Razer Synapse

I just ordered a Lian-Li Razer Edition Case and still have to get the motherboard for it. I am looking at GigaByte X870E Auros Elite for that, not yet decided.I can not see anywhere on the GigaByte product specs it supports any RGB controller at all, even Razer.Any one knows? Will I be able to control the RGB via Chroma/Synapse? Hello! So I’ve recently switched to Razer Synapse 4 and after a few days my Razer Laptop Chroma stand v2 lighting stopped turning off when I shut down the laptop. I updated the stand to the latest firmware, but the problem persists. What might be the issue?

Hi.I have Razer Basilisk Ultimate with Mouse Dock Chroma and Keyboard Huntsman Elite.Mouse and Keyboard installed but Mouse Dock Chroma have some error in synapse 4 - installation error.Dock work fine because I can still charge my mouse and RGB is lighting but in synapse 4 not working.If someone have solution it will be great is someone can share the solution.I reported this issue on customer service and they said that they will back to me between 24 - 48 hours.I switch back to synapse 3 and here everything work fine.Best regards.

After the firmware update just stuck on “initializing” - no CPU/GPU temperatures available - so adaptive smart cooling doesn’t work. Is it possible to reset/downgrade the firmware update?

I bought the “Monster Illuminessence” “Arc+” and “2M Flow Strip” two years ago in addition to my Razor Kraken, Black Widow and Naga it all make my game setup awesome. However, since last ChromaStudio update in January “3.9.109.11015” the two Monster device just will not display all the color schemed (just basic RGBY). From Monster App on my phone all color tested OK for transition to cool effects.Could there be something I did not know, on Monster Illuminessence side they claimed that their device and app are all working properly. Maybe it's really just some codes in Chroma that is not transmitted properly??

I recently built a new PC and just found out Synapse 4 existed, so I decided to try that instead of Synapse 3, as it’s clearly out of beta and ready to roll.  I thought to myself, “maybe it’ll be more like Synapse 2 before Razer forced me to upgrade to Synapse 3 when my last Molten Naga finally died (RIP!) and I couldn’t afford another one because scalpers were selling old Nagas for 3 times as much for some strange reason.”  Alas, it seems that is not the case, as mere moments after installation, I’m already having problems.  As we all know that Razer makes amazing software, I thought I would stop by here to see where it was that I went wrong.My installation process:Download installer. Run installer. Reboot. Run Synapse 4. Try to migrate from Synapse 3. Told I need to download Synapse 3, sync to the cloud, then rerun Synapse 4 to migrate. Download Synapse 3. Told Synapse 3 and Synapse 4 cannot be installed together. Uninstall Synapse 4. Install Synapse 3. Reboot. Log in to Synapse 3.  

Question:Is there a way to edit Reactive effect Duration time in seconds? Current settings only allow to select either slow; medium or fast effect. But is there maybe some file in razer install directory, which can be edited with text editor and specify how long in seconds each effect duration actually is?I'd like to increase time for Slow effect, until light turns off after key is released. Wave effect could probably also do this, but i would then need to set effect to each keyboard key separately, so using reactive would be more preferred. Such suggestion of specifying duration in seconds, has been brought up in thread created 4 years ago, but seems not to have received any reply and also not implemented.

i was wondering if someone could help me with my problem. i bought a huntsman keyboard and when i installed synapse 4 and Razer Chroma my linked games was working find i was playing Diablo 4 and my WASD keys was working they was telling me when my skills had finished cooldown. i cant get that work now. i was looking on the razer site and it was saying its build into the linked game how would i get that working again. Regards mark

Hi,I am using Synapse 4 for keyboard Death Stalker V2 pro and mouse DA V3 pro (pairing mode). Yesterday, I still used Macro on Keyboard well (I have been using macro for couple months on the new Synapse). But, today, I could not use any Macro in wireless and bluetooth mode, UNLESS, I switch to Wired mode. :((. I still could modify Macro on the Synapse 4 app (below image).I think that there is something with the update of the synapse 4. I am quite upset with the experience so far. Please help.Thanks,  

My razer 16 Lamborghini edition won't install the new bios that synapse 4 keeps notifying me on. I tried boot mode and still won't update.

When I use profile from synapse 3, synapse 4 will totally become blank, and if I use the default profile from synapse 4, it always told me to set Razer BlackShark V2 Pro as a default input device. 

