The Razer Armory

So I have some problems with synapse 3, I have another pc with razer mouse, keyboard and headphones.I have a sister that plays on that pc and she wanted to buy new razer mouse and headphones so she gave me hers, I had already installed the synapse 3 on my laptop but it doesn’t detect my mouse I tried everything, I tried unplugging it and plugging it again, I tried a different usb port, I tried reinstalling the synapse but nothing works. I have a razer basilik I don’t know what’s wrong. My mouse works fine but it just not detecting it is there anything I’m doing wrong?  

I have had my Razer Viper ultimate quartz pink for a few years now and recently the USB receiver has started playing up leaving my mouse in a disconnect loop whenever I am trying to use it wireless.I was wondering if you are able to buy that part separately from razer themselves, and how would you go about it?, as it would be cheaper for me than buying the whole mouse/another mouse, any help would be appreciated, thanks

About two weeks ago, me and my brother were sword fighting with plastic swords. I was ducking to avoid a hit and my razer barracuda x headphones fell to the ground. And ever since, as i turn the dial on the side, the volume goes up in one ear, and half way, it stops anything coming from said ear and starts rising in the other. I have bought another pair of razer barracuda x but i want to see if i can fix the broken pair. Can anyone help?

some of you may have noticed that i posted a thread some time ago, searching for some replacement cables for my raptor monitor. these cables are available for purchase but only in the US, as im in the UK im out of luck. i posted on here in the hopes that some kind american chap would be able to purchase an send the cables to me and i would reimburse them for the trouble. however razer support decided that the post should not be viewed by anyone and locked the thread. that took place around half way through November. razer did reply to post however but refused to do anything until i gave them all information about the monitor: model number serial number where and when it was purchased this was expected and not much of a problem as i had all the info. after many back and forth emails with razer requesting info and me providing it, i finally receive an email stating that razer have approved my replacement part request and will send me the cables, also stating that i will be hearing

Hello, I hope you are having a good day. I've been a Razer product user for about 3 months, I can't remember exactly. My problem started the same day I bought/used the mouse and continues;After using the dongle for the classic 2.4ghz receiver of the Viper V2 PRO model, I charge the mouse, but when I plug the cable into the dongle again, the mouse does not move. While this is happening, the mouse appears to be connected in the Razer application and its charge status is shown as a percentage and sometimes it is shown as 0%, but after a while it gets better again.At the same time, the light on the scroll part of the mouse gives a signal by flashing white, but no matter what I do while the computer is on, I cannot solve this problem. To resolve the situation, I need to restart the computer while the mouse is in wireless state.I think the reason why the mouse sometimes shows 0% is to prevent damage to the battery when the mouse is wired charging, and it shows this status as Red*0% to the ap

Hello fellow insidersI'm having an issue with my Razer Blackshark V2 X headset on 3.5mm analog jacks. During the cleaning process of my PC, I had to unplug every piece of hardware in the backplate. After the cleaning, I plugged the headset back in and now I'm having multiple problems: 1)The 7.1 surround sound program doesnt let me configure the 7.1 sound (The app instructs me to set "7.1 surround sound speakers" as system default, but when I set the “7.1 surround sound speakers” to default it does not detect the 7.1 headset option, only the "Realtek(R) Speakers". I tried using the Realtek(R) speakers but the quality and strength of the sound is 3x worse). 2)My headset microphone is not being detected even after replugging, and I'm constantly hearing static and myself when talking or tapping the mic. I tried re-installing the 7.1 surround sound app, looked everywhere in the windows settings, plug the headset into different ports. The issues appeared suddenly and I would be really thankf

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the Razer brand keyboard I recently purchased. While attempting to perform a switch change, I accidentally had the tool I was using brush against the surface of the keyboard, leaving obvious marks. Considering Razer's reputation for producing high quality products, I expected the keyboard to be built with more durable materials. However, I was surprised to discover how easily it scratched with minimal contact. This experience was deeply disappointing and makes me question the durability and overall quality of Razer's products.The truth does not look like much but half roso and the scratch is already noticeable, this time I value them a point to logitech in terms of materials. 

Hey everyone! I have an older Razer headset, the Kraken Tournament Edition i bought back in the old days (2019) and it came with THX and a dongle. In Christmas, I finally got a normal proper mic, the Blue yeti, and i since connected the headset through the audio port in the mic. Only issue is that it removed it from my Razer Synapse section and i was wondering if connecting it straight to the pc through the audio port will detect in Synapse or do i have to connect it to the dongle then connect it to the pc? Also, is there any real value to the THX modes? I play mostly Rainbow Six Siege right now. 

I didnt receive  7.1 surround sound code and i cant found it  (i bought it from amazon) so i cant benefit from 7.1 razer and headset software

Hi Guys,Today I updated my blackwidow v3 pro’s framework to 3.0.x ver, and after that I found the keyboard wireless cannot work when plugin the USB cable for charging only (Both 2.4g and bluetooth).  It can work fine if pluged with a PC ( the wireless cannot work though). Unplug the cable the wireless works fine. When plug in the usb cable (in a wall power sockect), the keybord will shutdown for a second, all lights die, then relight up slowly. At this moment only lights are up, but wireless functions are died.  Before updating the framework everything was fine (version was 2.0.x). And i also tried to reset the keybord from Synapse and Hold “ESC + Caps On + Space” method, nothing worked. Changed to other wall sockets, changed cable, nothing worked. Need your kind help if anyone has solution or idea on this, million thanks!

Hi I had an inquiry on the DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed! So, on the website it says it has 1 onboard memory slot to use these keybinds anywhere without software however when I connect to my other device the mouse switches to default settings. I don't know the exact procedure to have the keybinds save so I would really appreciate your help!

I used to be use my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X normally, I take it out the case and it connects to the Xbox series X, when I am done, I put it in the case, it disconnects from Xbox.However, lately the earbuds seem to connect no matter what.  As soon as I turn on the Xbox I get headset assigned and the earbuds are still in the case.  It ruins my gameplay because I can’t hear chat through my TV any longer and everything has to be done via the headset.  I have contacted Xbox but neither them nor I can figure out how to remove the earbuds from the profile. I have also done an Xbox reset and not imported previous settings but that didn’t work, I have tried attaching earbuds to my phone, nothing works, the earbuds won’t remove itself from the Xbox profile.Anyone have any idea?
