Razer Synapse 4

How do i get my left click to work as intended? i cant get my left click to work, no matter what i sign it too. why cant it be simpel as other mouse’s. its stupid to not be able to use left click without anny fuss.

This should not happen, but I have found that the beta version of the bugged mess known as Synapse 4 is actually more stable than the released version. It is still a bugged mess, and with no way of going back to Synapse 3, it is the best of a bad choice. After performing a clean install of Synapse 4 released version, it has frequently crashed, and had to be restarted.  This on every computing session, without fail.  To see what is being selected, I have Synapse open at all times.  When it disappears, I know that it has crashed. The beta version has not once crashed.  It has other annoying habits, such as not recognising when I am using a web browser, or Microsoft OneNote.  However that is also present in the released version. Quite honestly, I do not understand their rationale of restricting Synapse to only recognising certain programs.  It will cost them sales.

Hi,Have an issue where my mouse's (Naga) extra buttons get pressed continuously until it's disconnected from my computer, then after that, the whole auto profile switching goes out the windows, this is all happening after the latest update. This is across multiple devices, as on my Firefly V2 Pro, if mouse gets plugged into the mousepad USB port, it starts to work intermittently when it was fine a week ago.Can we get a fix for this and a way to stop future updates?Thanks in advance.

Hello! Is synchronisation between Nanoleaf and Synapse 4 currently available? I keep getting an error message. Has anyone else encountered this? 

Hello,I got tired of trying to figure out stuff on my own, since everywhere I look seems to say the same things about the horrible synapse software. I tried the 4 but had profile syncing issues right out of the box (brand new peripherals and installation), went back to synapse 3 since everyone said to do so (macros where disappearing left and right, I had to export the profile and re-import every time it did...), and now I’m back on the 4 which seems to have fixed the syncing issues, but now adding other issues...I need answers to my issues.When remapping Function keys to my Naga’s side buttons. Not macros, only the basic function you could ask from this software… I have noticed that it will work for a while, but the more you use them the more delays it will create between the button press and the actual action in game. It was particularly evident when using a cursor movement macro. The macro would start and move the cursor very fast until the movement slowed down to a slug (even thoug

fresh install time. synapse says i need to update firmware for my nommo v2’s. i make it to the page that says “push he power button, make sure the light is green,” which its on, but the “update” button is dim and unclickable. 

Ok so I’ve had the Kraken BT KItty edition headset for so long (the completely wireless one without a mic). Sadly after so long one of the ear cushions stretched out and keeps coming off and the cushion for the head has really torn. So I had gotten a new one. My old one never worked with synapse 4 when that came out so I had downgraded back to 3 (Always came up “Device is switched off”). When I not the new one, assuming it may be more compatible I upgraded back to 4 and same issue went back to 3. No issues. Recently got a new PC earlier this month and was sad to know synapse 3 is no longer available to download. If the headset is off it doesn’t show, which is normal. Once I turn the headset on my pc connects with no issue and it lists in Synapse 4 as “Device is switched off” however since I try not to wear the newer headset while my hair is wet I use the old one since it’s messed up anyway. That one now works in synapse 4 (even though it previously didn’t on the old pc) but the new one

Three years ago, I discovered that Razer Synapse's macro recording was completely unable to record in-game mouse and keyboard actions. Even today, after purchasing a powerful desktop computer, the latest Razer mouse and keyboard, and installing the latest Razer Synapse, this problem still hasn't been resolved!I'm forced to manually edit my macro scripts line by line outside of the game window, which is incredibly inefficient.If I can't record any actions within the game, why would I even use Razer Synapse's macro?😡

I've got a basilisk v3 and I can't even use the sensitivity clutch on it. It's the one and only reason I got this mouse. But synapse takes a full 10 seconds to recognize that I've pressed it and then it just stays on indefinitely after I've pressed it. So it's a dysfunction at best and an absolute blockade of a hiderance at worst.

Using Razer Blackwidow v3 I have two profiles on my keyboard. The first one has 'x' and 'd' keys running a macro while pressed. The second is a basic normal keyboard.Whenever i use profile 1 (Macro) and switch to profile 2 (Normal), I am unable to hold the the 'x' and 'd' keys. It will only trigger the keypress once and stop after that even though i am holding down the the 'x' or 'd' keys. It has been affecting my gameplay, hence, why I am bringing this issue up.Example, after switching back to profile 2 (Normal), presses 'x' key and hold down, presses left arrow key, 'x' key stops registering.The other keys which doesn't not have any macro registered to it does not seem to have this issue.I did not have this issue when i was using synapse 3. It was only after i updated to synapse 4 did this starting happening.

I have several razer pheripherals. By defualt I have chroma set up so that a wave colour gradient from left to right goes across my devices. Since upgrading to Synapse 4, the way the wave travels is no longer smooth. I can visibly see the colours stepping from one shade to another as the gradient moves across the devices. The effect this produces is not nearly as pleasing as it looked when the gradient was smooth. I switched back to Synapse 3 and the problem is not there. Unfortunately it looks like the Wolverine v3 Pro isn’t compatible with Synapse 3 or I would stick with that. I don’t really understand how razer have managed to ruin this effect, but I’m wondering if anyone has the same experience or if we can expect a fix.

