The Razer Armory

I got Razer Kishi Ultra one week ago, and found that the 3.5mm audio output has a weird issue which will output noisy electronic sound after long time (>20 minutes) of use. With the supports from the staff in Razer store, I tried 3 different units, different wired headphones, and the issue still occurred. I haven't test different phones, but since my other cheap USB-C controller, also with a 3.5mm audio output, doesn't have such issue, so I doubt it is caused by my phone. If you wonder how bad the audio could be when this issue happened, you can check this one  minutes long video, which the first 30 seconds shows the normal audio output, and the rest 30 seconds shows the abnormal audio output (better turned down the audio volume cause its really uncomfortable to hear). Hope the employees from Razer notice this issue and start to investigate it. I wanted to know if it was possible to reset all the settings of the controller, because a paddle is slowing my character and blocks the camera when I keep pressing on the paddle. Thank you. 

How to make sure this never happens ever again ? The only issue I have with exiting the Razer apps for good is 1) Cortex frees up RAM for gamingI have disabled the sensitivity buttons on my mouse in case I accidentally click them. If I exit Synapse then the sensitivity buttons are able to change sensitivity to random values and not the preset ones. 

Hi Razer fams,Realised that Razor Click Pro is out of stock on Razer's website. Is it discontinued? I am very interested in getting it because it can connect up to 3 devices via Bluetooth, which is a feature I am looking for to switch between my Laptop, Tablet and TV box. Amongst other mouses from Logitech which have the same features, I think Pro Click seem to be suitable for gaming too. I'm not a competitive anyway, but would still like a mouse suitable for gaming with the multi-device feature. Also, I know there is the pro Click mini, but I think the size is rather small for my liking.  Understand i can use a KVM or whatnot, but I am trying to reduce as much cables on my desk as possible.

Hello, I apologize for not knowing the exact namings of the features, however when I play Fortnite or Diablo the keyboard start using lightning effects specific for the game and for Fortnite specifically when different event occurs different lightning effect is applied.With that said I just want to set the keyboard lightning effect to one of those lightning effect permanently, however I don’t have the slightest idea how to find it. The effect I am referring is when you win a game in Fortnite it starts glowing yellowish/orange in a warm sunset pattern.If anyone has any insight how I can find it, I would be forever grateful!

I am almost completely sure you can't but is it possible to switch the keycaps? not talking about razer brand keycaps but other brands.

Updated to Synapse 4, i exported all my macros from synapse 3 and imported them again one by one, problem is now i see a few of them double, its like some of them were saved in the cloud from the previous synapse or somewhere in the local files? when i try to assign one in my keyboard they appear in the drop down menu, but they are nowhere to be found in the macro creation / list (module) so i can delete them. what gives? how can i delete the extra macros (i dont want to delete the imported ones since i wanna be able to edit them)

Hello, I want to use the  Orbweaver  in different ways, depending on whether I am using a 12 button mouse or controller.  Is there a way to set up the connect to game to accept a different profile for the same game? Synapse 3 can do this with the Tartarus, but I’m unclear how to do it on an orbweaver.

Hi,I've had Tartarus for a few years now, but it's been in a drawer for the past few years. I was using the Gamesir Aimswitch VX2 which is a wireless gaming keyboard which was great but the 'W' key stopped working and the device was unusable. So I pulled Tartarus out of the drawer hoping to be able to play games again. But I figured out why Tartarus was in the drawer. Although it works fine in windows (it simulates WASD keys), when I start any game it stops working. Although it reacts jerkily to key presses, it is unusable. I thought it would be because it was conflicting with the XBox controller. So I removed the XBox driver and thought that would work. But it doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Láďa

When can I order the blade 15 2023?

Hi I bought this used Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 on may this year, apart from a few scratches it was practically new it even still had the stickers. Recently I’ve been bringing it to class giving me an estimated 4 hours of battery life since it would drop to about 50% from a full charge for since my class lasts 2 hours,  this morning i took it to class again on a full charge and by the end the battery had drained to 6% i started using battery saver recently and even messed with the power plan settings and now the battery life has halved i didn’t even have it on during the entire class i had it on for maybe an hour at most what could be causing this drain? I always have it on half brightness and no RGB when i bring it outside I noticed the fans were on during the entire class which could be what drained the battery but i was just sitting idle using Visual Studio as usual. Here’s a summaryStarted bringing it to class  Lasts 4 hours normally Recently messed with the Power Plan for more Batt

Razer Kraken Ultimate

Just got this controller today and noticed I have to have around a 0.6 deadzone to be drift free. I saw online there was a issue with the pro version of this controller causing it to need higher deadzones, and they released a firmware update to fix it. Does the TE also suffer from this issue. And can I download the pros firmware to attempt to fix it? 

Hello, I’m a long time user of Razer mice and am currently using the Razer Mamba (not sure if it’s elite). I used to own the Razer Imperator and absolutely adored that mouse. It broke down a couple years ago and bought the Razer Deathadder which I did very much did not like. For me it felt way too flat, I love having the (what feels to me) ‘no muscle use, relaxed’ hand form, a bit bigger and less flat.  I’m starting to feel that my Razer Mamba is coming to the end of it’s life cycle and I’m starting to look for a new one, but many shops in my area do not sell it anymore and the Razer site also doesn’t neem to list it anymore for me (in Belgium). I use a wired version, and have no preference in it being wired or wireless. I see that a few new models have popped up. Are there any recommendations for a similar mouse that Razer offers?Thanks in advance.

I've seen a lot people with "strong negative opinions" (to put it nicely) of Synapse 3. Is it still really as bad as they say or is it usable as I'm thinking of buying a new mouse and am considering Razer as an option. Thanks for any advice

Hey there first time posting on here I have already contact support about this and are waiting on a response but wanted to ask here to see if anyone has had this before.I’ve owned this keyboard for almost a year now and have never had problems with it but recently some of my keys have been misbehaving mostly one my “wasd” keys but it makes sense I would notice them out of anything.as an example say I was playing a game and went to press and hold down my a key sometimes nothing happens, if I continue to hold that key down after a few seconds the key will now kick in and work or if I lift and re press works straight away. Never had this issue before and am a bit confused what could cause it, I have try alot of steps >uninstalling device>uninstalling razer>Removing it from windows and re downloading drivers.>tried on a different computer.>cleaned around the keys with a qtip and a little isopropyl alcoholFor it to still happen its a very doesn't happen with every key press b

Hi there I wanted to ask about a new product idea that I had. Would it be possible to release a rgb Chroma version of the razer gigantus mousepad? A few ideas for how the lighting system can be integrated is  either have the base be solid and the pad be soft or maybe find some to weave the lighting into the sides of the pad.
