Razer Synapse 4

When I try to configure macros on my Naga, I get a “This mapping requires Razer Synapse" message.  It also shows a red slashthrough icon indicating that the mapping will be disabled. I see messages all over the place saying that this is just informational and that the macro still works.  That is not the case for me.  The Macro does not work, despite the fact that I am indeed configuring it from within Synapse.

every time I change game profiles for anything synapse 4 crashes completely. 

My headphones instantly turn off with hyperspeed dongle after newest update of Razer Synapse 4. I tried turning off Synapse 4 and headset is working normally. Anyone else got same problem?

I can not use Synapse 4 until this gets fixed, so annoying! I use a Razer HDK AND a wireless ARGB controller on my PC. I have the HDK on my monitor and the ARGB controller on my desk for ambient lighting. I must be able to rotate the light strips to make it all work correctly and it will not let me have the ability on both. One or the other doesnt allow for this to function correctly when in Synapse 3 it works perfectly. Can i please get some acknowledgement of being aware of this issue and get it fixed? 

Sequence macro on Synapse 4 is bugged for me.I've tried a simple macro on Marvel Rivals.The macro just has to press the left-click mouse first, then press the V key in the sequence.It works fine when I test it in Window's Notepad, but the commands are not recognized in the game.It only works when I create a Normal Macro, with delay functions.Sequence Macros do not have delay, but sequential commands that are executed individually each time you press the bonded key.

Does anyone else have this problem where a fresh install (3 times) has Synapse 4 starting minimised to the Taskbar? Hovering with the cursor shows the desktop image, but no amount of keyboard combos or suggestions from the internet has made this window “enlarge”.Without being able to see the full window I can’t go to the Settings etc. Is there a backdoor somewhere?

I bought a new Razer Wired Basilisk v3 and I created a chroma for it and everything was alrightBut when I tried to use razer Synapse 4 (I never used 3) and tried to test some other functions, it said that I needed razer chroma and some other functions, razer synapse open.I was using razer Synapse and it was asking me to open it?? I tried opening razer chroma but nothing changed. Can someone help me please? Also I think the razer synapse functions are not working. I tried deleting and installing again but nothing worked.

Hey, everyone! I wanted to share this video to show just how high the CPU usage can go, I’ve had it higher before the video started.This is with absolutely everything updated and a clean restart. This is without anything else but OBS running, as shown in the video.I’ve seen other people get concerned about a 9% usage, well buckle the eff up because we plow right through into the 80’s baby. 😎What is causing this? This happens every single time I launch the application. Is it because pretty much every aspect of my pc is razer related? Or, my favorite theory, Razer’s software engineers are completely and udderly incompetent.Before anybody asks, YES I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Many many times. I have removed all aspects out of my file explorer and registry editor. I have used the link specifically from the website.I honestly find this to be embarrassing for the Razer Team, I’ve had issues with their synapse software since 2.0

Linking games into a profile can be something of a pain, they aren’t detected by synapse, the icon quality is too poor to figure out what game it is for etc., I have to browse to most of my games to link them. Right now I have to do this twice for each game - once for my keyboard and again for my mouse. My question is - can ONE game profile be linked to BOTH the keyboard and mouse so i only have to set up each game once?

Under the display tab in LAPTOP COLOR PROFILEIt’s always set to Custom with a blank on the drop-down box.When clicking on any other buttons like sRGB it doesn’t have an “apply” button? only shows the image of the color profile.Is this a bug? Feels like it.  

Synapse 4 and chroma runs successfully in the background but I’m not able to launch the GUI to make adjustments. I recently installed the finals and I’m unsure if this issue is related. How do I troubleshoot this?

After latest update for headsets mic became worse (intermittent and scratchy outgoing sound from mic) and incoming sound has disturbingly increased. Anyone having the same problem? 

