The Razer Armory

We have a razer leviathan v2 which will commonly “stutter” while playing audio. The stutter is very distinct - it’s not an electrical fault or physical fault, but one where audio frames are being dropped intermittently. This issue only occurs after the unit has been powered on for an extended period of time. Reboot of the PC does not help. All software and fw for razer is fully up to date (2024-12-19). Workaround: Remove power to the unit for 30 seconds and reconnect. Potential Cause: Given the nature of the stutter and the fact that it only occurs after a significant time period, rebooting the pc doesn’t help, we can already eliminate many causes.The most likely cause is that the firmware when left on for an extended period has a memory leak which causes the available free memory to shrink to a point where  memory can not be allocated causing incoming audio to not be buffered reliably. This then manifests as dropped and missed audio frames. This leads to the characteristic “choppy” au

I just got a wolverine v3 pro about 4 days ago, hoping that I could easily transition from xbox to pc and vise versa. I started to use this new one from my old scuf, and am noticing that when i press M3 (binded to B) or M4 (binded to A) it slows my right stick down a TON like i’m using it for the aim slow-down rate.i even tried assigning another button to the aim slow-down rate so maybe it would trick the controller to not use M¾ as the slow down buttons… didnt work.i have tried it both on xbox and pc. same problem… its like the default out-of-the-box settings won’t go away after clearing it and adding new binds.>any help would be appreciated. I love this controller and don’t want to have to get rid of it

I’m planning to buy a mouse for both work and gaming purposes. However, I can’t install Synapse on my company computer. I’d like to assign certain frequently used words to macros for work. My goal is to configure the macros on my personal PC using Synapse and then have those macros work directly on the office PC without needing any software.Example Scenario:On my personal PC -> Use Synapse software to assign "see you later" to button 5. On my office PC -> Plug in the mouse, press button 5, and it types "see you later."I've done some research, but I haven’t found a clear answer about whether macros can work this way. 

I took my Trinity out from storage (been a year or so and it's still new), I downloaded the software but when I bind F7 to key 4 (circle) within game nothing happens it doesn’t seem to register. I can’t seem to find other easy tips on this what seems to be basic function and otherwise I need to pay for support.
