Hey everybody Does anybody know if the laptop stand will work with other laptop brands.i’m looking at getting one but the website only mentions the razer blade  laptops being compatibel 

So I’m looking to upgrade my ssd and memory specs say supports a 2tbSSD in second slot. And  Was wondering if anyone has upgraded both slots to 2tb each?, or is it 1tb per slot And max  of 2tb? Has anyone done this? I watched the support vid but it only does a single slot replacement upgrade. So just curious. Also wonder what brands have you all used for it? And what brands have you used or suggest for both memory and ssd 

So i got the Razer Viper 8khz and the latest software with it, and the polling rate drop down options only show three options: 125, 500 and 1000. My mouse is plugged into the mother board and i do have an intel core i7 9th gen with a 240 hz monitor and its set on 240. I am trying my best to find a solution to higher the polling rate but i am unsuccesful thus far. Can somebody please help me. Also mentioning that it is wired.

Hi, I’ve got a problem with my Razer Kiyo, whenever I use my Razer DA v3 Pro and BlackShark v2 Pro when I want to use Razer Kiyo in OBS or even in Synapse, light is lid up I can hear like opening a shutter than light is like a strobe and it disconnect my mouse and sometimes headphones as well additionally I got a windows notification that can’t recognize my USB device. I think it’s software problem. I also updated driver of Kiyo to 2.3.2 did all steps from discord support but it didn’t help. I don’t think its a power management problem or even usb because on my cord mouse and headphones (DA v2 and BS V2) it didn’t happen once. I got RazerSynapse 3 (The New) and Windows 11

I was using an Ultimate Viper mouse, but one day, the mouse suddenly broke. After replacing the mouse's motherboard, it started working again, but now it only works when connected via a wired connection. When I try to use it wirelessly, the mouse cannot be recognized. How can I fix this issue? 

 I am often spamming keys when playing League of Legends and I am crowd controlled, so that I use my spell as soon as I regain control of my character. On my mechanical keyboard it’s loud and my partner doesn’t like it. So I bought the tartarus pro. It’s not as loud but still noisy. I would like to configure my keybind this way:When I don’t fully press the key, it acts as normal When I fully press the key, it spams the key in turbo mode, so that I don’t have to constantly press the key - I just hold it down insteadUnfortunately, the turbo checkbox is missing from the secondary function configuration - see screenshot? Is it not possible to do? I tried to ask the razer support but after 3 email exchanges I am convinced it’s just an AI chatbot

Hello I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 Please help

I have Razer Deathadder V3 Pro and Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro Tenkeyless, I'm running Windows 11, and have the devices in their latest firmware version and Razer Synapse in the latest version. The devices work all fine with the cables connected, but wirelessly they disconnect often (especially Deathadder is super annoying to use). I have setup in Razer Synapse for them not to go to sleep early (at least 15 min or so), but they disconnect after few seconds. Any ideas what the issue might be? 

So I was using my keyboard recently and all of a sudden the led turned dark then the keyboard stopped. I attempted to look for Fixes and it somewhat fixed itself LED’s are showing up, but every time I click a letter like a green wave comes from each letter I press and and dosnt register to the computer and when I leave it for a bit makes a RGB wave. Greetings all. Recently, my Razer Basilisk V3’s scroll wheel has been incredibly “Gunky” To scroll with. I’ve tried cleaning it with 93% isopropyl alcohol, I’ve tried updating the firmware, I’ve installed and reinstalled synapse at least three times now, I’ve also cleaned inside the scroll wheel by using GUM Soft-Picks, and I can confirm that the inside is now clean, there was some hair inside of it, but I managed to get it out. Unfortunately, that has still not solved the problem. I’m on the fence between buying a new mouse entirely, or trying to dismantle the one I currently own to find the problem. If there are any other, non-last resort options, I would love to hear them! I really do like this mouse, and it would be shamed for me to have to pre-maturely shelve it because of this issue with the scroll wheel. Help would be very much appreciate, thank you in advance.

Hello everyone.I’m suddenly having trouble with many keys on my huntsman elite keyboard such as the ‘E’, ‘R’,  ‘T’,  ‘U’, ‘Y’, ‘Z’, the function keys,  @, and others. They aren’t working anymore. I don’t know if the keyboard is out of order and if I need to buy another one. I ‘ve plugged the key board on another computer and the problem was the same.
