Hi Razer community The hesdset stand v2 chroma can be used in Xbox Serie S?

My Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard hand rest is falling apart. The vinyl cover has shredded and I’m now resting my hands on the underlying cushion and now it’s leaving little specks of foam on my hands and desk. Keyboard is working like a champ, I LOVE my clicky keyboard. I just want to order a new hand rest and not a new keyboard. Can I do that?

I have a 2019 Razor Blade 15 Base model, 1660 ti, 32 gb’s ram(done myseld) new fans(done myself) and a new battery(done myself, bad swelling is why i did it-messed up keyboard) Recently, I have been playing r6, i play with the laptop upside down and find that at different time intervals(5 min.-45 min.) that the gpu speed in game slowly rises as well as the heat of the gpu, the game has framerate freezes and sometimes wont run decent framerate. What should I do? I am assuming its throttling from overheating. When i replaced everything probably 2 ½ months ago i cleaned out all the dust as well. Both fans work well.

I’m having issues reloading my Razer wallet with my VISA card. It keeps showing “content not found”. What could be the problem? And also I need a quick solution to it please.

Keyboard isn’t working anymore turns on but my inputs don’t register on my computer as if the keyboard doesn’t work or it isn’t on. Tried the escaped+caps+space bar then plug it in or turn it on while holding didn’t do a thing. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem 

I purchased Game credits on July 29 2024. As of today August 6 2024 I still don't have my Game credits. I contacted support multiple times but they always tell me to wait within 2-3 working days. It has been a week since then and the transaction is still on Pending state. Anyone experienced the same issue ?

As the title says I need My FN key to be unable to use I believe its the FN + Y shortcut. This is because i use TFGH Y is a key i use for abilities instead of standard WASD to have more access to keys should I need them in certain games. This has created an issue because I use Right tab to check scoreboard and thus 2 times now it has completely shut my PC off or put it in sleep mode and logged me out of whatever game I am playing. I moved my check scoreboard key but still I dont want to accidentally click it and have this happen again. As far as i have read in threads its not possible to change these keys but just want to make my own thread to know 100% as nobody has talked about the specific issue im dealing with. Love the keyboard but its kind of frustrating you cant just disable one FN combination i would never use anyway. If anyone has any insight id appreciate it

I connect my Naga Pro to my computer using a dongle but every so of often it will disconnect for a around 2-8 seconds before it reconnects. My games are hugely affected by this and the disconnecting has made me die many times. I’ve already updated the firmware of my mouse and the same thing happens even after I plug the dongle into a different port. If i don’t find a fix I’ll have to have to spend tons of money for another mouse so I am willing to do anything necessary to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

basically I was trying to figure out how to get surround sound 7.1 and it kept saying that my model number was invalid it is RZ04-0259 it kept saying it was invalid and it was very annoying can someone help me with this issue and understanding why it was saying that it was invalid?

I recently bought a new gaming laptop and now I have problems with the mic. The mic works fine on other PCs. I tested another Razer headset with a jack plug on my new laptop and the mic worked fine. I tested yet another Razer headset with a USB plug (different model) and had the same issue with the mic. I contacted customer service for the laptop and they said there is no problem with the laptop. I can’t figure out what is wrong. I thought maybe the Kraken X USB is not compatible with windows 11 or something but like I said, it works fine on other PCs which are also windows 11. Also, I don’t know if this is relevant but the headset does not show up on Razer Synapse. Any ideas about what is wrong?

Lo mas importante es que sea suave no duro, actualmente tuve que cambiar mi teclado por un red dragon draconic, pero Razer siento que es mejor y no se cual comprar. Gracias

Hi Since my Razer mouse is eating batteries like crazy (normal Energizer/Duracell battery lasts for 2-3 days, 8-10h daily use of mouse) I decided to buy NiMH batteries (Panasonic Eneloop PRO R6/AA 2500mAh 1.2v).So I have charged them to 100% with Panasonic enelooop charger. And my mouse shows LOW BATTERY status in Razer Central.Like how? It doesn’t even last for 1 day. I have 2 DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mice, with such problem.I saw similar topic with AAA batteries problem: What should I do? Any ideas?

So I was looking into both the keyboards (V4 and Huntsman) and im not sure which to get, im a fan of the Blackwidows but im a little concerned with how much im seeing Double click problems with the V4  is it worth it or do i go Huntsman

My Kraken V3 Pro can’t be detected on synapse, so I decided to update the firmware version to latest. Though suddenly, when I was instructed to turn on my device or to hold the haptic then plug the headphone to the PC, it just won’t work/turn on. UPDATE: Holding the haptic and plugging it in to the pc works after a couple of attempts but it just cycles through step 9 and 8. 

I don’t know what to do anymore. I have had the deathadder v3 pro for about 6 months I bought it brand new from a ebay seller. I never had a problem with the mouse ever before but out of no where the dongle was not detectable. I can use the mouse the with cable but then why did I spend all that money on the mouse. I have tried everything on the internet so far. I have tried 3 different computer, I have asked people I know should know everything about mice but doesn't know how to solve this issue. I then emailed Razer and they said they can’t do anything about it good luck. What a great company. Please help🙏

Hi folks ! I am not able to hear my own voice. Of course I tick the option MIC MONITORING (SIDETONE), and move the sloder up to 100, but my voice is realllllllyyyy tooooo low.I’m on a Windows configuration, using latests versions and firmware. Any idea please ? 

Not too long ago the head band of my headset had snapped and the wires covered wires inside the headband were exposed and later the wires were partially exposed and I guess due to that the right speaker stopped giving sound so I had taken it apart to get a closer look so that I could fix it. I separated the 6 wires from each other into sections but don’t fully know how to connect them and don’t want to mess up.WIRES1.White2.Green3.Blue4.Copper5.red & copper wire wrapped together 6.green & copper wire wrapped together
