The Razer Armory

The palm rests on my RB16 really get hot after just ten minutes of gameplay.  The left side is 42 degrees Celsius.  GPU was running at about 142 watts.If I compare this temperature to what I see from the RB17 with RTX 3080ti that is at least a 30% increase from the RB17.  That is uncomfortable.Another 16” laptop with RTX 3080 ti (175 watt) from another vendor is keeping the palm rests a very cool 29 degrees Celsius. What are people seeing with the RB18 with RTX 4090?  I am thinking I should have gotten that as it has the bigger cooling solution with a third fan.  I wish Razer had put a UHD+ panel in that. 

I registered by Barracuda X with razer and just downloaded the &.1 surround sound app. I have scanned my email and have not found a code, however I can clearly see my product on my razer product page. How do i get my code?

Tried changing VPN and other Service Provider but the error still persists

So I have had this issue for 2-3 Months for now, i didnt mind it at the first time because i thought it might just be some dust inside of it, bought canned air and sprayed it inside the v2 pro. That did help but only for 2-3 hours and now the problem is getting worse and worse. Sometimes it just goes up and down randomly, sometimes it just does nothing when i try to scroll with it. I dont know that to do please help me if you know how to fix it. 

HiI’m can’t record the audio, with my Blackshark v2 X USB. Nvidia Geforce experience records the mic but not the ingame sound. I tried everything possible. All to default, razer V2 X usb  output,  virtual 7.1. All main windows sound settings tested. The only way to have the sound recorded, is to unplug the headset and using the speakers connected on the motherboard. 

I’m looking to get a new controller as I have been stealing my other half’s Wolverine V2. My set up is white/pink so I would like to get a controller in a matching colour - the V2 comes in white but so far the V3 doesn’t, and all the reviews I’m seeing say the V3 is far superior. I’m wondering if I wait it out to see if the V3 is released in another colour, or if I should get one of those Xbox Elite wireless ones in a custom colour? Open to suggestions and ideas, thank you! ❤

Hello, i lost my Pro type 2.4 ghz dongle, and it seems to me, that an original replacement dongle is nowhere to be bought, except the dongle for blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed. So there is a question, may it be possible to pair a pro type keyboard on a blackwidow v3 mini dongle via razer keyboard pairing tool, since both of the keyboards are presented in the tool to work with and the model (number) of dongle is the same if I a not wrong, or it needs to be perfect match between keyboard and dongle?

Im in the market for a new mouse pad and I want one for a long term use. I saw videos on glass mouse pads and saw that razer had the atlas so i was going to get it. However i then saw the firefly v2 pro and its more of a hard plastic. Which would be better for my use? I play Apex, and overwatch mainly, but do play non competitive games. Atm my dpi is around 2k on my deathadder v3 pro so I don't know if it will effect the options. My main mouse pad is the razer gigantus v2 XXXL but it does get dirty fast after every clean.

I just saw on the official instagram on a firmware update that help correct issues the V3 pro was having registering incorrect deadzone values. Will the tournament edition also need this firmware update out of the box?

I want to add a comment here for those of you thinking about repasting. I bought a Blade 16 with the 4080 in it. Please, RZR, sell the 4090 with the QHD display (off topic :)). I always thought the PC ran hot, just compared to my previous experiences.In Intel XTU, settings on boost/High GPU, the Blade was thermally throttling and instantly hit 100 c. I then went into overclock, disabled boost all together, kept the CPU at max 120w, and was still instantly thermally throttling. I then undervolted the CPU in XTU (-.110 Core offset, -0.090 Cache for P & E Cores). It was, of course, thermally throttling, still as I expected, but the frequency on the CPU was higher. (I have not kept tuning from here, just the first settings I ran with from what I believed was a good starting point, and it was stable for 14 hours with no HW Info Errors.At this point, I was really confident I needed to re-paste the computer. I've always had black spots on some keys, never checked on it, but today I was curious and got them off, some have black plastic things inside, are they just faulty prints or do they actually make any purpose, for context I have a razer blackwidow v3 and I dont see they are conected to anything, also not every key has it
