The Razer Armory

Hi all, I have a Razer Blade 14, model from 2015. I’m looking to upgrade my SSD, current one is 256 GBs. I am struggling to understand whether the 2015 version motherboard supports nvme SSDs or only the original SATA III. I wanted to buy a Samsung SSD, but they only come in NVME versions and I’m not sure if it would be compatible.The motherboard’s slot is M key type and the original SSD from Samsung is key B + M. So would it work if I order, let’s say Samsung 980 PRO, or should I stick with WD Blue Sata III?

hey,so i was wondering if there is a way for me to turn of the analog feature of this keyboard to so that behaves more like a completely standard mechanical keyboard? i’m mainly wondering about this because i have no need for it since its messing a little with my aim, making it more jittery and harder for me to stay on target while strafing. thank you so much in advance for any assistance provided!

I’ve had this mouse for over a year and it hasn’t stopped working, until I unplugged it from charging one day and now whenever the dongle is plugged in it just connects and disconnects non stop every 2 seconds. It makes the windows disconnect/connect sound every time. I tried it on another computer without synapse or anything and it still does the same thing. I can’t update the firmware because it requires the dongle to be in but it won’t stay connected long enough to update. Anyone have ideas? Thanks

Hey guys,I am RMAing my Basilisk V3 for a broken scrollwheel and I have the prepaid shipping label and the commercial invoice for intl. shipping (shipping to Germany and I live in UK) and the subtotal in the invoice says EUR10 even though it should be a free RMA. What is this? Is it normal? Razer Support just keep saying how to send it, not explaining what the EUR10 is.Cheers,

Hey, folks!I've encountered an unpleasant issue while gaming with my Razer Kaira Pro headphones connected to my computer via Xbox Wireless Adapter. Here's the gist of the problem: sound cuts out every 10 to 30 seconds during games. Interestingly, when I watch YouTube videos, everything works fine, but in games, there are issues.I've tried to solve the problem myself, but so far, without success. Maybe someone here has faced a similar situation and knows how to fix it? I'd appreciate any help and advice!Thanks in advance!

I’m thinking of switching the OS because of the possible discontinued support for Windows 10. Sucks that Windows 11 does support the chipset for this model. I would be using it mainly for college cybersecurity projects and occasional video watching (shows, movies). I mainly use my PC for gaming now. The performance on this Razer laptop has just been unbearable and it’s starting to show its age. I was wondering whether these performance issues might carry on if I were to switch to Linux?

I am trying to find a keyboard most similar to the Huntsman Mini Linear Optical Red switches in terms of feel because the keypress feels like it has some kind of rubber or softer material towards the bottom of the switch that feels really nice, but the problem is I want the keyboard to be full size which is why I bought the elite but the keypress on that one is too plastic feeling and doesn't feel like the mini. What would you say is closest in terms of feeling closest to the mini?

The problem is that I bought it yesterday and it's left earbud turns off when I try to listen or watch something. Also I can't install update because everytime it shows low charge or when it shows 75% and I am starting to install update, it crashes in 26%. Can someone help me please? I don't know what to do. And I tried to connect to a different devices. 

Long story short:I bought $500 dollars in NYANS (Ragnarok Online) through the official website. I used my credit card to pay for it and RAZER GOLD as transaction method. My credit card was charged with the correct amount, but I didn’t get the NYANs on my account. Razer never sent me a receipt or transaction number to my email. I spoke with an agent called Ryan Hong who told me that Ragnarok Origin should be the ones giving me responses, not Razer.  I spoke with Ragnarok support team and as I expected, they told me that they don’t deal with transactions directly and RAZER are the only ones who owe me a receipt for my purchase. (Which makes total sense because my money went to RAZER and not to Ragnarok directly). I asked my bank account to issue a certificate and as I suspected, THE MONEY INDEED WENT TO RAZER GOLD. I shared the certificate to Razer hoping that they could “find” my transaction but “Ryan good guy Hong” did not reply any of my messages again and he closed my ticket. LOL. No

Hi, I recently bought the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and the headphones are awesome. But, there is still one that I and everyone miss regarding these headphones. It’s the fact that you can’t play audio simultaneously from your wireless 2,4 GHz dongle and bluetooth. That is so unfortunate because a lot of people want to use this feature. I think if Razer implemented this feature (if this can be done), the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) would be the best wireless gaming headphones of all time, easily. Do you think we can make this happen? Let me know your thoughts.

Razer, being the money grubbing company it is, I'm having trouble paring my kaira pros to the Razer audio app, one of the main reasons I got the headset. I have contacted customer support over 10 times now and all of the people say the same thing. I have a Motorola 5G if that matters.

Hi, I recently got myself Razer Barracuda X (2022), I have a problem with my left side of the headphones, they are making squeaking sound/high pitched sound after playing any sound. Squeaking stops after about 8 seconds i believe, and engages again after any sound was played. Also there is no squeaking when I connect them via bluetooth to my phone, it only does that on the USB dongle. I’ve tried every solution i could find on the internet, i swapped usb ports, tried them on 2 different PCs, even reinstalled my windows, etc. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or should I just return them?

Hi,I'm having this really annoying problem when I change my headset volume (by using the keyboard or the windows settings) also changes the audio balance.So tapping volume up will make the audio unbalance, tapping few time on volume up/down will even the balance again.Does anyone incounter this problem?The headsets are brand new, also the PC.All drivers are installed correctly and up-to-date.

Seriously. Software is garbage at this point. It's the #1 2 and 3 reasons why I will never buy another product. Scrap it. Make a new one. Don't let the last project manager touch it.I find new issues every day and I am actively looking for an opportunity to transition away from the Razer devices because of Synapse and its bugs.Do not tell me to contact customer support. I did. They all have me collect logs and then just recommend a reinstall. They are useless.Razer. Abandon Synapse.

Anyone got this kind of issue with DeatStalker V2 Pro, this is my 2nd keyboard that is doing the same thing.Only thing that helped was removing the dongle from USB and connecting it again, but it helped only for some short period of time. https://imgur.com/LGglmf0 I think the problem is with dongle because keyboard acts like it is losing connecting or something.I flash the latest fimware but no changes. This is my 2nd DeathStalker V2 Pro that is doing the same thing.

I have Razer RZ01-03850100-R3M1 Deathadder Essential model. I should adjust my mouse dpi but my Razer Synapse application never see my mouse. My mouse is work really very good but i cant change dpi. I am waiting for your support.
