I got deathadder v3 pro I put some superglides 2 skates and I'm asking which mousepad it's best for the mouse I bought 

Have a RazerBlade 15 Advanced (2021) RZ09-0409x using standard charger and battery. Battery charging icon appears when laptop is being charged, however once the battery reaches a full charge, charging icon disappears and computer runs in battery mode (reduced performance), even though battery does not start draining in any way. I purchased a replacement battery however this has made no difference, so returned original battery to system. Battery life is still sound, get 2-3 hours from a full charge so believe the battery is ok. Latest BIOS 2.02 installed.

Bought this mouse about 2 weeks ago.  I have used it maybe 5 or 6 times intermittently as I only use it when I don't have access to desktop.  Worked perfectly fine for a few hours today then just stopped.  No indication of low battery, wont work wirelessly or plugged in.  Purchased march 15, 2024.

 It was ok a few hours ago but suddenly the audio became very muffled. When I play music i can hear some parts of the background music but the lyrics sound super soft and weird. When I am playing a game some things i can hear clearly but other things i cannot hear at all especially my teammates talking. I have tried to reinstall the driver also but it does not work. When I try using other headsets, the audio works ok. Can anyone help me?

My Razer Blade 15 Laptop is heating from the bottom, and the fan is running at full speed on my common uses, such as Chrome and YouTube. Any Solution???

I have recently acquired a Razer Basilisk Ultimate and it will not charge. It says that it is charging but will stay at 4% and breathing red no matter how long or what way I try to charge it. I have tried every fix to this problem I have read online.Cleaning the pins/port Firmware update Plugging directly into the computer Plugging directly into the wall Plugging the dock into the computer Plugging the dock directly into the wallNothing is working and I am getting very frustrated. The worst part about this is that I got the mouse from someone on Facebook Marketplace as apart of a peripherals set, so I don’t believe I won’t have the necessary information to contact Razer Support. Was hoping that someone with a similar issue would be able to give me a couple other options to try because I really do not want to have to buy a new mouse ore use this one wired in if I don’t have to.

The Razer Raiju Ultimate was working fine with the PS5 on PS4 games until the latest controller update last week or 2 ago.  Anyone have a solution or ran into this problem?

A couple of days ago I bough a Kraken V3 X headset, the box and even the Razer software says that are 7.1 compatible but no activation code was on the box so I registered the product as the web says to get the activation code send to my email but I haven’t received anything yet and I did that the same day that I bought them, is there another way to request the code?Sorry that I ask this again but my first question was closed because I forgot to add the “X” at the end of the name of the headset so I was told that those were no compatible and the question got close without giving me a chance to verify that.Thanks in advance!

I have the blackshark v2 wirless and im having really hard time to find the EQ settings to hear footsteps on OW2, tried everything THX on/off every thread i saw i tried the settings from there and nothing Someone have the same headphones and an actuall working setting to hear footsteps directions more clearly ?

Hello, i made a fresh installation of windows11 on my blade13, but i can not find the drivers for the notebook product number: RZ09-03102G22serial number: BY2036A88803095Windows 11 Version 23H2 (Build 22631.2861)Synapse Version 0.0.76.19 going at the razer size support page, i land here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5498 but there is no driver.when i look at the device manager, many parts of the hardware are not recognized and i can not set things like the display resolution or refresh rate. (it seems like i am running on embeded graphics) any help would be greatly appreciatedcheers! 

Hello. I have IP 15 pro max and i have a question is there a version of Kishi for this phone? It has USB C and don’t see inf. if they did V2 for that one. Thanks for the answer. 

I’ve tried everything i can think of. Just randomly lost audio. Mic still works but no sound at all. I’ve tried reinstalling device. Removing device. Updating device. It shows up in synapse but even the “test” in there doesn’t work. I really like this headset. Any ideas?

Hi there,I'm currently using a Razer Nari headset and have been for sometime and love it. Especially for the dual audio channels (one for gaming and one for chat eg. Discord since its Discord Certified ). However it has seen better days and I am wanting to upgrade to a newer Razer headset but still keep the dual audio channels.What are my options? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to find a replacement to my nari ultimate, specifically the dual channel system that has separate audio drivers for games and chat. Which of the new series of headsets have that feature?

I have a Ornata keyboard, and a death Addre Essential mouse, I purchased the keyboard on Mar,8 2024, and ordered the mouse that came yesterdy, I plugged the mouse in and Synaps doesnt detect it, so I uninstalled ALL razer apps, ran the cleanup tool reinstalled just Synaps v3 and it STILL doesnt detect the mouse, I know I cant change teh cloor, Im ok with Green, but itd be real nice if teh razer mouse was controled by teh razer product

i use razer blackwidow v3 everything work fine until i hear the sound on computer like when you unplug and plug it back in the usb. at that time the light from the keyboard still on but the keys didnt work. so i unplugged the usb and now the keyboard cant be reconized on all the usb ports that i have, but my razer mouse work fine on all the usb ports. what should i do? it seems like its not damaged, it seems impossible because a moment befor it was still fine?

Hello, the problem is that my microphone in the Discord application interrupts or jams, in other applications this is not present, for example in Steam or simply in playing the sound from the microphone in Windows

I received the barracuda pro as a christmas gift and when I finally got it connected to the PC it asked me to perform a firmware update of both the usb-c dongle as the headset itself. I had updated my PC beforehand as requested in the installation guide, made sure all was done on the end of my windows 11. When i conected the headset and dongle they got detected straight away and worked like a charm, but then came the firmware update. It failed at 90% and asked to retry. I did that but got same issue again. Headset was shown as updated but the dongle wasn't. After many tries I gave up and would check the next day. When launching synapse 3.0 it wouldn't detect the headset nor dongle anymore. Retried the firmware update, but now I can't even launch it since it stays stuck on step1 : connect dongle to my PC. Tried with usb-c port, usb-a to usb-c female cable provided with the headset, different PC with different OS. Nothing worked and now I have the feeling that my amazing gift turns

I just bough a Kraken V3 and registered it to get the code but I just got an email which says that the device was registered with no activation code

So I used to be able to use the FN keys in reverse, for example: I could press FN + W to increase the volume OR W + FN and it would still increase the volume. I liked this because it would act as a “glitch” of some sorts in game  to be able to auto run. Now all of a sudden it doesn’t work in reverse and I’m not sure how to fix it? Was this due to a synapse update and is there anything I can do? Thanks!
