Hello . I activated for headphones Razer Barracuda X "7.1. surround sound. " I have a problem, I can't activate "Thx spatial audio". I don't know where to get the code to activate. I don't know where this code is. I received a letter with codes by mail, but when I used them, I was told that "the code is not valid". And that's why I don't know Where do I find this code to activate"THX spatial audio"? Thank you. Help me find this code on my headphones. 

I ABSOLUTELY love your THX Spatial Audio app since I bought it just last week, and I am currently using it with my brand new Quartz Barracuda X that I received as a gift from my Boyfriend during the 2024 Holiday Season.There is a missing feature however that I would love to see implemented, and that feature would be a "per-Application EQ Setting", that can "override the current Global EQ settings". Specifically, I am an avid Gamer, but I also LOVE to listen to my music using my Apple Music for Windows 11 App when I'm not gaming. If there could be a way for your THX Spatial Audio App to automatically change from the Global "Game" EQ that I use the most on all of my Game's, to a Customized "Apple Music" EQ (that I have personally created), whenever the THX Spatial Audio app detects that I am running Apple Music for Windows 11 app, that would be soooo absolutely amazing!I just want to also take a moment to thank you all at Razer for making such amazing Products, amazing Applications, and

Hello. I’ve been a lifelong turtle beach user. But the final straw was my 3rd pair of Stealth 700 gen 2’s ear cup ended up cracking and inevitably snapped completely off. This has happened with all 3 pairs over time. Full disclosure, I have a big fat head so I’m assuming that’s what’s causing the cracking. My question is how’s the build quality on the blackshark v2 pro. I’m really looking to move on from turtle beach. These look perfect for me in every aspect, I’m just worried about build quality. Hello there,I'm new to your forum. Got my first Razer keyboard on a recent holiday. Razer Black Widow V4 75%. It has a German keyboard layout. So the special characters, for example the “ ö ”, is at the place (the key) where it can also be found on a normal German keyboard. So when I type this key, the “ ö ” appears on the screen as intended. However, the key cap of this key shows this “ ;: ‘, not the ’ ö ”. This is of course annoying. So what I need, as you already know, is a set of keycaps that match the German keyboard layout. In other words, where the key shows what appears on the screen after typing.I would be super happy if you could tell me where I can get them. So this nice Christmas present didn't quite generate the joy, but I'm hoping for you. Many thanks in advance

Hi, I was fine on Synapse 3. I switched to Synapse 4 for Snap Tap and my headset started muting the mic while talking, I deleted it and when I reinstalled it I got the same error. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and the same error happened again. How can I fix this, it's getting annoying. I'm writing from the translation, sorry.

so whenever i start playing a video/song theres a slight crackling/popping sound,it happens at other times also.Ive tried reinstalling synapse,drivers, play with sound level.Headset is like 2 weeks old and hasnt fell down or anything

My keys stopped working out of nowhere desintaled synapse, drivers and reset the keyboard installed all again and still doesn't work, any ideas why or how to fix it?

Hi, I bought the Razer Kaira X (PS Edition) , but I have yet to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I did check my spam folder along with other folders in my email, and I have also tried to request a new activation code multiple times with no success.  

I bought an microphone arm today for the Seiren v3 mini , but I don‘t have the connection Thing you got with the mic…is there any chance to buy it anywhere? Because I searched everywhere but couldn’t find anything about what size it need to have or where to buy it…help

my Y key does not work it only works when i click FN then Y but then the Y key lights up but nothing else does 

hOW TO INSTALL 7.1 SUROUND SOUND APP  

As the title suggest, my right earbud has had no sound for the past 3 days, the sensor still works though. I can play, pause, skip to the next song with it. I've tried cleaning the connections between the case and the earbud and I tried most of the resets, I haven't tried to plug it in my pc yet to see if there's anything I can do with that.I'm just lost on what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I think I got a good deal on the nommo v2. It's not the pro version.  Is there a difference is the sound quality? Or is it just the puck and the wireless subwoofer? Also, would the wired subwoofer from the v2 standard addition work with a standing desk or are the cables to short?

Hey! I have myself the Razer Nommo V2 X speakers. I connected my sound card as the manual said with all the cables and all the RGB lights are working as they should. However, when it came to connecting the speakers I had a problem. The speakers are not analog so I thought I could fix that problem by buying adaptors ( USB to analog ) but they still do not work. I can not hear anything from the speakers when I select the SoundBlaster AE-5 Plus option on the speaker setting. Can you please help me fix this problem because I really want to use the speakers through the new sound card and not the motherboard sound card. Thanks!

galera para solucionar isso vocês tem que usa o cabo P3 dele, no momento que for parear usando o programa de pareamento da razer, fique tirando o P3 e colocando varias vezes no razer nari ultimate durante o pareamento que o problema de conexão resolve!  o  meu razer nari ultimate parou do nada porque resolvi ouvir musica pelo cabo P3 ai quando fui conectar não funcionou mais o pareamento do razer nari ultimate com o dongle, sendo que o dongle não estava com problema

Hi all,I've had my V2 Pro for over two years now and absolutely love it. But within the last 2 weeks or so, it's been slowly acting up. At first, in games my character would suddenly look up. Not a "drifting" motion, just a sharp sudden snap.Then, my mouse pointer started jumping around, skipping, and my scroll wheel started skipping scrolls, clicking on its own, etc.Googling and looking at threads here, I assumed it was a hardware issue, and took it apart and cleaned it. It didn't seem to work.Just on a whim, I plugged it in to my computer with the charging cable and it seems to work better now.I'm guessing it's a software/connection issue, instead of a hardware one. I was hoping it was hardware, because software wise I have no idea where to begin.I've tried different ports on my PC with the dongle, that's about it. Still the same issue.It may be interference, but my setup is the exact same as it was before this issue popped up.Any ideas?

I recently purchased the Razer Wolverine V2 Pro controller for my PS5, and while I love its overall design and feel, I've been encountering some button responsiveness issues that are bothering me. The issue I'm experiencing is that some of the buttons on the controller occasionally don't register my inputs as consistently as I'd like. It's most noticeable with the face buttons (X, O, Square, Triangle) and the D-pad.
