hi all, i have found a problem with the new synapse v 3   20240108it starts up 1 time and finds all my devices  asks for a pc restart, then after the restart, it wont start synapse at all after that.ive done a complete uninstall and re install the same problem. So ive have tried the new beta synapse   2024it loads up finds all my devices apart from 1,    this isRazer Tartarus v2      and it cant find it. any advice please

Currently my controller wont connect/turn on the update that is mentioned in other posts will stop at 100% and the controller disconnects. Attempting to utilize update Wolverine V2 Chroma_FirmwareUpdater_v1.01.01_r1.

First experience using Razer Gold. I bought a $250 PIN/code from target.com(3:54pm EST). I Inputted the PIN within 5 minutes of recieving it (3:58pm) but I got the error code "this PIN has already been redeemed". I instantly submitted a ticket showing screenshots with all proof of puchase, time I recieved the email and the error code with the PIN showing. I contact support, only for them to tell me the code was redeemned TWELVE (12) hours(4:59am) after I created a ticket, I kept asking how that would be possible for the error code to show for me, then have the SAME code redeemed 12 hours after my ticket was created. They said my email probably has a cybersecurity issue - which makes zero sense because why wouldn't the code work for me, then work 12 hours later. For them to even look into it - they said I have a police report. They will not investigate without one. I think I would get laughed out of a Police Station if I went there with this. The RGB lighting on the keyboard is not very fluid. I assume this is consistent across all the devices, but my reference is the Ornata Chroma v1. It is not lagging or anything.The rate at which the lighting updates seems… slow. When you use effects like Ripple, especially on faster speeds you can really tell how choppy it is. Feels like the lighting is updating at around 15-30 fps. There is also a delay from the moment you press a button to the effect beginning. I currently have a Razer Black Shark V2 X and I thought about getting the Razer Seiren Mini for better microphone quality but idk if it's a worth it upgrade or not what do you guys say? 

so i have researched what i can do about this issue, from firmware updates to reinstalling synapse, to everything, in simple, swapping ports. Whenever i plug in my kiyo, it is detected by synapse. the second i turn it on in discord or any other app even in synapse itself, it undetects but the hardware light indicating the device is on is still flickering. i can't find the device back even in device manager, the camera tab is void. I've tried everything i know and i am stuck

I just got a Kaira Pro and was able to connect to my PS5 with no problem. However, when I tried to create a 3D profile, I really don't hear any directional audio.All of the static sounds are in one ear only, and at a out head height. When I'm asked where the sound is travelling, it's either left to right or right to left, with no height differences.I tried playing Elden Ring and really o my heard stereo sounds nothing like the surround effects I get on my 5.1.2 speaker set up.I have the default audio set to Atmos, so I don't know if that has any effect.Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Been using these since friday. Somehow they unpaired from USB hub and it wont pair wirelessly. There is no pairing tool for these yet. Do I just return?Ive uninstalled / reinstalled synapse 4. (and tried 3). reformatted computer, nothing.Using synapse to "factory reset" device just sits there for ever. doesnt actually move or reset.Anyone else figure this out?

Hi community, I have several razer headsets. Of course, more than two years of purchase so warranty claim is not an option.But I'm really wondering if some sites/people have good reputation repairing them. The older Kraken Tournament have issues with the mic/switch and balance on the speakers.  But my nari ultimate was working fine on analog mode (plugged to 3.5mm connector). Some years ago while using on digital/wireless mode I plug in the 3.5mm connector (was on conference and didn't want to lose the audio by a battery drain) and then lost one speaker while using on digital mode. All test worked fine.. But just the left speaker worked on wireless. Inclusive, the thx test sound well but just on the left speaker.So found out the both speakers worked fine on analog mode only. Thankfully, the mic never gives up, no matter the mode used on the headset. But yesterday while doing some home chores; my headset fall from the table over speakers side… then speakers works fine (analog) but lost
