Hello, I have detected a problem with my newly purchased headphones. The microphone cannot be heard on my pc, but if I use the headset on my phone or laptop it works. How can I solve the problem?

Anyone else got a problem with Razer Gold PIN redemption because the Serial Number field is missing? They haven't responded to my email yet so I wonder if anyone got the same issue. I can't seem to find any answer on the internet huhu 

Hi,New to this forum !I would like to know if Ripsaw HD is a good choice.I am presently using sound  Xover and filters on a music computer with a 2 seconds delay. I would like to delay the video in VLC for 2 seconds, having the DVD player connected to the PC and Ripsaw HD through HDMI and going back to the TV from Ripsaw  through HDMI.Does that look feasable ?François

As a Razer fan, and regular user of the Viper Ultimate (I have two, and have had several Razer ambidextrous mice over the years),  I have been patiently waiting for the perfect business / travel / gaming mouse, and the new Cobra Pro looks almost perfect. Except, it’s buttoned for right-handed users only.  :-(    I’m not necessarily after the absolute, lightest-weight mouse on the market….but buttons on both sides (Viper Ultimate - check, Cobra Pro - Nope), Bluetooth support (VU - Nope, Cobra Pro - Check), Chroma RGB (VU, sort of, Cobra Pro - Check). Now, one could argue that Bluetooth is unnecessary on a gaming mouse, and yeah, you’d be right.  But I travel extensively for work, and I use my Blade 15 as both my work laptop, and as my hotel room entertainment.  Weirdly, I tend to use my mouse right-handed for work, and left-handed for gaming (naturally I’m left-handed).   This is also why I like Bluetooth, as I don’t have to keep the dongle in my laptop where it gets bounced around in m

razer kraken kitty chroma edition.a few months ago my razer kraken kitty headphones started crashing my computer when the volume was at 100% while gaming. Is there any solution for this? I already tried everything.

I recently got the Razer Opus headset, It is a great headset when I’m listening via Bluetooth on my phone, or when I’m just watching twitch or YouTube. But as soon as I try and get on discord it makes me switch from “Stereo” To “Hands-Free AG Audio” And the quality of sound goes to absolute crap. I can not figure out how to get discord to recognize the audio in “Stereo” Mode! PLESAE HELP!!

so i bought my razer gold 2 days ago thinking it will be a simple transaction and that i can get my game during the steam summer sale for very cheap. however it seems to always be unavailable and when it isnt when i try to check out it becomes unavailable instantly. can someone tell me  if this is normal or if there are bots sniping the wallet codes

I recently experienced the battery bloat issue I've read so much about online. I ordered a battery off of amazon, installed it and the computer booted up immediately.Then I tried to plug it in to recharge the battery but it wasnt recognizing the power adapter and the battery discharged itself and the laptop shut down. Since then I have not been able to reboot the device. The power brick has a green LED light on it but the laptop showed a red light and died. Theres no green light saying it charging. The laptop also isnt booting at all. I read that with a dead battery it should still boot using the power adapter plugged in. But this is not the case. The laptop does nothing.How do i fix this issue? Ive tried the steps on the razer troubleshooting page but nothing seems to work. Is my power adapter defective? It appears to be working fine.Please help.At least let me know if the laptop is trash so I can cut my losses, and return the new battery in time for a refund. 

i have an blade 15 base late 2020,i tried to connect two monitors via a TB throught a Docking station,I could get down to two problems that could cause it.1. BIOS / Firmware update     When i try to execute the update programm i get an error that its only compatible with a blade ( i have a blade)    couldnt find a solution.  (Serial Number is in BIOS)2. GeForce Experience Driver       in some other discussions i have read that there are issues with newer gforce drivers so i downgraded to 512.59   still doesnt work.in Advance i’ll thank for everybodys help 

Anyone know how to solve this since Razer can’t seem to? I’ve been struggling to return a headset that went bad after a few months since November. The support team’s email have been nearly all generic copy paste emails. Until recently when they suggested clearing cookies, browsing history, different browsers, etc. I've tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and incognito in each to try and open their link. This error comes up every time.  Anyone have a suggestion outside the box? 

hello i have a razer naga trinity and have been trying to add profile switching to a side button, it comes up with a red image saying “this maping requires synapse” which is currently running, which it also doesnt work as intended

What is the recommended thickness for Thermal Pads used for CPU, GPU & Adjacent Chips? A lot of research has come with 1 & 1.5mm for CPU & GPU without a definitive answer. Would love some clarity on it

Hello!So I recently stumbled upon a problem with my keyboard. Since I downloaded Razer Synapse, my escape key started acting strange. Before I had Synapse installed, the keyboard worked as it should, but now the escape key wont work unless i start Synapse (or press fn key). The only thing I’ve done in Synapse since the download is to play around with the color settings, nothing else. And I have tried the escape+caps key fix, but it still wont solve the problem. Has anyone had this problem and do someone have a solution?

Hi, i got my mamba elite mouse about 2 years ago but the plastic underneath has gotten peeled off.Now there is glue under my mouse which makes it awkward to use when playing shooter games. I can’t seem to get the glue off, any help is appreciated!
