i recently bought some razer baracuda x lite headphones and i kept trying to use the 7.1 surround thing but it just doesnt work, while it's active i cannot hear anything at all, i tried multiple things to repair it but nothing works. Dont work application surround sound. The sound settings in the control panel do not help activate the 7.1 feature

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Viper Ultimate. Approximately three months ago, I noticed it started charging slowly, even when connected directly via cable. Now, it only charges if I turn off the power switch located on the bottom of the mouse.The device is still under warranty, and I reside in Brazil. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

So a Razer software fills my PC with 200gbs of junk data that constantly fills my PC and i cant remove it. Does someone know how to remove it? 

I used this mouse for a months. At some point, the mouse suddenly stopped working, causing the problem. I tried using both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports because I thought it might be a USB problem, but the problem did not resolve.

I knew before buying that barracuda pro doesnt have the best mic but when i listen it on apps like discord/zoom it was terrible even tho it was okay in synapse app. i search and couldnt find any solution then i realised i have another mic connected to my pc, just wanted to try to remove it and it solved my problem. somehow my siren mini was causing so bad sound quality for my barracuda pro. just wanted to share with you my solution so in the future in case someone else have the same problem.

Half a year ago I recharged my razer gold. Recently I want to buy Black Myth Wukong. When I opened it, I found that my mobile phone number had been changed a long time ago. I didn't save the backup code. I can't use razer gold right now. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I have bought a Razer Basilisk V2 wired a long time ago (cant remember when , maybe like 2 years) and ive had no problems with it. Up until very recently , like 3 days ago when the scroll wheel suddendly starts slipping. When i use the scroll wheel to do one small scroll , only the middle part of the scroll moves and it doesnt move the other big wheel that actually tracks the scrolls. I dont know what to do to make the rubber part (middle part) of the scroll move at the same time as the outer part (actual scroll wheel). Any suggestions/tips?

I bought a Deathadder Essential gamer mouse from Aliexpress. The mouse cannot be recognized by the Synaps program and cannot be registered based on the serial number either, because it cannot find the product. 

My  Razer keyboard worked perfectly until  a month ago when it  started behaving weirdly. Some keys  (mostly D, Space and 0), when pressed once  output double or even triple  the  characters.It  is  happening  right now with my spacebar.I didn’t have this problem before and I never changed my  PC. I have already tried updating the firmware, switching Synapse  versions and even using the Synapse Beta  version.Nothing worked so I  sent it to a specialist to clean the switches. However that was not the problem. It is still double typing and it  is so annoying. I read something about  polling rate  online but there is no such option in Synapse for the keyboard,  only for the mouse.

What Version is Huntsman Elite RZ03-011871100-R3U1 with red key switches. Look more orange than red.Have had this since it first came out.

Hi. I have this Razor Ornata V2 for just over 2 years. So far I’ve been very pleased with it.Unfortunately this morning I experienced very annoying issue.When typing, 2 first rows of letters, from Q to L, were typing two letters on single press. More annoying that it wasn’t the same letter but the letter from pressed key and a letter next to it. This way, after pressing A, i received AS, pressing D, i received DE.All numbers, and bottom row of letters were working fine.I tried to change USB port and I tried every USB port available. Nothing changed. I tried to unistall the software and install it again. Nothing changed. I’ve even installed a beta version of Synapsis. No succes. I decided to try the last option and if that wouldn’t work, I’d have to buy a new keyboard.I took my Ornata V2 to the garage and blew storng air from my compressor. I blew the air intensively for few minutes. I went to test it and when I got to my office the keyboard slipped of the desk and fell on the floor.I t

I recently purchased the keyboard, but it has not resolved the color error for the F3, E, D, and F12 keys. The F3 key does not represent red RGB and the lights do not turn off completely for the 3, E, and D keys. In addition, the D and F12 keys have a complex problem of not being able to represent blue colors. The A/S center is called normal operation.(I've tried the same method as reinstalling Synapse 3, disabling Windows Dynamic Lighting, resetting the keyboard factory, reinstalling Windows, connecting to other PCs, but it hasn't worked out. For Black Widow V3, which I've been using for 3 years, it works perfectly.) it

I recently bought a Razer Kraken V3 Pro and there's two issues that made me return it: 1. HAPTIC SCREECHING/INTERFERENCE Pretty often when Hypersense (haptics) is enabled, an electronic screeching occurs in the sound. I've recorded this electronic screeching with an external mic and here's how it sounds: It won't always occur but when it occurs, the only way to make it go away is turning the headset off/on again. The erronous sound you are hearing is not the haptic actuators moving, it's some sort of electronic interference. I know it's not the actuators because sometimes Hypersense works fine without producing the screeching noise. The screeching/interference could be caused by the actuators though. This is something Razer has to look into. What bothers me a lot is that this issue is being reported for a pretty long time and Razer is still selling the headset. I sometimes use bluetooth devices to connect to my Razer Leviathan V2. When this happens the LED goes crazy responding to the changing audio. When I have the soundbar connected to my PC I can control the LED, but of course can’t do that via random bluetooth devices.Is there a way to turn the LED off when connected to a device not running Synapse?
