Help me I can't receive any otp🥹 

When I received the activation code on my girlfriend's account, an error about an invalid code appeared...Later, I tried to check it on my computer, but I didn’t consider that it would link to my Razer ID. 😢Is there any way to transfer the license back to the original person?

I have several razer gold cards that do not have enough numbers to activate.   What do I do?

I have already contacted one of your agents. But no one got back from me. I already but my Razer Gold Coins is still pending. I don’t know what else to do. I missed the event already due to this reasons. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I don’t recommend people buying Razer Gold Coins to this it will WASTE YOUR MONEY, you will only experience FRUSTRATION TO THIS. Their SERVICE IS REALLY POOR. I would give it 1 star. If only I knew how bad the service was I would never pay here in the first place as I thought Razer transactions are a good benefit but it turns out that it’s not great as you think it is. It was great at first but when you pay directly, they will try to action is a long time and it takes FOREVER. I regret buying Razer Gold Coins in here. I’m looking for 3d models of the keys on the Cynosa Chroma because my spacebar broke and there are no replacement keys on the internet.

As the title says, there is no EQ button on the Siege Edition Blackshark V2 Pros. My dongle has broken and I cannot get it replaced through Razer because they don't support it anymore. Without there being an EQ/BT button onbthe headset, I guess I couldn't use a BT adapter from say Amazon could I? There would be no way to pair the headset to the adapter, correct?

Can a 200 watt charger work for a 2018 advanced? I'm having tons of issues with the laptop and am guessing it it's from a 200w charger being used instead of the 230w one 

I ran furmark on my razer 16 4080 prior to the 2025 update and was getting a consistant 228 fps on 1440p bench. after update im getting 203 consistant with plenty of thermal headroom. anyone else experiencing this or is it planned obsolescence

My Basilisk V3 Pro 30K keeps entering sleep mode, even though I’ve set the sleep timer to the maximum 15 minutes. Sometimes it enters sleep mode after just 2 minutes, and occasionally within a few seconds. What’s even worse is that the time it takes to wake up can sometimes be longer than the time it took to enter sleep mode. The most frustrating part is that it even entered sleep mode while I was actively using it.I’ve already RMA’d this mouse three times and received three replacements, but each one had different issues.

I tried to search but since KVM isn't long enough for a search term, I tried KVM sticking, KVM switch, etc. and I only get results for the second word. So if this is repetitive, I apologize. Bottom line, I am currently using a Huntsman. I don't remember the model of my last Razor keyboard. I had the same issue with that last one that I do with this one. I thought it was the keyboard so I tossed it and bought new. This has also happened with multiple KVM switches. I have my personal PC and my work laptop connected to a KVM switch so I can use same mouse/keyboard/dual monitors. When I switch to my work laptop (can't install Razor software), the keyboard works like a keyboard. When I switch back to my personal PC, it freezes, sticks on a key, acts sluggish. Sometimes unplugging it will work, but only for a short time. Ultimately I need to reboot my personal PC. But as soon as I KVM to work, the problem resurfaces. I tried my son's Logitech keyboard several times. It doesn't happen.

Hi all,THIS IS ALSO A WARNING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY ORNATA V3 X.I recently (2 weeks ago) bought Ornata V3 X. I use this keyboard for gaming and quite a lot for typing.Gaming is no problem but when it comes to typing - keyboard’s backlight is a VERY BAD DESIGN.I didn’t have the chance to try this keyboard in dark room before I bought and I though this “floating keys” effect is cool but unfortunately, it’s a disaster for someone who still needs to look at keys when he types.Problem is that amount of light emitted from the keyboard “plate” is very high, compared to amount of light emitted by the symbols on the keys. Intensity of light coming from under the keys and from the gaps between the keys, causes eye pupils to contract (when you take a look at the keyboard in dark room) and makes symbols on the keys barely visible (as they emit a lot less light).This is a very big problem for someone who still needs to look at the keyboard when he types as contrast between highlight from keyboa

Does the barracuda family all have noise cancelling? Even if it doesn't have ANC I just wanna know if they have noise cancelling. Thank you

I’m having a weird issue.When my Orochi V2 goes to sleep while watching any streaming service it can take up to minutes for it to connect to Bluetooth.   When my PC is not streaming anything i can just bump my desk and the mouse will connect without an issue. To the point if I’m reading at my desk and bump it will bring up my log in screen with just a touch. I’m not sure if this is a Windows, Chrome, driver, or mouse issue.  I installed Synapse and it seems to be connecting quicker when watching a stream, but still longer than expected. I have turned off power saving on my Bluetooth adapter. I’m using a Beelink SER 7 with a GPD egpu, Windows 11 Pro, and ran the latest update for Chrome.Thanks for any help you can give.

my mic is picking the output audio. only when i turn 7.1 surround sounds on. Mic can pickup game sounds video sounds anything and i cant find a solution. If someone can help me I really appreciate it

I just recently received a set of Kraken BT Hello Kitty Headphones (Wireless). I had received them as a gift so I had no idea I'd run into this problem, and no prior research could've been done by me personally.I love these headphones a lot! However, I was really looking forward to using them on my PS4 until I realized the PS4 is not compatible with Bluetooth headsets. Is there a way to somehow “convert” the headphones by using some sort of special cable? For example, if I were to use a micro usb to a 4 pole cable, would that actually work? On this headset, the only port that is present is a micro-usb port. If I were to buy a cord that has a micro-usb with a 4 pole audio connector end, will the audio actually “transfer”? Sorry if I'm being vague or confusing here, I'm not at all experienced with tech haha. 

the wireless dongle just died after some time and its not recognized by my pc or my laptop, i bought the mouse in peru and now im in argentina, so buying a new mouse or a new dongle will cost me lots because its not sold here and there are a lot of import taxes, but i found one store that sells some razer products including the hyperpolling dongle, so is it possible to pair it to my mouse only using the cable?

This is honestly the most frustrating thing. You want to compete, but can't even add a simple feature like this? There's no reason not to do it. It would make users much happier. Telling people to "just add a sensitivity changer to a key" doesn't work when every other button on the mouse is already taken. All I want is a simple solution: hold down the right-click to lower the DPI, and release it to return to normal. I thought Razer was good, but I might have to switch back to my old mouse for games like RDR2 and GTA 5, where my normal sensitivity is too high even on the lowest settings. I use 400 DPI normally and 150 DPI when aiming.

Hello, I have a strange problem with the pad. When I turn off my laptop, all the things connected to the pad on the back (3 usb inputs) like razer huntsman v2 tkl keyboard, razer viper ultimate mouse, razer firefly v2 pro mouse pad leave the light on all the time. Only after disconnecting all the cables individually from the laptop pad does it allow the lights to go out. Is there any way to fix this? (I have restarted the synapses many times before and it did not help).
