On my Naga V2 Pro, when I toggle the dpi sensitivity or the scroll wheel setting using the buttons on the mouse, the active setting does not change in the Synapse UI. For example, I have setting 3, 1600 DPI active right now and thats what is highlighted in the UI. Now I toggle via the button on the mouse to setting 4, 3200 DPI and the sensitivity changes but setting 3 is still highlighted in the UI. Now I can click on any of the 5 sensitivity stages in the UI and it will change to that, but the UI will stay with that highlighted even after toggling the sensitivity again via the mouse. Keep in mind that this bug is only reproducible after power cycling the mouse as outlined in my first bug report thread. If I have synpase open and dont power cycle the mouse, the sensitivity or scroll wheel buttons on the mouse wont do anything. Razer Naga V2 Pro, Firmware Version 1.3.0.0 (latest) on the Mac Synapse 4 Preview Version 4.0.86.2504290730, on MacOs 15.5.
I recently purchased a Basilisk V3 Pro 30k and connected it to my MacBook Pro. I also just installed Synapse Preview for Mac. When Synapse is running, I’m able to successfully configure the RGB, so as far as I can tell, Synapse and my mac are able to communicate with my new mouse. However, when Synapse is running the following buttons do not work:Sensitivity Clutch Scroll Mode Toggle Cycle Up Sensitivity StagesWhen I say they “do not work”, I mean that clicking those three buttons has no affect. Additionally, tilting the scroll wheel left or right has no affect. When I try to remap the functions of any of those buttons, nothing happens. They continue to do nothing. The only buttons that work correctly are left/right click, scrolling, scroll click, mouse4, and mouse5.However, if I quit Synapse, RGB lighting goes back to default and all the buttons work as expected, performing their default behavior. Additionally, tilting scroll wheel left or right performs horizontal scrolling as expect
Since installing Synapse for Mac, my Naga V2 Pro is experiencing intermittent disconnects over 2.4 that it did not have before Synapse for Mac.
I downloaded the software on my mac, but the mice I’m using is not supported, I would like to know if it has a chance of being supported, model(BASILISK X HYPERSPEED) RC30-031501 Gaming Mouse
Players who bought your flagship mice (currently supported mice on Mac) are not going to use it on the MAC (Or won’t be their Primary PC). So optimize the midrangers first!!!. Currently DA v2x selling well in India. So there would be more of them paired with MAC.
This is my second da v2x mouse. recently switched to mac and I was about to buy either mx master 3s or 304 because synapse not supported on Mac. 20 days before I saw the Mac version of the synapse. I ordered v2x hyperspeed…. now I can’t utilize the software because of the mouse isn't supported 💁. pls make the synapse support the Deathadder v2x hyperspeed😭 soon 🫡.
i use last mac os on m4 .i test it on bluetooth and 2.4 connection but not worked
First, thank you for finally bringing this to Mac—I’ve been waiting for this for ages!I'm using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Optical Gaming Mouse, and I've noticed an issue where, when I left and right click simultaneously, the cursor disappears. The right-click menu will show up, I can only scroll up and down, and if I left-click, the menu exits and the cursor returns. I first noticed this in a game where I use both clicks to run while moving the camera with the mouse. This bug locks my screen, making it difficult to navigate other areas if I’m not paying attention. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a setting I should check? I also noticed that the issue is especially sensitive when connected via Bluetooth.
I was using the mouse with a third party software as side buttons could not work. With this application I managed to get to work the upper 2 side buttons but not the bottom one. Today I noticed a synapse for Mac so I installed but it is not finding my device. My mouse is connected via bluetooth.
Hey!Yesterday I bought a new mouse – the Razer Cobra. I have a Macbook Air with Ventura 13.5.2. The mouse works. The synapse works too, but doesn’t see the mouse. I use a USB adapter from USB-A to USB-C, because my laptop doesn’t have a USB-A port. My question is: are there any adapters that could support this connection? Are there any solutions to make it work? I really want to enjoy all the mouse's functionality.
