I've never used controllers with a PC, but I have some experience with consoles. I think consoles have some advantages with aim assist. If you use a controller on PC, would it give you the same advantage, or is it basically unusable?Tell me your experience

I only have about a month with this keyboard, and it's given me nothing but issues. Even after updating its firmware to the latest version as of 6/22/2023, and wiping out clean the Synapse 3 app and reinstalling it, multiple times, the keyboard refuses to charge. No matter what I use, either plugging it into my work machine, my personal gaming rig, or even using my phones charge adapter. I have let it sit overnight, gone to work and come back to the keyboard still nearly at 0% battery.I've seen multiple other threads here of people complaining about similar issues, and some of them haven't gotten a single reply, so I'm expecting to go through the same,I just can't believe that I paid over $270 bucks after tax for this keyboard, only to be left in the dust. I was better off buying a cheap alternative. That could've possibly help me a lot better. Hi guys!I’m looking for the quietest keyboard from Razer. It must have a numpad, but I also want to use it for gaming. I’m not sure if a wireless option would be a good choice, but if the price difference isn’t significant, I’d prefer to go with the wireless one over the wired version.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have Razer Nommo V2 x with the latest firmware, when playing music from apple music app on Windows 11 specifically the speaker sound distorted (like crackling and popping) after several songs playback. the one very solution to solve this is to turn off the speaker then turn it on again but the same issue keeps repeated after several playbacks of song. I already confirm it with other speakers there’s no such issue. already reinstall synapse, apple music app still not fix it.  Do you have any solution for this? seems that the speaker need a new firmware to address this issue… not the fault on the hardware side cause playing from other apps like netflix, browsing youtube have zero problems.

I purchased the razer barracuda product on 16/06/2024. When I opened the THX Spatial Audio application to make my settings, it asked me for the activation code. To get an activation code, I entered the product code on the back of the product box and completed my new device registration. However, although the device was registered, the activation code did not arrive. I think the activation code was used by someone else. I would like to request your urgent support for the problem I am experiencing.When the activation code did not arrive, I tested something like this. I registered the same product again with a different account, and no activation code was sent to the e-mail address of that account. In other words, someone may have drawn the number of the product in the store, used it and received the activation code. The person who purchases the product cannot receive the activation code later. Could there be such a vulnerability in your system? Please I request your urgent support.

I need a new razer basilisk v3 cable (not a usb-typec cable, one for the mice with non-removable cables) to repair the mouse, and I tried splicing it and soldering the wires together, but I did a shitty job on the shrinkwrap and it won't insulate properly. I have all the tools I need for a full cable replacement, I just need to find a cable. I already tried to put an amazon basics cable from another mouse in there, but the connecter was too big. Please help me find a cable that I can order to get this repair done. 

Hello guys, I been experiencing an error with the 2 step authentication sms code, I can't finish the transaction for almost 3 days now I have a good connection to the internet and I have no issue with my cell connection It's been almost 3 days now 

When I press 2, w, s, or z on my V3 hyperspeed mini, the keyboard registers all 4 of the keybinds. I have tried resetting razer synapse by reinstalling and resetting keybinds but it doesnt seem to work. How do i resolve this?

I'm looking at the nommo V2 and wanna know if I'd be able to connect the speakers to a receiver or record player

I want a headset for both pc and xbox, but has to be under $120 and has to have chroma. if it works for xbox, pc and ps that’s fine too. but I'm trying to keep it under 120 if possible

To preface this article, I would like to state that the razer naga pro is by far the most expensive thing that I own. I run on an old laptop with broken keys, and a USB keyboard I won at dave and busters. I would SINCERELY appreciate any help I can get so as to avoid spending any of my very limited pocket money. My Razer Naga Pro out of the blue two days ago at about 9:55 PM lost charge. I have been charging it for the past two days to no avail. Different outlets, direct connect to PC, nothing. Ask me anything you need to know, I will answer, I am desperate to get this expensive problem fixed. I bought this mice Monday…I don’t know why it doesn’t work with Razer Synapse, then I’ve seen someone been ‘scammed’ with a product like this.Opinions? 

How can I describe this, when playing marvel rivals i noticed that when I barely push the right stick it will register since I have 0 dead zone in game. But the problem is also that when it's inputing the stick seems to stutter when held in the same position, only after you push it forward more does the input stay consistent. It also does it for the left stick. It does this from all angles that the joystick can go.I've messed with the razer settings on xbox and have updated the controller to its latest update, nothing is fixing it.

I just bought this and am loving it, but i feel like it should have came with the feet that the regular v2 has to angle the speakers toward your head. I understand that it has ai tracking and all that but wouldn’t it still be better being angled? Also the rgb on it is a little disappointing and maybe angling it would make the rgb better? Any thoughts on doing this?

I’m trying to find out if there’s a way to save custom colors to my huntsman mini special edition to use on a xbox. 

Otp not a receive 

I have never encountered problems with reloading razer gold via GrabPay ewallet before but now. It has been 24 hrs since the transaction started and it is still in pending status. This is a very bad service, razer gold. No response on my tickets also. This will be the last time I will use razer gold. Very very very very disappointing.

My V3 TE back buttons, specifically m3 and m4, when pressed significantly slow my right stick aim rate and make almost impossible to turn. This happened out of nowhere and it didnt do this before. i was able to fully utilize my controller and the key binds associated with said buttons. Has anybody else suffered from this problem and is there any solution? If so i would much appreciate some insight on the matter please. 

So I got this new keyboard from Amazon and saw this.Is this normal?  I bought it as new. 

My Razer Deathadder v2 Pro dongle doesn't detect on my pc. How to fix this? I tried using every method online. If i plug in my Deathstalker V2 Pro dongle it detects and can be connected to the Deathstalker v2 pro dongle. But why is it won't detect on my pc? When i plug in my Razer Deathadder v2 pro dongle? Is it probably the dongle is not working anymore?

Hello,I now have a keyboard with a German layout. I had to use one with a numeric keypad. It's not a problem, but it should work. Can someone please tell me as a non-expert where I have to set whatever in Windows 10 pro, or what else to do thanks

I Did all The process butIT wont redeem its been 3 times in a row

Updated to latest firmware and now in synapse it just says “initilising” under the temp settings. Anyone have a solution?  Razer are useless in general so I cba asking them in email.
