wanted to know where how much a s replacement base is (as the rest of the chair is perfectly fine)? (I am based in the UK btw) look forward to hearing form you/ Best Rob

My Razer Hammerhead TWS Pro right side bud is not working out of the box. No response to gestures, no sound. nothing. Left side works well. Right side seems dead out of the box. I bought this online from Japan. I know it’s a 6 year old brand but to get a faulty Razer out of the box is disappointing. Is there a solution to this?

Hi,I bought controller through Amazon delivered 01.09.2025.I checked your warranty checker says it not valid.The controller was charging for a while, but now won't turn on? If I put in back on charge the charging indicator light shows, but doesn't do anything else. What do I do and or how much to repair? Many thanks Lloyd 

everytime i use my mouse wireless it keeps disconnecting and when it does reconnecting, immediately disconnects again. i can only use it wired, and in the months leading up to it doing that it would pause all the inputs until i unplugged and replugged the wireless usb. ive tried razer forums and all that, but no clue. any help?

It wont turn on ive took the keys off and opened it and i think it's the wire that supplys power on the inside because when I wiggle it it will flash a bit but will not stay on. Is there a replacement part I can buy to replace it? And some times it does this where it lights up some. 

Hi, I have lost the usb dongle for my Razer Blackshark V3 x hyperspeed. I have been searching online for a replacement dongle, but I can only find listings for the "V3 Pro" dongle, which I understand is not compatible with my version.Is there any way I could get an official replacement dongle from Razer? I’m willing to pay for it as it is out of warranty.

Hello, my black shark v3 pro wireless dongle for the xbox has stopped working. i have tried plugging it into multiple different devices and nothing has worked. the light simply will not turn on. how can i order a replacement one? or is there some sort of warranty for the dongle? please get back to me with the information because i cannot find the dongle anywhere.

I’m looking for a replacement wifi dongle for Barracuda X Chroma (RZ04-05220100-R3M1)It’s that thin type-C usb-looking one (SP04-0522DNGL-0000). It appears razer website hasnt sold this one in years. Anyone know where i can find a new one without buying the entire thing again?

Just got my razer black shark v2 x today , i try to register to get 7.1 surround code but when i want to register, it say product already been register?

As the title suggests my Razer Viper V3 Pro is stuttering on every polling rate setting EXCEPT 8K. It started happening after I decided to do a firmware update because I noticed that my mouse curser was sometimes moving by itself, even though I wouldn’t even have my hand on my mouse. The firmware update fixed this, HOWEVER, now it stutters extremely hard unless I'm on 8K polling rate. I’ve tried different mouse pads, factory resetting it, using the pairing utility, different USB ports for the dongle, putting the dongle closer. Nothing makes a difference. The only thing that makes it not stutter, is using 8k polling rate, or wired. 8k polling rate makes the mouse die really fast, and I don’t want to play wired for obvious reasons. What can I do? Any help appreciated.

Hey guys any links to buy replacement for the arm rest don’t have the bracket so I need the whole assembly. This chair was giving by my brother and he doesn’t have the receipt for it so don’t think it will still be under warranty I’m happy to buy it just need to know where to buy thank you 

Looking for a replacement PN or source for this keyboard on my RZ09-0310. The K key didn’t work when depressed and then I lost the keycap (but the keycap wasn’t the issue here).

My Freyja doesn’t work at all . What should I do. Now I do know why it got bad reviews, when it works , it’s very nice and fun but when it doesn’t there are nothing that you can do . I actually bought the kraken v4 pro , wolverine v3 pro and atlas mousepad just to feel sensa haptics and immersive . I guess I might return everything and go back to my Asus ROG 😢

Hey everyone,Just got my Razer BlackWidow V3 Halo Infinite Edition and I love it, but I noticed something odd. The UNSC logo on the Esc key does not light up at all, even though the rest of the keyboard's RGB lighting is working fine. Every other key is lit, but the Esc key stays completely dark.To be more specific, the RGB lighting at the base of the Esc key works fine. The glow around the bottom of the key is there like all the others. It's just the UNSC logo itself that doesn't light up.I'm wondering:_Is this intentional by design? (i.e., is the UNSC Esc keycap opaque and not meant to be backlit?)_Or is this a defect/hardware issue I should look into?I haven't seen this clearly addressed anywhere in the product documentation. Has anyone else with this keyboard noticed the same thing? Would love to know if this is normal before I consider reaching out to Razer Support.Thanks in advance,

Hey I was wondering if anyone has the same problem, i can't really hear footsteps on Fortnite unless they are really really close. I feel like the gunshots and other sounds (my own footsteps for example) are taking over on this headset.Settings on Razer Synapse are:SOUND:THX spatial audio Game + Fortnite set to game.ENHANCEMENT:Everything turned off.Headset: Razer Blackshark V2 Gaming Headset + USB Mic Enhancer - PC - ZwartI have been trying to use some costum settings but tbh I don't know what i'm doing with that, also tryed to copy someones settings but didnt really help.Any help is really appreciated :)  

Is there no compatibility between Streamer companion app and Kraken kitty V3 pro?I’ve already connected the app to my Twitch account, but I can’t seem to find my headset amongst the models available for configuration of alerts.

so just like my title suggested i am a big razer fan. I have keyboard, mouse ( which i am on my 2) and headphones.Before i had thios razer barracuda ones i had the razer kraken lite two times, both times both broke exactly on the same spot. Now i bought the razer barracuda like 3 months ago AND THEY ALREADY BROKE on 2 different places despite i am super careful! i have a support for them. I love this brand but this is the last time i buy from u guys. 90 euros can´t break this easily. Beside this problem, since day one they sometimes have a sound glich which is super annoying.  

Hello,I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. The USB-C dongle's LED is blinking continuously, and it fails to establish a wireless connection despite trying all USB ports and using the extension cable. The headset only works via wired mode.Additionally, I am unable to register my product as the system returns an 'Unrecognized Serial Number' error for the code on the box. I have the purchase invoice dated 28.04.2026. Please assist with both the dongle connectivity and the registration error.Thank you.
