Having an issue Where i cant combine (shift + Q + W), Which causes me lots of problems in games like Valorant. Wondering if anybody is having the same issue and if there was a solution to it

I saw videos that you can cut razer wires so I wanna cut it is it possible 

I got this mouse 2 days ago and have tried multiple ways of getting this mouse to charge to even 1%. I have updated all software, restarted my computer, used it on a different computer, charged the mouse with a wall socket and the pc I use and all give the indication that its charging with the little red light on the top pulsing on and off but it has yet to turn on without a cable connected to it. The dongle works and I’ve been able to get the dongle connected to the pc with the provided cable and plugged the V3 into my wall socket to give it power and it connects to the pc fine, but it cannot hold a charge at all and is completely unusable without being connected to power. This is a $160 mouse that is worse than my old deathadder I’ve been using for years. 

I have a razer blackshark v2 pro playstation edition. It does not switch to bluetooth when connected to the computer with a dongle. I can use bluetooth after removing the dongle. Is there a solution?

Recently purchased basilisk V3 Pro 35K. This will be first time using Synapse. General question, After the mouse is detected by Synapse and I make any changes to the settings, am I correct that those will be automatically saved to the mouse so that if I take the mouse to another computer not running Synapse the mouse will remember those settings? Example, change the time that the mouse goes to sleep from inactivity from default to 15 minuters. Will that setting be saved if I take the mouse to another computer not running Synapse. Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro and a Huntsman V3. I want to know if I can get the switches from the Huntsman V3 and put them on the Blackwidow V4 Pro. Will I be able to use the same technology as the Huntsman V3 on the Blackwidow V4?

I registered, the email arrived with the code but when I go to activate it the message appears: The code you entered does not appear to be valid. The headset (Razer Kraken X Lite - Essential Wired Gaming Headset - NASA Packaging) came with an activation card, the card didn't work either.  

Hi there. My pc has stopped working after my daughter ran into it yanking my Razer black widow chroma Keyboard cable (and the usb port in my pc) completely out. Since then my pc will switch on (lights, fans) but there is no signal output and my keyboard doesn’t light up. I’m getting a new pc now anyway as I was long overdue an upgrade but wanted to keep using my keyboard.Is there any way to test if it still works without a pc??Thanks for any help you can give. Matthew Eminyan

So I am having the problem if I press one of the numbers above the letters(e.g.1,2,3), one of the F key gets executed too.For example if I press F2 it also writes 2, and the other way around exactly the same.I have already disassembled the keyboard, because I thought maybe there was some dirt or liquid in the keyboard, but there wasn´t anything. It has to be a problem in the settings in my opinion.If you have an idea how to fix it, please leave a comment.Thank you all! 

The D key has completely stopped working on my Huntsman V2 Analog. In Razer Synapse, no key actuation is detected. How can I fix the key?

I just bought a brand new razer blackshark v2 x and the sound works (ps4 btw) but the mic does not seem to pick up any noise at all, I tried a ton of stuff and nothing is working. I also can’t hear my teamates in game… not sure if that is related. Has anybody else had this issue? And how do I fix it?

I Need help finding replacement battery for my Blade 15 base model (early 2020) RZ09-0328 and maybe help installing. When I went to install a new NVME I discovered a slightly bloated battery, which made me realize that’s why my trackpad isn’t working. Can someone help me find a battery I can order online?  Thanks so much.

Why am I not able to buy the razer mouse dock pro separately without also buying the transceiver. I had already bought the ballistic v3 pro bundle which came with the transceiver, now I just need the dock pro, but every where I look I am always forced to buy the dock AND the transceiver. I only want to buy the dock pro without the transceiver. If I am able to do so please let me know how but if I’m not. Please explain why. Thank you.

So my laptop's RGB (and basically every razer laptop) the light is only on the letter itself. It does not surround the whole key cap. I hope I am making sense here.Another thing I am looking for is that it does not make a loud clicky sound.Which keyboards look this way? Where only the letters/symbols/numbers light up and not the entire key cap 

Is it better to buy activation code, or buy another card?I also don’t see appropriate card in replacement parts, what should I do?

My headset is in a permanent state of trying to pair via Bluetooth. I have cut all Bluetooth off from other devices and have forgot the headset on both phone and PC, but it continues to say “pairing”. I have tried everything, but I have no idea how to have it connect back to the Dongle can someone help with this issue? 

purchased the razer blackshark v2 X for my daughter to use on her switch, it’s says it’s compatible but the microphone doesn’t seem to be responding yet works on my ps5 and Xbox series x is there something I’m missing?

Hi guys I have bought a set of 3 Razer Kunai 120MM fans, one of them however does not fully illuminate, I would estimate about 70% of the ring is lit up and the remainder remains dark. I have the fans plugged into the Razer RGB controller, all my other fans are fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might cause this to happen? Thank you and Merry Christmas  Mark

Hi everyone,First of all, this is my first message on a forum so I don’t really know hwo this works.Here’s my dilemna, yesterday I spilled some coffee on my keyboard which has 9 years so no warranty. I cleaned everything but some keys on my pad (235689/*+ENTER) doesn’t work so I looked to the pcb and it’s damaged.The question is: is it hard to find another pcb from another model or just buy a new one ?I live in a country where the QWERTY is in place but I’m used to AZERTY and don’t wnat the change.

Guten Tag,ich habe mir die Razer Huntsman V2 gekauft und heute ausprobiert. An sich läuft alles Top, doch habe ich ein lautes und nervendes Fiep- und Piepsgeräusch wahrgenommen, dass von der Tastatur ausgeht. Ich habe festgestellt, dass das Fiepen durch die RGB Beleuchtung kommt und bei höherer Helligkeit immer lauter wird. Das stört mich schon sehr, so das ich überlege die Tastatur zurückzugeben. Ist das Geräusch ein Einzelfall und hatte ich Pech, oder haben alle ein Standardmäßiges Piepsen? Und könnte das Problem durch ein Software Update, oder anderweitig, gelöst werden?Viele Grüße. 

Hey, can we expect synapse support for the Wolverine V3 in near future?The controller itself feels great build wise, but the lacking synapse support is a dealbreaker for me.I need a controller where I can program the additional buttons, instead of using them as copies of the default buttons. The wolverine would be awesome with it’s six extra buttons, if I could bind them to separate functions.Is it worth waiting or should I just look for another controller?
