1). I can't have mouse profiles on any of those open razer UI's, how to get there ?2) .. when you will support Linux customers as the first class citizens  ? .. or we should be paying for forever for our heresy to choose something better than Microsoft thing ?.

Synapse v4 does not support it yet, but it supports older models - will support ever be added? 

I can not rotate my light strips in Synapse 4 for my HDK, this isnt going to work for me since i have 4 strips around the back of my monitor for ambient effects in games. I hope this can be fixed, i have tried Synapse 4 several times hoping it was fixed but its not...

I can not rotate my light strips on my HDK in Synapse 4. The button is there but it will not work. I have reinstalled several times and the problem persists. VERY ANNOYING!!!

What do you like play on Windows 11 Pro Editio Game Bar ?

meaning can i bind the thumpkey on a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro  as a hyper shift key. and then use the hypershift bound keys on my razer tartarus pro. keypad? if yes then info about it is very hard to find, and one should think it is a big selling point.

Got my kraken v4 pro this weekend. I’ve created profiles in Synapse 4, but my haptics settings won’t save per profile. I hate haptics in music and want conservative haptics for movies/TV. I like more haptics in games, but different games get different profiles. But any change in haptics settings in one profile immediately changes it for all profiles. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Tried all options for solutions and found that the Deathadder Essential mouse does not help

Please can we have an option in the Synapse software to disable controller emulation for the keyboard.I have a Huntsman V2 Analog which I like very much but in several games now I’ve had issues where the game detects it as a controller and refuses to recognise the gamepad or in some cases the mouse.The most recent case is BF2042 where the mouse input isn’t used because the game detects the keyboard as a controller and overrides the input, the fix is to unmap the look functions in game. I realise this is a game issue, but still don’t see a reason why we can’t have a simple toggle in Synapse, or be able to apply it on a game by game basis rather than have to go the route of disabling stuff in Device Manager or remapping keys in game.

So when i press the right mouse button, the macro have to press “7” once, and just hold down the left mouse button, till i release the right mouse button.

So the Razer Chroma RGB Studio app is awesome, but I have one small gripe:Why can’t I put the keyboard on the mouse mat the same way I can do with the mouse?When I try to drag it on it it only goes above or below it, and it definitely fits.Am I missing something? 

Razer Synapse 4 currently keeps losing the internet connection.  Although I am connected by ethernet to the internet - it thinks I am not - Please see the screenshot: Does anyone have a solution?

Hello, I've been trying to log in to my razer account but it keeps on telling me incorrect emails or password i tried to change the password it didn't work, however it logs in on the website but not the app, and i tried uninstalling and installing also did not work. does anyone know how i can fix this ? 

Synapse 4 after update issue with razer nommo v2 pro. Razer nommo v2 pro Tab is blank. Restart doesn’t help. Speakers working but can’t change the settings, light and etc. Anybody with same issue or similar?

When I use my mouse dongle pairing my mouse(DeathAdder V3 Pro) and my keyboard(BlackWidow V3 Hyperspeed), I can not control the lighting of my keyboard. If I use each device's dongle separately then each device works fine. I have never seen this problem in Synapse 3. It seems like I am not alone. 

Hello, I had a problem with my Razer USB Sound Card device. Yesterday my Razer Synapse 3 updated to version 20240718 (3.9.630.62714). After that, the sound in my Razer Blackshark V2 SE headphones became terrible. The sound began to fluctuate in volume and there is a feeling as if someone in real time turns the equalizer, so the sound becomes unbearable. Also, if you start watching a Youtube video for example, the sound only comes on after 2-3 seconds and after that it also sounds terrible.I tried a lot of things to fix this problem, namely: Plugged the sound card into different USB ports. Uninstalled the Razer Synapse 3 program and sound card drivers in different ways (including using the official Razer utility: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5776/~/how-to-use-the-device-detection-troubleshoot-tool). Turned off, uninstalled and changed Dolby Access settings (didn't help, it's not the problem). Installed past versions

Razer Kraken V3 Pro showing in Synapse 4, but page not loading so its just grey. But with my keyboard and mouse everything is ok.Anyone know how to fix it?

HelloI have a Problem with Synapse 4 and Macros I used all the Time Synapse 3 with my Viper 8khz + a Mouse Macro and today my V4 75% arrived so i Update to Synapse 4 for the Snap Tap update so far so Good but with Synapse 4 my Mouse Macro is no more Working i tried everything a clean reinstall nothin when i downgrade to Synapse 3 everything works great and my Macro is working great but i have no Snap Tap in synapse 3 What is the problem can anybody help?

I've downloaded Synapse 4 recently and it turned out that the installation for the software of my Mouse Dock Chroma from my Basilisk Ultimate does not work. Is there any fix? Thanks! 

Cannot set any profile, brightness is set to off even though it’s lit up, and lighting is set to quick effects despite being included in Chroma profile. The last issue is fixed by manually opening Chroma App, but brightness and profiles are not.

This is a several months old bug that was never addressed. You may had remove the beta from its name, but in reality it’s still a beta.

It’s really good. It was obviously rewritten from scratch a shows a lot more information. Sadly, the apps themselves are still the same, so no fixes there.

Hello,I have a Razer Cobra Pro mouse and a Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro keyboard. I paired them both using the Cobra Pro USB dongle, but in Chroma Studio, only the Cobra Pro is visible. Could you please help resolve this? Thanks.

When I click on the installation package for the Razer Synapse V3 and V4 it tries to run however my command prompt appears for a brief second and then the process terminates. I haven't been able to find a solution for this anywhere. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