Hi everyone,I downloaded a macro script from Razer Synapse 3 and tried to use it in Razer Synapse 4, but it doesn’t seem to work.I noticed that normally the macro icon should show a red slash symbol when it’s active, but mine doesn’t show that icon at all. The macro also doesn’t execute when I press the assigned key.Has anyone experienced this issue before?Is Synapse 4 incompatible with macros created in Synapse 3, or do I need to reconfigure everything?Any help would be appreciated. Razer synapse 4 is not running, i installed and deleted it but it does not work. When it was synapse 3 sometimes it couldnt recognise my Viper v3 pro and Blackshark v2 pro (2023)

Synapse 4 is not backwards compatible - causing ALL PROFILES TO BE ERASED. The interface is incredibly painful to use and customize for each game - many, many clicks to do what was quick and easy before.  UI/UX team should be replaced.  FAIL. Support refuses to respond.  After replying to reach request, they act like they didn’t get anything and send an email “we are closing your ticket for lack of response”  NO, you are closing it because you have poor quality, worse support, and garbage forced upgrades. THUMBS UP if you want Synapse 3 to have extended support until Synapse 4 has proper quality assurances and basic functionality including profile imports!  

Hi all, and RazerThere has been many posts about Synapse 4 keep crashing,And there has not been any response from Razer at all. the problem is that i love the Tec that thay produce, but the Synapse 4 is not getting fixed !!! at all , at the moment. Can Razer please acknowledge that there is a problem, and what thay are trying to do to sort it out. The longer that thay dont give any response, it just sends a message, that thay dont seam to care !!.I dont think that is the case, but please respond Razer,because the longer  thay leave it, the more damage it is doing for there reputation . Thanks in advance Razer

Razer Chroma addressable RGB controller facing problem that Synapse 4 dont recognize my connected device every time i startup pc, need to manually click refresh the controller in synapse to let chroma studio knew there is rgb device.

I have a Razer mouse, keyboards, ARGB controller, and have recently purchased a Sieren V3 Chroma microphone. I really like Razer hardware, but I have had no end of issues with the software - particularly when it comes to using Razer Chrome to control RGB lighting. I have been using SignalRGB to control my LED lighting of late, and it just works. No effort, no issues - it just works. I can't however run Razer Synapse and SignalRGB at the same time, meaning that I lose other functionality provided by Synapse.My feature request - allow me to completely disable Chroma while still runing Synapse. I can then use something else to control RGB lighting while still making use of Razer Synapse features. 

Scroll toggle mode works slower in Razer Synapse 4 and I can feel a delay. In Razer Synapse 3 it worked better. I use a Razer Basilisk V3, Windows 11.

On a fresh install of Synapse 4, the mic volume for my Nari Ultimate headset keeps getting turned down from 100 to < 20. This has an impact on any application that uses the mic, such as Teams, Discord, et cetera.The only workaround I’ve found is to close out all Synapse applications.Is there any way to disable mic volume auto adjustment in Synapse?

After upgrading to Synapse 4 back in July, I discovered my macros didn’t work at all - not just on my PC but on my laptop also. Inside a separate application, Synapse 4 would just not record with the overlay feature that Synapse 3 did.I contacted support, spoke with many reps, uploaded several videos, and did the clean install process - still the macros feature would not work. I own many Razer products over the years: the Razer Cynosa keyboard, the razer basilisk mouse (v2), a headset, a razer blade laptop. I once had the phone when that was a thing - several different headsets, the Seiren mic. Getting an answer from support on older products I have is pretty lousy. Reps once had me order and return the wrong battery charger for my laptop multiple times before finally confirming they don’t sell compatible ones anymore, but my old stuff still works great besides. I’ll keep replacing the battery on my Razer blade until it explodesHowever, lack of working macros is a deal-breaker for me.

Hi guys, is it a known bug that the old Synapse 3 macro feature of recording a key down press and no up press resulted in the key being held down when activated doesn’t work in Synapse 4?Has anybody been able to find a workaround for this on Synapse 4 or is downgrading back to 3 the only way to get that capability back?Cheers.

Today I received a new Basilisk V3 mouse. But somehow it wasn’t recognized by my Synapse 3 software that I had installed for my Tartarus V3.So, without giving it too much thought I upgraded to Synapse 4.Which send me straight to hell.Not only am I unable to assign any keys to my new mouse but it also completely screwed up all my Tartarus macros and configurations.And there is no way that I can reproduce the functionality I had in my Tartarus with Synapse 4.Not only is this newly aquired mouse useless this way but it also comletely destroyed a product I have been using for many years.And of course there is no way to revert back to Synapse 3.  So thanks but no thanks Razer!!!! I will return the mouse and I will never ever buy a Razer product again.

Using a Deathadder V4 pro Synapse 4 just got auto updated to the latest version (4.0.86.2601201054) App profile switching now completely dead - literally does not function at all anytime anywhere - completely dead. Not working:  Unlinking/relinking apps Recreating profiles from scratch Restarting Synapse Clean reinstall of Synapse 4 **FRESH WINDOWS INSTALLATION FROM SCRATCH** I can’t rollback just 1 version to get a usable mouse, while Synapse 3 don’t work with DA V4.  Comfusing why deprecating the polished Synapse 3 and I am forced to use such a bs. Come to conclude that Synapse 4 is absolutely TRASH and the team of the Synapse 4 should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY
