The subwoofer of my Razer Nommo v2 pro stopped working. It doesn't blink any lights. Speakers are blinking red. It is 2 months old. What do I do?

Payment was authorized immediately but days later, no emails and no update. 

Hello everyone, I’m facing a major problem with my Basilisk X Hyperspeed. The Bluetooth option abruptly stopped functioning and is unable to activate Bluetooth.Nothing happened when I turned the switch back to OFF and then back to BT mode. Not even the standard mode-switching button blinking blue. In BT mode, the LED remains black and does not blink. Tried to enter pairing mode with 4+5+mode combination—nothing. Changed 5 batteries—no changes. When you enter dongle mode, everything is alright and working perfectly. However, it does not go into pairing mode when you switch to Bluetooth mode, and the blue LED does not blink as it did previously. Every device I attempted to pair with had this problem. Paired mouse was deleted before any attempt to pair again. Attempting to press the left+mwheel+right button combination caused the blue led to blink quickly, and the mouse with the name "dfubasilisk" appeared among the devices that could be connected. Hello, shortly after purchasing this headset it will randomly start making a really loud static noise. I have the unplug the USB and plug it back in to stop the noise. Very annoying to say the least… It will happen to me probably every 5-10 minutes. 

Hey everyone, I just bought the razer basilisk v3 pro 35K mouse. And from what I've read, I need to update the firmware of the mouse in order to have a polling rate higher than 1000. I cannot find the firmware updater for this mouse(I tried the updater for the v3 pro, and it wouldn't let me update it). does anyone have the link for the firmware update? or maybe a different way to update the firmware so I can finally have a higher polling rate? 

I know. The instructions say to simply plug the 2.4 GHz dongle into your PC (I now have a laptop) but the only thing that happens is that it asks if I want to load Razer Synapse and the other programs. It doesn't work via cable either and it only recognizes that an external keyboard exists but not that it is connected. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, I need help with my wired Basilisk v3 mouse. Currently I play minecraft and I have a serious sensitivity problem. When I make "fast" movements with my eyesight while holding down my left click or right click (when I mine), my eyesight accelerates very quickly (faster than my movement) and this prevents me from being precise. I searched all razer synapse but I couldn't find the setting that causes this, nor in my computer settings. I decided to uninstall synapse but it didn't change anything. I need your advice, thank you in advance.

When i tried to call on discord and play a game of valorant, i couldnt hear the in-game sounds but i could only hear my friend talking. What do i do? 

Hi, how are you doing? Hope youre fine.So, I’m trying to set up my Naga again and I want to change the side numbers to functions, and I’ve done that in the past. But now, only the numbers (1234567890-=) appear, and I’ve changed profiles and nothing happens. On the back of the mouse there is a yellow light and it doesnt change. The profile changer button still works fine tho.

These are  wired 2 piece speakers with 3.5mm jack connected to audio output of my Windows 11 desktop computer. The speakers do not show up in Sound Settings,  and when  I click on ADD DEVICE Windows is unable to find the speakers.  Some things I’ve tried with no success include:Windows audio trouble shooting; Updated Drivers; Restarted computer; plugged speakers into another power outlet. Can somebody please help?  

I bought razor kraken headset a long time ago in 2021. I have been using it a lot and it is so good better than most $300 headphones but unfortunately now my USB AUDIO CONTROLLER the USB wire has something wrong and I can only connect it to my PC in specific way but it’s hard to keep in place. Was wondering if it’s either possible to get it repaired or get a replacement As you can see it is slightly bent.  anyways please let me know if you guys have solutions. Thank you!!!

I have been searching for days and trying so many things and cannot seem to get synapse 4 to recognise Valorant as a game to be THX supported im missing out on the gaming modes like THX Conpetitive which funnily enough shows up for CS2 any help would be appreciated!!

Interested in purchasing this soundbar, the only issue is that its not available for sale in Asia. So i plan on ordering this from the USA Amazon site. Question is, for those who own the device, is it auto volt or supports 100 - 240v voltage? 

The screws on the back plate are absolutely horrible. They shred almost instantly even with the right screwdriver. How can an almost 5000 dollar system have such poor quality screws. I had to upgrade the system from 32gb ram to 64gb ram and updgare with another ssd but 2tb and i spent the better part of 3 hours unscrewing the back plate then another 45 mins screwing7it back up and not to mention the mouse pad screw fell out as soon as the back plate was off so i had to screw it back and then realize dependi7on how tight or lose the screw is, is what allows the mouse pad to function properly so i had to do it all over again and shredding another screw! Any suggestions on solid screw replacement would be appreciated 

As stated above the experience is absolutely horrendous.My headphones keep being unpaired so i need to turn off, turn on, connect and disconnect the dongle etc.And even if they pair there is a 30% chance that when I play a youtube video or stream the video gets paused the second i click play.Is there any fix for this or is this the experience I should expect? 

Hi,does the problem still exist, that the Wolverine v2 Chroma Controller is not supported by Synapse v4? Or am I too stupid to install it right? Hope anyone could help me.  Thanks :)

I recently purchased a Razer huntsman mini special edition for 100 dollars and as soon as I plugged it in the colors were all funky and messed up. I downloaded like 100 different Razer apps people on YouTube told be to download and it don't do Jack shit. It changes colors like it's rainbow. But the U key stays white. For 100$ i should have it working out of the box. Someone please help me fix this problem I don't wanna bring it back it's a really nice keyboard

I bought my Razer Kraken back in 2019 and it’s finally starting to bite the dust my problem is i have my headset plugged into the Razer Seiren X where all it has is the 3.5mm jack and all the headsets use USB-C is there an adapter i can get to convert usb-c to 3.5mm jack so i don’t have to replace my working microphone as well

I bought the Wolverine v3 Tournament controller. Currently, I'm playing a lot of Street Fighter 6 and I've noticed that the function button is too sensitive and too close to the d-pad: in the heat of action, I accidentally reassign back paddles 😅. Am I the only one experiencing this? It would be good to be able to disable this feature or add an extra step to the mapping process 😆thanks;)

brand new mice Naga when i conect work few min and than scroll wheel is turning of and starting lags in game?

I've had the Razer Ornata Chroma for years now and it's served me well but very worn out and some keys starting to double click. I was looking to stick with Razer keyboards and liked the look of the Blackwidow v4 but have seen when they first came out people were having a lot of issues with it, like double clicking after a couple weeks.£170 is a little pricey but if it end up lasting me as long as my current one, I'm happy to pay that price. Is it worth buying or are the faults to common for this keyboard? If so what alternative can you recommend? 

I was wondering why the Razer Viper Ultimate v2 Pro doesn't come in a Quartz Pink edition and why there are no pink editions for the console and microphone products either? I have been using Razer products exclusively since the Quartz Pink edition was released, but now I am disappointed that there are no more high-quality pink products available. I need more pink.
