I noticed a trapezoidal shape burned in to my pixels when viewing white backgrounds, seems to outline the razer logo on the rear of the screen. Very similar to this post https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/9m5xtk/razer_blade_stealth_screen_burnin_behind_logo/. Seeing as I'm way out of warranty, anyone have some ideas if there is any solution to fixing this? Also it looks like I have to use Synapse 2.x, which doesn't have the ability to turn off the rear logo lighting. Any other way to disable the lighting for the logo?

Hey guys. I have a 2019 RBA, and I've owned it for a little over half a year now. The palmrest heats up a LOT if I have to charge it from almost-0%. Like occasionally it gets as hot or hotter than the bit above the keyboard and bottom plate. It heats up like this during the first half of its charge and starts to cool when it reaches 50% and above. It's pretty concerning as this is right around the battery area. I've powered it off and opened it up right as this was happening and there's no bloat, the battery itself is slightly warm to the touch. (Not sure how much it cooled). A tiny screw in the front seems to have ripped the plastic around the battery (about 1mm long). I don't keep it docked or on overnight, it's fully powered down and unplugged, and I don't leave it idling on the charger either. It usually hovers in the 70's under load which is usually just Photoshop. (both CPU and GPU) but due to a lack of sensors I can't check the battery's temp itself. Anyway after numerous clai

In the last week, there have been a slew of news articles stating that the new Razer blade 15 advanced model will feature an anti-fingerprint Coating never before seen on a Razer product. Can anyone confirm this is true? (It's best not to rely on rumor alone; it isn't listed on the specs page, nor the sales page) Would there be any chance of this feature coming to Razer Blade Pro models in the near future? Hi, I got my hands on the Razer Blade 17" 3060 QHD last week. It was great in the first days, but it's making my last days a hell. Suddenly Flight Simulador started crashing & stopped working. Then, 3dMark score becomes less than 2.000... I tried update everything. Problem didn't stop. Today I made a Razer Factory Reset. Keeps the problem. I updated everything, but the problem is still going on. I think it might be a problem with my hardware. I bought at Amazon (from Razer Store) and imported it to Brazil. I'm worried :s

I actually already bought the Razer Blade Advanced 3080, 360hz display. I wanted to do more research on it after reading some forums. I'm mainly going to be using this laptop to program and hopefully do video game development projects soon. It will be more school oriented, BUT I will be playing games like osu!, rocket league, and any other similar game. I have my main desktop for my FPS and streaming, so I bought this for the purpose of school and non-serious gaming while travelling. My question is, what is truly "better" and which should I lean towards going for?

All, I have a Razer Blade 15 with an RTX 2080, I7-8750H CPU and with FHD. I am debating whether to get a QHD one with either an RTX 3070 or RTX 3080. I am interested in QHD mainly. Is it worth the change? How is the QHD display? I see on some YouTube videos the RTX 3080 overheats. Anyone with one that can make a comment? How is the noise? are these better for an RTX 3070 one? Hi all, have found many reports of instability with 64GB of RAM (2x32GB) with memory that officially meets the specifications for Razer Blade laptops - (1.2V DDR4 2933MHz SO-DIMMs). is anyone actually using 64GB of RAM with their Razer blades? could you say what model you have, and what RAM are you using (specifications, part numbers/URL if possible)? Razer marketized the base model 2020 (I do need a ethernet port) with USB-C charging. So I bought it. However, neither with the additional power supply and the USB-C cable they supplied I managed to charge the notebook. Not even with my Dell 90w USB-C port I can charge it. It works smoothly with another notebook from HP. Razer Support recommended to deinstall the ACPI driver (I did, it only stopped the fan. J, are they trying to burn my CPU and GPU?!). Didn't work. I have a razer studio laptop 2019 and an external monitor. The colors (saturation etc) look good on both the monitor and the laptop using adobe products. When I look at windows photo viewer or directory thumbnails, they are fine on the external monitor but oversatured and the color is off on the laptop? I've tried using a monitor calibrator, also (for reference) this was not an issue on a prior windows laptop. Any have an idea on how to fix this?

I've been trying for a bit to get the fan in my Blade under control. I've updated the firmware as Razer suggests, tried NBFC and even BIOS modding, but to no avail. I often game in a room with garbage AC, but with a headset, so I'd love a way to just (temporarily) set fanspeed to 100, then once done gaming, turn that off. But any help would be awesome: as it stands, I'm just using the fan speed that Razer dictates. :/

Just got an old Razer Blade 14 2016 that claimed to boot to bios however when turned on the fans spin, indicator LED slowly flashes green (on for 2 seconds off for 2 seconds) and the caps lock indicator flashes once when initially powered on but the screen backlight never turns on and there is no video out put to external display or laptop screen. If I hold left fn when turning on the fans blow at max and the caps lock light stay on but is otherwise the same I would greatly appreciate any help if these lights indicate a specific error or there are any suggestions on what to try. details: no battery no SSD claimed to previously boot as is when plugged in with no issues except dead pixels fans start and continue spinning power LED slowly flashes green (on for 2 seconds off for 2 seconds) caps lock flashes once no display output of any kind backlight doesn't turn on holding fn when turning on causes fans to run at max speed and caps lock light to stay on but is otherwise the same

So, I am getting a Blade 15 base edition, but I want to upgrade the poor 256gb storage to 512gb or 1tb using a Windows 10 ISO. I don't want to lose the razer logo on startup but want to make that 512 or 1024gb drive my main one - remove the other 256gb one and sell it on ebay. So, do you guys at Razer have an ISO file for me, or can I get one from my blade? Alex

Hey there, I recently purchased the new Book 13 FHD i7 and have been wanting to replace the default 256GB SSD with the Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 4TB. Does anyone have experience with this drive for the Book 13 or any other Blade? I’ve read around that people need to make some modifications in order to fit the drive in as it’s double sided. I’ve also read that it runs hot. Not sure if it’s worth mentioning but I bought my Book 13 with the Gelid GC Extreme paste for the CPU+GPU. Would appreciate guidance on this as I’m very close to pulling the trigger on this new Sabrent 4TB drive. Thanks in advance.

hi there, I've got a Stealth 13 and wanting to have a power profile for maximum battery life, but also one for when plugged in and gaming. I'm very familiar with the Windows Power Plans and have created two profiles to suit my needs. However I don't understand if I need to also switch profiles in Synapse as well, which would mean changing two plans? Could someone help me understand how the Synapse power plans interact/override (or don't) the Windows Power plans??

Hi everyone, so I've started playing Apex Legends in the past few days and it's been fun. Reminds me a lot of Titanfall 2 gameplay which is nice (I know they're in the same universe but I wasn't expecting them to preserve the gameplay mechanics). However, I have an issue with it, which is less with the game itself and more with my pc. My computer gets really really slow when I run Apex or Warzone. I know why, it tops out my GPU's capability. I have a NVIDIA GeForce 1650 Ti, so pretty solid but not a 3080, and basically my issue is that when monitoring my system during gameplay I can see that my GPU is being maxed out and about 97% of its resources are being used, while only about 15-25% of my CPU is being used. Meanwhile, my FPS is only about 40-60. It makes playing really difficult, especially when it has dips all the way down to 20-30FPS once or twice a minute, even if it's just for a couple seconds. My question is if I buy 2 Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller when I connect them to the computer, the program will recognize the 2 Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller and can I make them interact with each other or will they be independent and I can not make them play with each other with the lights?
