I have a problem with my Kraken V3 Pro. If I turn on the headset but don't play any sound, the sound will disappear. There is no sound. But the headset is still on and detects in Synapse normally. I have to turn it off and on again all the time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it was the same. But I switched to New Synapse and didn't have this problem. At first, I used New Synapse, but with the problem that my Z690 didn't detect in New Synapse, I went back to using Synapse 3 as usual because today I saw that there was an update. And after that, I had the same problem. Is there any way to fix it?

Is there a fix for the fact that they apparently removed the option that never seemed to really work in the first place, to automatically go from BlackShark V2 Pros to my speakers. When I turn off my headphones meaning, as I would love to have that automatically happen. I never got the original setting to work that when I turned off my headphones they’d automatically switch to another device. I don’t know if it was a software issue or just a me issue. I genuinely want this feature as it would be great to auto switch back and forth without having to go through Windows Settings. If anyone has any input on this, it would be greatly appreciated. If Razer could readd the feature and make it work it would be greater though.

Hey, hoping for a bit of advice?I'm looking to purchase a Blade 18 and found a Mercury one for a decent price but can't work out if 4K will be good for gaming (won't be doing anything else on it😊).Has anyone got a 4K version and what are your thoughts? Thanks

i use a razer kraken, and when i try to use the 7.1 surround sound sofware for some reson when i try to use it it sound kinda like a skiping record and when i use it on youtube it also makes the video makes skips and i do not know what is going on. is there a way to fix it?

If I would buy the Razer Deathadder V3 wired version, the 8K polling rate is available directly through the usb connection to the PC just by using the Razer software right?Also the main question, is the HyperPolling (8k polling rate) compatible with Windows 10 latest versions? On the forum it only mentions Windows 11 latest version. Thank you in advance for the help!

As the title states.i have tried reinstalling everything, i mean everything from fresh and synapse 3 still cant connect my mice, and i just bought it.Synapse 3 is installed on Vmfusion and works fine so does the mice, yes i know Synapse does not support macos. Hi,I recently got a new mouse that supports Dynamic Sensitivity and I have configured and enabled it in Synapse to try it out but it only works in Windows. In Overwatch2, a game that uses raw mouse input, it doesn't work. My question: should Dynamic Sensitivity also work in games like Overwatch2 that use raw mouse input? Because than I know whether or not I should continue to try to make it work ingame or not.Thanks

I’m currently attempting to update my Kiyo firmware because I need to disable auto low light adjustment. Every time I try, it keeps saying to contact razer support, however it also says I’m not covered by warranty when I put my serial number in. Anyone know a work around or possible solution?

Hi everyone, I am having an issue with my Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard and Synapse 4. Both keys M1 (not M5 like in the heading … sorry, can’t be changed afterwards) and ENTER cannot be selected to manually change their color. The keys themselves work perfectly well and are also lit and are colored but cannot be manually selected inside Razer Chroma. Inside chroma you also see on the screen that both keys are not outlined, they cannot be selected. I tried installing the latest firmware, I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, not working. Besides it is impossible to move that keyboard onto the mousepad, which works perfectly with my other keyboard (Razer Huntsman V2 Analog). 

Hello, i have been using the Tartarus keypads for a few years and love them for the most part. I seem to have run into an issue that i haven’t been able to figure out how to fix so i am looking for some help. I was setting up a new profile for the new Wukong game and now i seem to have screwed up my D-Pad for all of my profiles and games. I can now only move forward, left, right and backwards none of the omni directions work any more like they used too. Pretty hard to jiggle peek when if you rotate the joystick you completely stop each time you hit the forward left or right inputs. When i am on synapse i click on the d pad and you have two joystick options one is the omni directional one and the other is only the 4 inputs up down left and right. If i click the omni directional and go into a game i have no movement at all but if i select the the 4 inputs one movement works I feel that i have done something in synapse to screw everything up but i don’t know what??? I have reset and delet

I updated my laptop, and my Kraken Kitty headset suddenly stopped showing up in Synapse 3. They work with my computer—I can use them and everything—but they will not work on Synapse. I even tried installing the new Razer Synapse, and they do show up there, but I cannot get sidetone to work. I can turn it on, but it doesn't work. Every time I go to a different page on the app, it sets my sidetone back to 0. It will not increase and stay there. Does anyone know what's going on? 

With Razor being a gaming mouse  is there a forum for Old Noobs to learn tips on button binding on games?I want to program some of the newer buttons to be used in a game but several buttons are not recognized when clicked, ie: Scroll wheel left click, scroll wheel right click, and mouse 5 have no associated actions when pressed to set them in the game, I tried binding them to unused keyboard keys and then,  tried to add these keys to game binds but no luck. free lunch if there's anyone that can reply with real help...;-)

Whenever I use my barracuda xs on my ps5 with the dongle, I get a bit of static come through everytime audio is playing, it's not cnstant static like on a TV, but a faint static on all audio, this doesn't happen whenever I use the dongle of my laptop though, so am stuck on this issue

Y’all I love this mouse. I have had three so far. I gotta say that the experience on a mint condition viper v3 pro is absolutely unreal. I came from a Logi g900 but this takes the cake. The shape is close so It fit my  hand like a glove and also the light weight of this mouse make headshots unreal for me. Good product and I hope Razer continues making great peripherals such as this. 

I bought my kraken V3 last week for my Xbox series x, after chatting with a Xbox staff member, he suggested to ask if there were any Software/Firmware update so my headset can become compatible with my Xbox.

Hi. My microphone is no longer functioning properly.  It seems to be always on mute although if you press the button ALMOST all the way down without actually clicking it, it will detect some input.  I have NOT damaged the headphones in anyway so this is quite disappointing.  I hardly ever use this unit and when I did this is what happened.  Someone else has reported the same issue as I am having but has not been resolved (after 2 years).  This has made me lose confidence in this brand.

I’m been the owner of a Viper V2 for a couple months now and seeing the new features that the DAv3 Hyperspeed and the Viper V3 Pro received, would other older mice such as the DAv3 Pro or Viper V2 receive updates that will give them those features as well?

Hey y’all! I was visiting China for a bit and managed to pick up a Viper V3 Gengar edition at the SEG Plaza in Shenzhen. Trying out the mouse, I found out that the mouse creaks a bit when I press down the side with the mouse buttons a bit. I’ve checked out boardzy’s video and seems like he’s having the same issues with the side popping etc. Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do for a quick fix? For the most part, I don’t want to take a part the mouse cause I don’t wanna damage the skates, but if it comes to it, then I might. Thanks!