I run a complete razer peripheral setup ( Razer Tartarus Pro, Razer Ornata V3 keybaord, Razer Basilisk V3 Pro ) and all of my keybinds for and chroma’s are set per game genre ( Default = Windows ; FPS = Shooters like Arma, Adventure = KCD 2 … etc… )So when I launch a game, the keybinds should automatically load, however, it does not work for all the gamesArma Reforger - Razer detects the “launcher” instead of the exe that runs while you playLeague - Razer detects the pregame UI but not the actual game when you playThere are a few othersOn Synapse 3, I could fix this by just adding the exe that is actually running as an additional game / aplication, however, on Synapse 4, whenever I try and add other exe’s or games that Synapse 4 does not auto detect, it just does nothingIs there a fix coming, is there a workaround ? ( I recently upgraded from a Tartarus v2 to a pro, and I did all my new analogue keybinds in Synapse 4, so i really do not want to redo that all in Synapse 3 if I can save

while chroma does recognize the keyboard...… it choose to ignore it on the playgroundMy keyboard’s light is gone the second since I have installed Synapse 4 after my first try 3 or 4 months ago, expecting a different outcome - it didn’t. Now back to Synapse 3.Synapse 4 ain’t a beta version am I right Razer?

Has anyone tried multiple Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controllers on Synapse 4?  I know Synapse 3 only sees and allows the management of one, with discussions of potentially adding more support after they enabled it for the Mouse Dock.

Ever since I downloaded Synapse 4, I have been plagued with the following problems:While mic monitoring is enabled, I can hear a faint echo of myself on a delay, on top of the existing intentional side tone. This means I hear myself twice, once the normal way, and again shortly after and quieter. It sounds like the “Listen to this device” feature in Windows input settings. While mic monitoring is enabled, my output volume is lowered to about half of its output. However, Windows and the Razer Synapse app say that its still at 100%. This makes everything super duper quiet.I have reinstalled Synapse SEVERAL times, going as far as getting more and more exhaustive with my removal methods. I first enlisted the official guide for reinstalling Synapse on Windows, but this did not resolve the issue. Trying to install Synapse 3 or 4 on Windows 10 and every time it installs Cortex. I have downloaded several times and still installs Cortex not Synapse 3 or 4…….

I'm having a problem setting up THX sound profiles in Synapse 4 for a Kraken V4 \ headset. The program has the ability to create separate game profiles and activate THX immersion mode, but when you change the profile for the game, the sound does not change.However, if you change the EQ settings or switch to a different general profile, the sound changes. I also installed the THX Spatial Audio software, and it has separate profiles for each game, including the THX immersive mode, working correctly.From the description of the headset, it follows that THX mode does not require the installation of additional software, everything must be configured via Synapse 4. However, I don't understand how to configure sound profiles in Synapse 4 properly to match THX\mode.Please help me solve this problem.

I installed the new Synpase 4 and saw that some settings my mouse were not working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but it didn't work. Should I switch to Synapse 3?

Missing three digit in my Razer gold card 

this notification shows up every time i open the app the audio quality is sh*t and sometimes I get an output device named Blackshark v2 pro 2.4 and when i choose that everything is great but idk how to make it show up there is a Blackshark v2 pro (BT) option but when i choose that both the quality is bad and i cant use headsets mic with it. Please tell me how can i make “Blackshark v2 pro 2.4” option appear because its really annoying I have to waste an hour or something for a 160 euro headset ( I use an usb).

I just bought the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%. After connecting it to my PC, Synapse gave me a popup for a new firmware update, which I applied to both the keyboard and the dongle. I then downloaded Synapse 4.Now, I can’t change the lighting or the little screen on the keyboard, and the FN+CTRL combination doesn’t work. After trying various fixes and restarting my PC, I uninstalled Synapse 4 and reverted to Synapse 3. The keyboard works fine now, and I can change the lighting using FN+CTRL + number. However, Synapse 3 doesn’t recognize my keyboard. It only give a popup to download Synapse 4.Interestingly, I had the same issue a week ago when I bought the Razer BlackWidow V4 full-size. The lighting didn’t work, and for some reason, the number 5 key was always blue. Because of that, I ended up returning it.Does anyone know a solution? What can I do?
