Just bought razer kraken and it has a 3.5mm plug and the microphone is not working and the computed doesnt recognize it on windows 11.I see more people are having this issue, how to fix it ?

When I used Razer Wallet to purchase goods on Epic, he prompted me to perform a two-step verification and provide a SMS verification code, but I waited for several minutes without receiving the SMS verification code. A few weeks ago, I was still able to use Razer Wallet to purchase games, but today I encountered this issue while using it. What should I do to solve this problem

 This needs to be taken seriously. Today, August 2nd 2024, Kroger on 1751 Patrick Dr., Burlington,  KY 41005 @ 1-859 -586-4450 PULLED all the RAZER GOLD CARDS off the shelves due to problems with missing pin numbers. Razer needs to take charge and reimburse those who have been victimized by Razers neglect to recognize the problem with their product and pay the customers what they lost in purchasing their product(s).After 2 weeks and emails - from different representative s daily- they closed my case with resolving the issue of missing pin digits.  Razer has ripped me off for more than 1500.00 and doesn't even say thank you. I am seeking legal advice because proof of purchase & photos were sent. Razer refuses to neglect the problem and reimburse their customers.

My Fiancé is getting back into pc gaming and is looking to upgrade some components. After gifting them the Hello Kitty and Friends mousepad, they want more matching peripherals. They currently have the Razer Viper that was included in a past bundle. Now they would like to upgrade to the Viper Ultimate and want it to match the mousepad. We realized the only mouse that would match is the Orochi, which they do not want to switch to. Is there any way to get a customized and matching Viper Ultimate?

This just started happening and only on one machine.I have a macro that simulates me holding left click, it’s very simple. It’s a .01s delay followed by a left mouse button down press with no up. I have always been able to play this once and it would simulate me holding the left mouse button until I clicked the mouse.All of a sudden it only plays the once now as if there is an up click.Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I’ve Just installed the new joypad for Xbox and I like it but there are some things could be better and it could be done by software. About the key mapping:I’ve seen it is possible to map only the M keys, meanwhile most of other pad I’ve tried (Microsoft Elite 2, gamesir Kaleid and so on) can be costomized also the standard buttons. ( For example, I program the bottom button to be like stick press (stick L and R ) couse in normal joypad I press them meanwhile I move my char and it do something I won’t. For this reason I program the standard button under stick to do nothin and to do the press stick actions I use the bottom button) The programmable button can only substitute the standard key and nothing else. The same other pad I use can program also other funciton like “do nothin”, “screenshot”, “make a video”, “shift” and other Xbox functions Just pressing an M button.What do you think? We can hope these function will be insert into razer joypad Xbox tool software?

So I have got the Black Shark V2 X today, and everything about it is perfect, but there's an issue with the mic. The microphone sound is very faint، I have seen multiple inboxing for the same product but all of them have their mic work properly, so I don't really know if it's factory problem or I did something that my make it unfunctional which I thought because I opened the package gently. please help

Hi I recently top up 11600+ php worth of credits and yet I cannot use them because the OTP IS BROKEN! Cs is not replying to my Ticket for the last 48 hours! its kinda frustating that no action is being done to fix the OTP or send us backup codes if ever we lose it via our registered emails.Hope a CS or moderator can raise the concerns to Razer. Thanks

Equalizer is not working in Synapse 3, thx, it's not working. No matter what I did, it didn't fix it. I did a clean install and it didn't fix it again. It continues in the same way. It works in beta, but unfortunately this time, there is no snap tab in Razer Huntsman v3 Pro Razer Synapse beta on my keyboard. Well done, Razer.

Out of nowhere my scrollwheel toggle stopped working alltogether. i couldn’t switch at all. After following the troubleshooting, it is now permanently free spinning. Synapse does recognize the button press, and shows the change in mode, but nothing happens on the mouse. please help.

Im having problem when i want to add my mobile number on my razer gold account after i request a 2FA reset by the support agent. After i key in my previous mobile number and trying to get the OTP the page goes submitting and it turn back to the main page of razer gold.

I have a blackwidow v3 and it doesn’t work when using chroma, I can use it to sign in to my computer but when chroma launches my RGB turns on but my keyboard stops working. If I uninstall chroma it works again

I have a razer asrock b550 taichi razer edition mother board, bask v3 pro, black widow v3 hyperspeed 65%, and some kind of head phone. None of these show up in RAZER synapse! Also my mother is stuck on white lights, and the fans that are in my case are stuck on white as well. I have deleted reinstalled the software for all equipment. I can't control anything on all RAZER products. Anyone have helpful ideas or suggestions would be great Thank you for you time.

Spent $4650 on your top of the line Razer Blade 16 so that I could have a portable gaming rig with full native overclocking support. Undervolting was the biggest part of that equation. Running -.125 was perfectly stable and gave a 15% performance bump, 10+ degree temp reduction, and much less fan noise under load. Now it's slower, hotter, louder, and has frequent hangs/stutters that weren't there before.By forcing undervolt protection, you've completely ruined the system, my enjoyment of it, and the chances that I'll ever buy another razer system.At least make it optional with a warning...

Hi, my laptop razer 15 shutdown randomly and takes awhile to boot again. This start to happen after i found out the battery is swollen, after i replaced it with a new one, the issue is not changed. I don’t think the issue came from the heat because im using a cooler below. Please help !!!

Hello, i just bought razer kraken v3x USB yesterday.  I found that there is no mic tab in the synapse 3 application. any sollution?