When my computer is turned on, my wallpaper software will automatically start and play videos.But after the computer starts up. But there was no sound.After my inspection, I found that it was a problem with RAZERI am currently thinking about how to make RAZER never make a soundI have tried setting it upBut the settings disappeared after restarting the computer

I have the blackwidow v4 for 5 days now and using synaps 4, first time playing diablo 4 it was working perfecly. It was fun, but last three times, the keys turn red, but the white keys 1,2,3,4 ) light when they want, even i dont use m, when a skill is usable its tays dark, sometimes the keybord uses all rgb colours like you defeated a boss but that shouldnt  happening since i was standing still in a city. I updated everything, did a restart, did a default in synaps etc at games, but i dont now how i can get it working correctly again. Please help

Hi everyone, I’m encountering an issue with a macro I set up in Razer Synapse 4. I configured it to press key 5 and key 6 every hour (3600 seconds)(for buffing myself in some MMO game🤓). However, it seems like the macro is not triggering correctly. The macro is set to execute with a 3600-second delay (wait time), and the playback option is configured for looping. Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:1. Adding extra inputs in the macro to ensure it’s running.2. Ensuring the target program stays active and in focus.3. Verifying that Synapse is running properly in the background. Questions:• Could this issue be related to the interval being too long for Synapse to handle reliably?• Are there any best practices or settings to improve the reliability of long-interval macros in Razer Synapse 4? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated! 😁

HI. I do like the imrpoovement in synapse 4…. But it’s really less stable dans synapspe 3…It doesn’t run in the background for longue epriode of time, always have to restart the sofware because , of  frequent shut down…Sometime, it loose all my profiles.. it’s a good that I have the abbit to save my profile on my SSD drive, because, it’s creazy to loose all your profile, the time involve in creathing the short cut, the macro, for all devices and all the sofware you use synapse .. it make no sense that instability.. So if someone have any solution, adivice it be will appreciated…the last version I have of synapse 4 : 1.0.3.0I do not understant a software that we can not check manually if their is newer update for it !!!!!

Synapse 3 used to have a camera app that worked for my laptop.  After upgrading to Synapse 4 I can’t get the darn thing to show up and Windows 11’s camera app doesn’t allow me to switch between front & forward facing camera modes. Any one got an idea on how to fix it? P.S. Razer….32 apps later, multiple registrations, a requirement to activate my product….your entire process here is a waste of peoples time and confusing as hell.  You need to stop thinking about support crap and focus on user experience.

I dont see it listed as being supported? It does show up in Synapse 4 but you cant rotate the light strips. I knows its a bit of an old piece of hardware but its FAR superior when it comes to monitor backlighting and i strongly prefer it over the wireless light strip kit i also have. Can we get this added please?!!

I recently bought a Razer pro click mini mouse. I have set up some function keys for the mouse on Razer Synapse 4 software. The functions are very unstable, especially the left and right buttons of the mouse wheel. I have updated the firmware to the latest version but the situation has not improved. What should I do?

Hi,I’ve bought a Yeelight lightstrip PRO + 2 bulbs W3 and installed Razor softwares. It works but all my Yeelight products are with only one color at a time. In Synapse 4, Yeelight devices are seen as only one device.Is it as designed ? I was thinking to be able to distribute in the studio each buld and strip.Because I don’t understand how youtube video of gamer rooms are done with a lot of lights. Does another brand can separate devices ? Also, strip led can’t be managed with individual leds ?Thank you

I recently purchased the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headphones and have been exploring the various features offered by Razer Synapse 4. One feature I was particularly excited to try was the dedicated esports profiles with THX Spatial Audio. However, after some investigation, I discovered that it is currently not possible to utilize these profiles for gaming.I believe this is a missed opportunity, as THX Spatial Audio offers a significant enhancement to the gaming experience, especially in competitive titles like Fortnite and Valorant, where the precision of sound localization is crucial. The ability to more accurately locate footsteps and gunshots could mean the difference between victory and defeat.Additionally, I would like to suggest greater flexibility in audio profile configuration. It would be highly beneficial to be able to select THX Spatial Audio as the audio output for different applications. For example, when opening Spotify, I would like the music mode with THX Spatial Audio

Within 6 hours of last using my Tartarus V2 and Synapse 4 the bindings of all my profiles have been wiped/reset. There was no Windows update between these the last time the bindings were present and the next time I used it. EDIT: Managed to salvage some of them from an old export. So the age old advice, back your stuff up! This is another annoying issue that has reared its face with version 4.  Report has already been filed through feedback. Synapse 4.0.86.2411140347
