Hi, I have the Razer Naga V2 Pro and since a week or two I can't see the battery percentage any longer in the Synapse app, super annoying! How to fix this? I already updated the software and restarted it, etc.  Thank you

The tape at the store is out of stock for about a week now. I'm not sure if or when they will restock it. Additionally, the tape available on their site includes only two pairs for the buttons, not for the sides, as far as I know.So does anyone know where I can find original tape for buttons and sides?

The headset mic is too sensitive on my xbox i have to screal for people to hear they said it work with the xbox but im having rrouble with the mic please help asap

Hey everyone,ive been looking everywhere, but no one has had the answer so i am asking here. My Razer Basilisk Ultimate fell off my Table (table is maybe like 40 cm tall) onto a soft carpet, and now it doesnt even want to turn on nor connect. But when i plug it in to charge (i use the docking charger) it glows signaling that it isnt broken. Should i open the mouse up? The only explanation i got for this is that when it fell, something under the plastic fell out of place. I hope that this mouse isnt broken now. Thanks to everyone who wants to help

I have basilik v3 pro mouse and I recently bought dock pro. They work very well and there is no problem in charging. What I wonder is that I want to buy cobra pro as a 2nd mouse. Can I connect the dock pro with this second mouse? Will both mice work at 8K pollirate speed or will it only be connected for 1 mouse? If it doesn't work, at least if I charge the cobra pro while using the basilik v3 pro, can I use my main mouse? I mean, can I use another mouse while charging or does the use of the dock pro stop while charging? If anyone knows this, it would help me a lot, thanks.

I have a Razer BlackWidow X | RZ03-01760x keyboard and it seems to be spamming keys. Did not find a firmware update for this? Is there a firmware update available? or any sort of fix ?

Naga trinity wired mouse has 3 side panel patterns to choose from, and one of those is a perfect 7 button circle panel unique to that mouse I love using does anyone know if this 7 button circle panel would 1) fit on a wireless naga pro and 2) work with a naga pro when it comes to the synapse app Any confirm or deny would be appreciated. Would love to move to a wireless and keep this 7 button panel

Does Razer Gold work in Uzbekistan?

Hello I got a pair of Razer Kraken V3 a few days ago and I’ve noticed that when I’m not playing any sounds then there is a little faint screeching sound in the right headphone but when is play something it’s gone. I’ve tried updating the firmware, but it is on the newest version, trying it on my laptop and it had the same issue, turned THX 7.1 audio on and off and nothing worked. The only fix I’ve found is to have some sort of audio playing 24/7 but it might get annoying after a while. So please, if the is a fix, I’d like to hear it. Thank you. 

Hi I have a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 headphones and they stopped connecting to the dongle. Out of stupidity I decided to click forget device and now my dongle is only being recognised by my PC as USB AP. I tried using the utility tools software razer provides to pair but it does not recognise my dongle. I can still use Bluetooth but I want to use the mic connected to the headset. Does anyone have any potential ideas or fixes?

I bought my Razer Blade 15 Advanced model with Oled screen about 6 months ago. I had no issues with gaming before. Then, I noticed about 3 weeks ago there was screen burn in whenever I played game for like more than one hour. It fixed if I turned off or closed the game for a while. But the issue kept getting worse and now I played for 15mins and there is the icon burn in already. If it keeps going like this, it will reach to a point where I cannot no longer fix the issue with shutting down or playing some screen fix video. Is there any solution to this problem or all the Oled screens are having the same kind of issues? Or since I have bought no so long ago can I still exchange my laptop with another product?

Today, while moving my keyboard (huntsman V2 tenkeyless) to another room, it fell and now I noticed that one of my switches is no longer working. I've been looking online and found them on AliExpress, also on Amazon, but they're not available, and I'm wondering if these switches will be of a good quality or not. The keyboard is out of warranty and does not have razer care

I have a Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed - Ergonomic Wireless Gaming Mouse - White Edition, from walmart, i went into synapse to remap one or two of my mouse buttons, it will not let me remap.

A few days ago I bought a keyboard Blackwidow v4 pro, and when I try to use it, the keys "i", "h" and the arrow pointing to the right do not work correctly. I try to use the keyboard with an other computer but i still having the same problem.

Yah I’ve just bought it from Lazada’s Dash.Gamer (Malaysia) on 14th Dec 2024 and received it on 18th.I can’t register it as it said that the serial number has already been used.Meaning that I can’t enjoy the 7.1 surround sound software support zzzI only realized that there’re many other ‘senpai’ who has been down to this road after I have face this issue myself.Am I purchased a “fake” headset? or the S/N has been stolen as it is printed and sticker at the bottom of the box which literally everyone can just see it.In my opinion I don’t think that’s a smart and good way for buyers to register it in order to fully unleash the potential of a certain product. The headset itself seems solid though compared to the demo set that I have seen at physical shop before.When I opened the left earpad the serial number is as same as the sticker on the box.The most important part is can I still get the 7.1 surround sound support? or do I need to buy a new headset but from whom?Please help.

I have headphones Razer BlackShark V2 X with 3.5 mm audio cable. After 10 months of using headpones my jack cable (3.5mm audio cable) is curved. If i send them back to Razer will they give fix them or will they sent my back (in broken state which i send them), beacuse warrenty does not cover this. I have proof of purchase and warrenty is still active.

I have a Blackshark v2 hyper speed headset and the dongle went out, so I buy new dongle and a brand new dongle won't connect to my headset. Fix this please.

I bought the razer blackshark v2x headset on november 22nd. I want to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. For this I registered the product and received an activation code. However, when i put the activation code sent to me in the Thx Spatial Audio app it said that the activation code sent to me wasnt valid  I would like to be given a valid activation code.

I have bought a Razer gold card online and I got two number one is Voucher code and the other is PIN code. Now if someone has only the voucher code can use the card?

As in title. My Barracudas are not connecting to synapse. I tried on dongle, on cable and on separate bluetooth. Any1 know how to fix this? Cheers
